Offrono supporto nelle prenotazioni di transfer e tour con driver e agenzie locali, noi in particolare abbiamo usufruito del tour notturno per vedere l’alba sul monte Bromo. Per quanto soddisfatti del ns tour, penso si possano trovare altre soluzioni a miglior prezzo.

Servizio pessimo, uno dei peggiori mai visti in 30 anni di esperienza di viaggi internazionali. Innanzi tutto si sono persi la mia prenotazione per 3 persone, ho chiesto un letto extra che non ci è stato dato, avendo prenotato una matrimoniale ci hanno registrato come 2 persone, ho dovuto far loro notare che la nostra prenotazione era per 3 persone e non per 2 e non si sono nemmeno scusati. Ho dovuto chiedere io espressamente che venisse pulita la stanza, con cambio di asciugamani e soprattutto refill di carta igienica. Al secondo giorno la card d’accesso alla stanza ha smesso di funzionare e ho dovuto chiederne la riattivazione. Bella la lobby quando mediocri le stanze. Le camere sono in condizioni pessime, con la porta di ingresso e quella del bagno di legno tutte scrostate, macchie sui muri e sul soffitto. Mobili in stanza vecchi e scrostati. In una delle stanze vicine stavano facendo dei lavori con tanto di rumore di trapani durante il giorno e via vai di operai al lavoro. Non fosse stato per il fatto di essere arrivati tardi e aver prenotato il tour notturno a poche ore dall’arrivo sarebbe stato da cambiare hotel.

L’hôtel est assez grand et dispose de beaucoup de chambre Le personnel est accueillant Les chambres auraient besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement / rénovation mais c’est correct et surtout le lit est très grand et confortable

Esta muy deteriorado. Necesita renovar las habitaciones Baño muy viejo Habitación sin ventana al exterior. Tiene ventanas al pasillo.

Un bel hotel, elegante. Camere pulite e spaziose con tavolo, sedia, bollitore caffè tè acqua. Letto comodo e camera pulitissima. Colazione con molti cibi quasi tutti asiatici e frutta. Posizionato bene per vedere Malang a piedi con una breve camminata. Vicinissimo c’è una pizzeria degna di nota il Cotaslice, segnatelo perché fanno una pizza buonissima e sono dei giovani molto simpatici !

Hotel pulito e accogliente. Se necessario c’è anche il servizio lavanderia e stireria e volendo organizzano anche tour per visitare il Monte Bromo.

Great short stay hotel for bromo and exploring a bit of malang for a couple of days. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Good shower pressure and temp. King staff

Everything is a bit dated. Bathroom shower doesn’t drain very well. Nothing awful to say! We were phoned in the room to remind us breakfast was finishing soon which was kind in a way as we didn’t miss breakfast, but also frustrating if you wanted a lie In.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on August 1st in Room 119. Unfortunately, when I checked out, I accidentally left my document holder underneath the room’s landline telephone. It contained my personal documentation ID and exactly €280 in cash. As soon as I realized my mistake, I returned to the hotel. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and she contacted the staff member who cleaned Room 119 that day. I was informed that nothing had been found. The document holder was left in a very specific place underneath the telephone and could not simply disappear. It is impossible to believe that it was not found during the cleaning process. The cash and my belongings were not reported through the hotel’s lost-and-found procedure, and I believe whoever cleaned my room kept it. I would like this matter to be escalated to the hotel management for a proper internal investigation. I expect the hotel to review who had access to Room 119 after my departure, investigate the incident thoroughly, and provide me with a clear explanation and an appropriate solution. This situation has been very disappointing, as losing important personal documents and a big amount of cash (280€ = 5,8 million IDR) has caused me considerable stress. I hope the management treats this complaint seriously and contacts me to resolve the matter. I have attached a photo of the personal ID document where my cash was placed as well.

Nous avons bien aimé l'hôtel et surtout le bidet avec eau tiède/chaude haha. L'emplacement était très bien! Distributeur d'eau à volonté dans le corridor.

Very comfortable bed, pillows and clean bedsheets. Water cooker with tea, coffee and water, small fridge, closet to put in clothes. Good wifi connection, good restaurants in the area. Big supermarket across the street. Easy check in and check out. Clean towels, even toothbrushes provided.

The doors could use a paint job. Even though there was a room with a window, I kept the curtains closed.

Absoluut geen aanrader!! We kwamen in de lobby en eigenlijk viel ons al meteen op dat het gebouw vervallen is en slecht onderhouden. We kregen een kamer toegewezen met een pasje die half kapot was. We opende de deur van onze kamer (wat eigenlijk een soort motel is ipv een hotel), toen kwam er een geur uit de kamer die niet te omschrijven is. Het stonk naar een combinatie van stink adem, rook en chemicaliën. Toen kregen we de volgende verrassing, de wc en de reiniger lekte. Er kwam een meneer voor kijken, maar die concludeerde al snel dat het normaal is. De hele nacht hebben we moeten luisteren naar het druipende water. Daarnaast was het helemaal niet schoon, overal lagen haren, vlekken en stof. De deur is geel, dit komt waarschijnlijk door het roken. Al met al dus zeker niet boeken.

