La ubicación, en pleno centro, cerca de cafeterías para desayunar y restaurantes para cenar y comer. La habitación era amplia y la limpieza un 10.

Al no tener recepción no podías ver a nadie de personal para pedirle algo. Y solo como sugerencia, me faltó alguna nevera en la habitación para poder guardar agua u alguna otra cosa

Esta muy bien ubicado para llegar al centro andando y la cama muy cómoda.

Nos dieron el código de entrada y de la habitación erróneo. Después de estar en la habitación, entró otro huesped a nuestra habitación con el mismo código. Aunque lo resolvieron muy rápido es algo a mejorar.

As instruções de check in e out foram claras e fornecidas atempadamente. A temperatura do quarto estava adequada.

The location was a bit farther out of the downtown area, but the hotel was so nice it made up for it

Es muy céntrico, y las habitaciones están genial. Hay una zona común con nevera (cada habitación tiene un cajetín), tostadora, hervidor y utensilios para comer. También hay una máquina de café de pago. Todo bien, lo recomiendo.

Las almohadas, son incomodisimas y no soy delicada. Mi amigo y yo dormimos mal varios días porque es muy alta y dura, es como si a una manta la doblas y le pones una funda de almohada

Location is good. Easily walk to the center. AC is perfect, life saver in the humid summer. Room is clean.

The hair dryer is broken and kind of dangerous. The water temperature of shower is not stable… sometimes suddenly jump up to really hot.

Le quartier immédiat de l’hôtel n’est pas très charmant mais cela reste à proximité du centre.

Ci è stato fatto un upgrade, e abbiamo soggiornato presso l'Hotel Lince, in una camera executive. L'hotel è un pochino più distante dal centro della città, ma ci è stata offerta anche la colazione. Nulla da dire sulla struttura, è un 4 stelle, con una colazione molto varia e di qualità.

It was convenient and well organized. The location was central in the city.

The shower would run comfortably at the temperature setting, then on regular intervals, it would turn extremely hot and then back to normal. Approximately one minute of normal temperature, then 20 seconds of burning hot. This would repeat throughout the entire shower.

La cama doble muy cómoda y todo muy limpio, además muy fácil de acceder y a unos 10 mins del puerto andando.

Todo hubiese ido bien si no fuese porque nos dejaron sin toallas al segundo día, y pese a escribirles no obtuvimos respuesta y no pudimos ducharnos...

La ubicación. Para no tener personal está bastante bien pensado. Nosotras pasamos una sola noche y para eso está bien. No creo que sea muy cómodo para una estancia más larga.

No tienen personal presencial. Tuvieron un problema para entrar al hotel (con código) y por teléfono lo solucionaron. Fueron eficientes pero se hace incómodo que no haya personal in situ.

Nos aplicaron una oferta y nos enviaron al hotel lince Azores, de la misma compañía. Un lujazo

Las camas eran muy cómodas y el baño limpio.

La zona nos dio mala sensación y es dificil aparcar, aunque está cerca del centro . Cuando llegamos estaba el AC a 16°, la habitación estaba helada y el mando no tenía pilas, pero pudimos apagarlo directamente en el aparato.

En general superó mis expectativas. Hay limpieza diaria de la habitación. La habitación y el baño eran espaciosos. La localización es muy céntrica y con posibilidad de aparcamiento sencillo. No hay ruidos

Si tuviese que poner alguna pega serían las almohadas y la posibilidad de incluir secador de pelo en el baño

We chose this hotel because our flight arrived late and we needed somewhere close to the airport to spend the first night before starting our holiday on the island. It was a great choice! The location is very convenient, close to the airport, and the hotel met all our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the self check-in/access system was very easy and convenient, especially when arriving late.

The only downside was the luggage storage. We had a free walking tour the following morning and, although we were able to leave our luggage after check-out, the storage location was in a different place that wasn’t particularly close, which was a little inconvenient.

Se trata de un hotel de paso, ya dice su nombre habitación y parte, por tanto no puedes esperar mucho. Y esta bien posicionado para que llegue un taxi y se accede al centro andando facilmente.

No hay recepción, habitación limpia pero de suelo de goma que se pega el zapato, olor a tabaco (culpa de los clientes), mobiliario trotinado, armario con humedad en la pared, toallas limpias pero que han visto muchas lavadas y estan gastadas .... pero para una noche ni tan mal.

Our room was relatively large and spacious. Bathroom felt new. Most importantly, there is an air conditioner which is both powerful and quiet. The beds were comfortable. In spite of the window facing a street with lively car traffic, noise insulation was good and the room was quiet even during the day, and of course during the night too.

