Breakfast was horrible we were served sweet potato, green banana, stew chicken the potatoes were black spoiled to be thrown away and it was cold,tea self serve.the room was ok the facility overall was ok...a bottle water could be placed inside the room,pool seem too deep though 4ft should be 3ft

I was given a price for additional services that i requested upon my arrival to check in i was told i had to pay more.in my honest opinion the breakfast was a joke the food was cold even though i came early we were served scraps from the pot foods that was meant to be thrown out,milo was observed in coffee bottle which was misleading service needs improvement,in the night lots of thumbling like someone moving furniture could be heard on the upper floor since my husband and i were on the ground floor it affected our sleep.

The front desk ladies who checked us and gave us the breakfast tickets were pleasant. Alice who makes the breakfast is also lovely and the food was really good. Wished i could have gotten seconds. The place is centrally located to everything to do in Ochi, either by walking or a short drive. The spot isn’t bad and the twin room i was in is large and spacious but the property needs to be renovated. It’s good for a short stay or a weekend trip id say; run down, budget friendly but clean- if you’re not super fussy.

It needs a bit of TLC to achieve its full potential. The security guard has no manners and is quite rude. They need to hire someone else who is more approachable and knows how to speak to guest pleasantly or calmly.

Thé air con was not working and it was clearly noticeable between my daughter’s room and mine . I told the receptionist but she said wait a while when she knew it wasn’t working and she went off shift . I spoke to security to get me a fan in the night which was no use . It was very uncomfortable for the 2 nights I was there . Thé place is also rundown it’s more like a hostel than a hotel .

Room spacious and clean it’s my second time and I like that the pool looks much cleaner this time. The breakfast was delicious. You have a refrigerator microwave and kettle. The location is central!! my main reason for coming ochi was an event I could change and not encounter any traffic and reach on time. Love that. The staff is courteous!! They respond quickly to any concerns.

Shower area a bit small and the hot water didn’t come on wasn’t very cold though

Comfortable stay. Breakfast was always delicious, and we didn't wait long to be served. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of Mahogany beach, which was enjoyable.

My only issue was the bed. It was too hard for me, but it was fine for my partner.

La piscina fue lo mejor de la estancia, hermosa y gran piscina. La habitación es amplia, muy fresca e incluye aire acondicionado. En las mañanas te hacen el aseo y camas. Buenísima atención del personal, dispuestos a ayudar aunque les habláramos en español 😅.

Lo único que no me gusto fue no habia led smartv por lo que no puedes usar netflix, disney u otras app. No hay opciones de desayuno, solo es desayuno sstilo jamaicano (muy rico) pero si no acostumbras a comer de todo puede que no te guste. Los dias que nosotras fuimos habia: Pescado con frijoles, papas cocidas, repollo cocido , bahos fritos y al vapor, con té y café.

The cleanliness of the place was excellent, housekeeper was very pleasant front desk was awesome. Breakfast was good at on the on-site restaurant. Overall a good experience.

My refrigerator in my room broke down.

The breakfast tasted gud but portion small especially dumplins,the could be more breakfast option also the tea. The other prior visit the breakfast was better interesting of meals ,and products.

The pillows were too soft, The best head seems damage as it was making a banging sound on the wall,table was also shaky .

The location is quiet and calming, and it’s really close to the town and all water attractions, the rooms are nice and cozy, so I was well rested and relaxed.

I didn't have any wifi access and it was my birthday...and I mentioned before I wen there ...and not even a bottle of water.

Wir kamen früher an und bekamen gleich ein Zimmer, das sehr groß war und zwei sehr große Betten hatte. Der Parkplatz ist ausreichend für viele Autos.

Die Anlage rund um den Pool war leider lieblos gestaltet, keine Sitzauflagen auf den Stühlen, kein Sonnenschirm. Das Frühstück ebenso. Richtiges Besteck, aber Pappbecher und Plastiklöffel - bei dem Müll, der drumherum lag. Meine Info, dass das Internet nicht funktionierte, interessierte die Angestellte nicht. Sehr schade, denn man könnte so viel mehr aus dem Ganzen machen.

