Receptionist changed my booking and add me additional charged but if your not show up its automatically deducted to your account. Air-conditioning suck not properly working, connection horrible not working. Staff - on the night duty feels like home barefoot.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2025This hotel is an economical choice for short time stay in case there's some time to catch flight as it's 12 minutes drive from muscat airport, the hotel also provides taxi on chargeable basis. Many restaurants, travel agency , laundry , barber shop , shopping centres are located very near to the hotel. The hotel just provide refurbished old rooms , no towels , no water , the hotel management must focus on making ambience and cleaning as the hotel is at good location for amenities..