The Room: The pillows in our room were very hard. I found one extra soft pillow in the cupboard, but in general the pillows are way too hard by most standards. The room also had empty space which desperately needed an extra table/desk or chairs or something like it. At least a luggage rack. The sole tiny desk is not enough. The Service: I have repeatedly asked that we be given a twin room with 2 beds, which was acknowledged right after I had made the booking, but then disregarded a day before our arrival when the room was assigned. I had to contact them again and the room was changed to a twin in a short time, but I feel that had I not kept my finger on the pulse, it might not have been done at all. A little more attention to guests' requests would be nice. Also, I was given the wrong entrance code to the room, and had to call the host to get the correct code instead. Mistakes happen, but one gets a sense that not enough attention is being paid that leads to these mishaps.

Habitació ample i molt ben equipada. Llits còmodes i amb coixins extres. A 10-15 minuts caminant del port i el centre, amb facilitat per aparcar. Hi ha una sala comú també molt ben equipada, amb màquina de begudes, nevera, rentadora, etc. Molt bona atenció de l'amfitrió, ens va resoldre els dubtes (on aparcar, horaris, etc.) i algun petit problema que tinguérem amb l'aixeta i l'assecador de cabell, que arreglaren el mateix dia.

Que no hi hagi recepció i has de contactar per telèfon o WhatsApp, però no és molt de problema perquè contesten de seguida, amables i atents. Potser el preu un poc elevat per una habitació sense esmorzar.

Necessitavem un taxi a les 5:45 del mati i vam preguntar pel xat amb el hostel si ens podien trucar i reservar-lo i primer ens van dir que no es podia. Nosaltres que sabiem que si, el City’s hostel ens ho havia fet a l inici del viatge. Al demanar-ho si us plau que sabiem que si es podia ens van dir que ok, que els avisessim un dia abans. Quan ho vam fer ens van dir que no donaven aquest servei. NO HI HA RECEPCIO NO HI HA AJUDA EN RES.

Les chambres sont propres et les lits très confortables. Petite cuisine partagée avec une machine à café au 3e étage. Pas de personnel sur place, mais très bonne communication avec une responsable. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages au The Lince hôtel à quelques rues.

Nos cambiaron al hotel 4 estrellas un día antes del viaje, que están asociados con estos apartamentos, con desayuno bufete incluido, muy rico todo. Descuentos en cenas del hotel y muy limpio todo.

Eché en falta tendederos para poder colgar la ropa mojada, sobretodo en verano.

However, the management gave us a wonderful wedding gift: they upgraded us to a 4-star hotel in the same chain free of charge, and as an extra compliment, included delicious breakfasts throughout our stay. This level of care and attention to guests is a true sign of top-notch service. Our new room exceeded all expectations—spacious, perfectly clean, and very cozy. The breakfasts were diverse and impressed us with their quality every single day. Huge thanks to the entire hotel chain for making our honeymoon truly magical and unforgettable. We will definitely come back and will highly recommend this place to all our friends!

la temperatura del agua de la ducha es muy irregular, tan pronto sale frio como te quemas. Se escuchan todos los ruidos cuando la gente sale por el pasillo muy mal educada sin respetar el descanso. las Almohadas me parecieron muy incomodas, no pude utilizar. Eche en falta un mini frigorifico.

I asked for 2 single beds as was travelling with my son but have been given a big double bed. It was ok but not what i asked for.

Everything was great except no breakfast when it was offered. Parking wasnt great and my rental got sideswipe the first night but overall good.

Der Bürgersteig vor der Unterkunft ist sehr sehr eng, dort fahren viele Autos (unpraktisch mit Kind). Wir hatten zunächst keinen Zimmer Code und kein Babybett, trotz frühzeitiger Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft. Beides wurde auf Nachfrage mit etwas Verspätung bereitgestellt.

We received an upgrade and stayed at The Lince Azores. The personnel was kind and helpful, room - cosy and quiet, breakfast - delicious! Overall impression very good!

Water leaked out from under the shower.

I like the location of the place, the common area with basic kitchen stuff and the terrace with nice view on the 3rd floor. The room was small but ok, bed was comfortable.

We were staying 2 nights and during the first night around midnight someone entered to our room with the same door code we had! The other couple received the same room number and code for entering the building and the room, obviously it was a mistake on reception side, but it completely scared us and disturbed our night. The hotel did not apologize, moreover I had to ask for explanation from them. I see this as very unprofessional.