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Ausstattung war solide und zweckmäßig, ohne besonders luxuriös zu wirken, aber vollkommen ausreichend für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – es war sehr lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Lage, da das Hotel etwas vom Zentrum entfernt liegt, was je nach Planung etwas mehr Zeit für den Weg in die Stadt erfordert.

I love that it’s clean. And the breakfast was awesome.

Not sure if there was security at night because one of the neighbors was very loud one of the night. A group of them started talking very loud in the hallway after 11pm went to the pool came back running and laughing in the hallway was so disturbing. They went away and came back 4am in the morning loud and cursing in the hallway. The Curtains was so thin wish they had blocked out curtains because the light from the pool have the room bright all night especially for a person who can’t sleep in light.

The place was super clean.

The outside tables and chairs at the poolside needed some painting.

Personalet var imødekommende og servicemindede. De opbevarede f.eks. min bagage, da jeg var checket ud, så jeg kunne opleve mere af byen inden min afgang til eftermiddag.

Kokken lovede morgenmad lidt tidligere end standarden, men formåede ikke at have den ellers fine morgenmad med massere af grønt færdig til den aftalte tid.

I really like how it is a true Jamaican hotel with real friendly staff , a great atmosphere and mostly how close it is to Mahogany beach!

My only complaint would be not getting the extra pillow I asked for .

La habitación es muy cómoda, a pesar de tener desayuno incluído la habitación cuenta con calentador de agua, microondas y nevera, pasando la calle hay un market y restaurante, la playa queda a pocos minutos caminando.

The central location

The beds were awful . Mattresses were worn and dented and too soft. The “included “ breakfast was a dig disappointment. No coffee or juice and limited to no breakfast . The kitchen informed us that they get a limited amount of items for breakfast and if it’s finished then that’s it. They allowed to to make tea as an exception because there was little to no food left . Don’t include breakfast if there’s not enough to serve for the guests.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, es war mit Anstellen hinter einer Küchenausgabe. Did Zimmer und das Bad hätten eine Renovierung dringend nötig.

Pineapple Court is only few minutes driving, or walking from Ocho Rios Downtown. The position is perfect, as you can reach many beaches or the town in such a short time. The room amazed us, as it was big, extremely comfortable and nice, and it is also well furnished (A/C, couch, desk and chair, mini-fridge, microwave). The bathroom was a bit tiny, but nothing to blame, because the main space was really great. The staff has been nice and welcoming. The breakfast was extremely good (the Jamaican one), just a bit small compared to other places I have been, though. The pool is nice and perfect for a short or relaxing swim, when the weather is not nice. The hotel has other services in addition to the ones described here. The entrance is located in a side street of Main Street, and quite easy to find: do not let the potholes ruin your stay (most of roads are like that), as it is not a problem to dodge those or just take it slow. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with this location (much better than other hotels around Ochi), and I would definitely stay at Pineapple Court again in the future.

Very clean and basic rooms. Great if you’re just looking for a place to stay at while you explore the town. Quiet and tucked away location close enough to the town center. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was good. For the price it’s definitely worthwhile.

The staff was excellent and courteous. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and tasty. The lady responsible was very courteous and gave us the option to wait until everything was ready. She delivered to our room. I have been to other properties and it took a while to get warm water but this was not a problem here. The internet was fast and relaible compared to other places. Good experience overall.

There was a challenge with the television but the internet gave me access on my device.

The staff, room, and breakfast were all great. Everyone was very nice, the facilities were clean, the beds were comfy, and it felt safe.

The location is not great. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest beach, and there is not much near the hotel, so you basically have to uber or taxi to restaurants and other things. On maps, it looks like it's in the middle of lots of things, but in reality, there were two restaurants within walking distance.

I honestly have no complaints given that it was quite a short stay.

This is a great local hotel for local people.But a few Tourists stay here too. If you are a solo tourist stay just 1 or 2 nights max is fine then move on to a better resort with amienities and full English breakfast etc.

Only one of the three female receptionists was polite , smiley and helpful.

The other two taller receptionists really prefer their own local jamaican customers and are more polite to those with a familar accent. Hence I cant recommend for stays over one night.