駅から1.5kmほどの徒歩圏内で周りも徒歩圏内でマランをジャランジャランできる立地でした ブロモ山のツアーに参加した日は朝食ボックスを置いてくれて戻ってからいただきました 朝食をいただいた日は伝統的な料理を美味しく頂けて良かったです 200mに酒屋、目の前に人気のサテー屋もいい感じです

排水あたりは気を付けて使えば問題ないですがトイレブラシがほしいかもしれません 言えば貸してくれると思います

Wij sliepen hier voor 1 nachtje omdat we daarna de tour gingen doen. Dan is het prima maar niet voor meerdere nachten. Personeel was behulpzaam. Locatie was ook goed

De kamer had maar een raampje dat open kon maar wij zaten aan de weg kant. Hierdoor veel lawaai. Ook kon je de gordijnen niet open doen want dan keken ze zo je kamer in. Ligt een een super drukke weg. Hadden 3 nachten maar zijn na de eerste weggegaan.

The staff were great - arranged 2 day tours we were interested in and also a transfer to the airport in Surabaya. Communication beforehand was excellent.

The toilet was dodgy- initially didn't work and we needed someone to fix it. There was only 1 cup in the room so we couldn't enjoy the tea and coffee provided. Also, loads of sugar but only 1 sachet of creamer. No ATM on site as advertised. The bar is beer only.

酒店没有电梯，也没有员工帮忙运行李，对于携带行李箱的人有些困难，尤其是员工并没有提醒我可以不将行李艰难的提到check in的大堂，毕竟住宿区不在这里。酒店设施比图片更破旧点。

Great location, good room cleaning..Attractive bar and restaurant area for breakfast and other meals .

Upper rooms are good but on lower floor rooms are near car parking area.I know some people like this if they have a car .

-no hand soap, needed to go into the shower to use bath gel -the staff wake you up at 8am every morning to clean. I asked them to come back later but they never came. -on a very busy intersection and outside of the centre -front desk staff even had difficulty with google translate -communal dispenser was empty during my entire stay

The rooms need updating; the paint was severely peeling off the bathroom door, no hand soap at the sink, and the vent in the ceiling constantly dropped black dirt onto the toilet when turned on. The wifi also didn't work during our entire stay. We also had to ask for more water and toilet paper in the room because we did not get the morning room service. Breakfast was okay but the toaster did not work. There is no lift and a lot of stairs, it was hard for us to carry all our baggage to the room.

Nette kamer, prima ligging in de stad en hele leuke tourgids Eko bij de Tumpak Sewu trip.

Restaurant was op 2 gerechten na uitverkocht. Personeel doet zn best maar spreekt vaak geen goed engels. Ontbijt was karig voor de prijs. Locatie lijkt een beetje vergane glorie.

Grand hôtel établi fonctionnel et bien situé pour une escale d'une nuit. Ils nous ont fait un doggy-bag poir le petit-déj car on partait tôt.

Au check-in, on m'a donné une chambre dans laquelle il y avait quelqu'un (!), puis une autre qui avait une odeur terrible. J'ai donc dû attendre près d'1h avant de finalement avoir une chambre. Un peu vieillot.

Propreté et confort, très très bon emplacement dans la ville, permet d’accéder aux points d’intérêt à pied

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais

Le calme malgré le fait que l'hôtel soit situé à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville. Le confort de la literie. La grande chambre et la salle de bain de bonne taille. La proximité des lieux intéressants à visiter, tout pouvant se faire à pied : quartier historique et village coloré (ancien bidonville réhabilité).

Petit-déjeuner sans choix pour les européens. Pas de jus de fruits frais, un grille-pain complètement inefficace au rythme de 2 tranches de pain de mie par fournée.

Bed bugs in first room, another room was given. Very tired staff, but friendly and helpful. Old building need to be repaired.

Central location with good food around.

Forego including Breakfast if staying few nights. Breakfast choices were like a college kid rushed something together at the last minute. Every room is non-smoking. Smokers are confined to the central yard to be fed to mosquitos. Shower was a Russian Roulette. Not knowing if water is piping hot or freezing cold.

Jalannya yang satu arah, jika mau kearah alun alun merdeka jadi memutar, bisa sih dengan berjalan kaki lurus aja dari hotel.

Staf hotel yang ramah, kamar bersih, lokasi strategis di pusat kota, banyak tempat makan disekitar hotel terutama waktu sore dan malam hari. Sarapan pagi disediakan dengan menu yang variatif rasanya juga cukup enak.