Ma la cosa migliore in assoluto è l'estrema efficienza, disponibilità e professionalità dello staff, in grado di risolvere ogni nostro problema! struttura consigliatissima!!!

A hora do chek in e check out! Quem vem de fora, chega a S. Miguel às 12h, tem de esperar até às 15h, fui por motivo de doença, com mobilidade reduzida , o check out dia 2 até às 11h, de novo de mala na mão, até às 14h! Pagar 79 euros por apenas 20h, nem 24 h, acho muito pouco adequado!

La cocina compartida esta muy limpio y es amplio, es agradable estar allí aunque no puedes cocinar caliente. No tiene llaves, funciona con código de acceso.

A l'arrivée le code de la porte ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu téléphoner plusieurs fois pour obtenir un nouveau code. Tres difficile de trouver une place pour stationner a côté de l'hôtel. Poubelle cassée dans la salle d'eau, support papier toilette branlant. Pas de frigo, bouilloire.

Mi è piaciuta molto la riservatezza garantita dal sistema di ingresso con codice. Inoltre, ho trovato la struttura perfettamente pulita e tutto era perfettamente funzionante.

Falha no sistema do código de entrada, o que provocou algum condicionamento. Péssimas almofadas. Televisão com péssima recepção de canais, sendo que não foi sequer possível recepcionar os principais canais portugueses. Sugestão: ser possível guardar as malas no local, enquanto se aguarda pelo respectivo vôo.

Bathroom shower had a gap in the lining which caused water to come out of the shower on every use. This was pretty uncomfortable as it resulted in the bathroom having water on parts of the floor. Room was overall very small (looked larger in the pictures) and with none of the standard amenities (ie a mini fridge for instance)

Instrukcja zameldowania bardzo dobra, pokój był na bieżąco sprzątany, jeśli sobie tego życzyłem przez wywieszenie za drzwi informacji. Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do darmowego parkingu. Nie ma do czego się doczepić, bardzo polecam.

Não consigo referir nada que não tivesse gostado.

Globalement bien, l'emplacement était accessible à pied pour le centre-ville et simple d'accès.

Bien globalement mais quelques désagréments durant le séjour, deux fois l'alarme d'incendie a été déclenchée le matin et elle ne s'arrêtait pas, c'était une fausse alarme très strident.

Wir erfuhren ein Upgrade auf ein richtiges Hotelzimmer. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und stellte mir meine Rechnung nach Wunsch aus, auch eine Anpassung war problemlos möglich.

Als wir einchecken wollten, war niemand vor Ort, weil uns nicht mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir anstelle der Dependance im Hauptgebäude untergebracht wurden. Der Pool war nur mit Badekappe zugänglich. Das Restaurant hatte wenig vegetarische Optionen.

I honestly can't understand how this hotel has any negative reviews because my experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was given an upgrade, and everyone treated me incredibly well. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and welcoming, and housekeeping cleaned my room whenever I requested it. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options every morning. The location is very convenient and central, and I always found street parking available nearby. What made my stay even more special was that they kindly extended my room upgrade during the days around my birthday, which I truly appreciated. I want to thank everyone who helped me and everyone who was consistently kind throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities you could need. Yes, they charge €4 for a swimming cap if you want to use the pool or jacuzzi, but honestly, you can simply bring your own or buy one elsewhere. Overall, I am extremely grateful to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable, and I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Não tinha a tv a funcionar corretamente , agua do duche saia toda fora tampa do balde do lixo partida e o barulho dos outros hospedes a qualquer hora da noite, porta rolos casa de banho partido, e o mais incorreto da vossa parte foi ter solicitado cama de casal ao qual se comprometeram e não foi atribuída.

Habitación cómoda, limpieza diaria y todo muy nuevo.

No me acabó de gustar el suelo de la habitación, era una especie de plastificado que no es agradable al tacto de los pies.

Nos cancelaron el vuelo y tuvimos que buscar un alojamiento rápidamente pues mucha gente estaba en la misma situación. Room&Go nos hizo las cosas fáciles y nos dieron una solución rápida. Además nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del check in a la habitación.

En esta habitación la WiFi no tenía demasiada potencia, sin embargo los días anteriores estuvimos también en Room&Go en otra habitaci´n donde la WiFi funcionó de maravilla.

Estoy valorando el hotel Lince ya que mi reserva fue cambiada . Muchísimas gracias por ello La amplitud de las habitaciones, todos los servicios en el hotel y el desayuno "de 10"
