Reviewed Sep 26, 2025シャワーはレバーを倒すところがわからず最初は困ったが、お湯も水の出具合も問題なし。ルームクリーニングは選べるけど、掃除しなくても水とタオルは交換はしてくれる。部屋も広い、冷蔵庫あり、使わなかったけどレンジあり。シャンプー石鹸あり、歯ブラシはフロント自販機に用意あり。1人利用でもツインベッドで広かった。 24時間飲食店が多く、夜でも周りは人が多い。うるさいというわけではない安心感がある。

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025駅から徒歩5分以内。 鉢山駅の周辺はお店がたくさんあり買い物も便利です。 部屋には洗濯機やレンジもあり、長期滞在にも適しています。 ただ、リネン類は少し使いふるした感あり。 部屋もスーツケースを広げると通路がふさがります。 その点をマイナスしても便利さが勝るので、また利用したいです。

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025The hotel is located on a busy Area. if you love the nightlife and wanted to spend time eating or drinking after a long travel to the city, this is the perfect spot for you. Intercity Hotel is situated 40-50 mins away from the major attractions in Seoul. It is quite boring to wait this much time in the morning, However, coming home after a lot of walking, I love the travel home as long as I can find a seat on the subway. It lets me rest for an hour so I can enjoy a relaxing night drinking beer or eating food just in front of the hotel. The hotel is just 4 mins walk to the Line 5 subway, and it has access to convenience stores like CU G25 and 7/11.

Reviewed May 2, 2025The hotel was fine for the price that we paid (a little less than $100 per night, after taxes and fees). Like others have said, the room was very small - it is a very tight fit when walking around the beds. The area near the hotel (Balsan Metro Station) was interesting - there seems to be a lot of office buildings, so there are a lot of restaurants specializing in after-work dinners. In other words, lots of places where you can eat grilled pork and beef with alcohol. But other than that, not really much to see nearby.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2025ベッドの上にカッターナイフの折った刃がありました。危ないし、非常に怖くて部屋を交換してもらいましたが、支配人なのか偉い人はなんともないような態度で不愉快でした。 説明を聞くと壁紙を貼り直したときに落とされたということです。壁紙を貼り直した後に部屋の掃除とベッドをセットするのが同然かと思いますが、どうやらそのまま顧客を入れたようです。 2度と行きたくない体験をさせてもらいました。

Reviewed Apr 10, 20252025年初入住時感覺很好，今次是第4次入住，但這兩次住的房間洗澡的花灑水龍頭水力很弱。 今次住的是deluxe room, 其中大床的床墊很硬，側卧睡會壓到手痛。 另外今次房的花灑除了水力弱之外，水也不夠熱，只是溫水。 跟前櫃反影了，但沒改善到。 另外，床頭旁邊沒小枱也點不方便，而且沒書枱，對要工作的出差人士很不便。所以要考慮今後是否還會再入住了。雖然地點方便，週圍也很多餐廳，吃東西很方便。

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024金浦空港に23時着のフライトだったので、空港から近くて以前泊まったことのある鉢山でホテルを探してました。たまたま空いていたので、泊まりましたが、古さは否めないものの泊まるだけならいいかな？と思います。チェックインが0時を過ぎても気持ち良く対応していただき、サービスも問題なかったです。渡韓の際にはだいたい毎日夜まで出歩いてるので、次もここでも良いかも。鉢山自体は飲食店がたくさんあり、またダイソー、オリヤン、百貨店があるので、お土産も買いやすいです。なんといぅても空港から近いのが嬉しいです。

Reviewed Dec 2, 2024金浦空港の朝便を利用したため、金浦空港からのアクセスがよいこちらのホテルにしました。 발산역9番出口からすぐの所にあり、立地が良く、周りにはオリーブヤング、ダイソーや様々なカフェや飲食店が並んでおり過ごしやすいと思います。 コンサートが終わり、23時頃に夜ご飯を食べに外へ出歩いても大丈夫なくらいには治安がいいです。 施設の設備については、WiFiがフリーで公開されているのが少し不安なのと、コンセントがベッド横にないことと、アメニティがほとんど持参しなければならないのが不便だと思いました。

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024空港近くでリーズナブルな価格で周辺も飲食店が充実。大雪の為、急遽宿泊しました。早朝の便の際はまたリピートしたいです。シャワーのみなので長期連泊には向かないです。

Reviewed Nov 5, 2024잘먹고 잘쉬러 간거라 주변에 먹을곳이 많은건 좋았습니다. 프런트 직원분도 친철하세요, 다만 이불에 뭐가 묻어 있었고 침대위에 침대를 올려둔거라 조금만 뒤척여도 흔들려서 어지러웠어요 ㅠㅠ방음도 안좋아서 아침에 복도에서 떠드는 소리가 너무 잘들려서 자다 깼어요.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2024金浦空港から地下鉄で３駅、駅からも徒歩５分で、周りも飲食店等多数でとても便利です。リニューアルされていますが、バスタブがないのと、シャワーブースのパーティションが無いため、シャワーを利用すると洗面所の床はびしょ濡れになります。ベッドは固いですが、個人的には良いと思います。コンセントはすべて韓国式のコンセントなので、フロントでマルチプラグを借りなければなりません。

Reviewed Oct 19, 2024The accommodation is a bit small which you can't really open your luggage. Moreover, the air-conditioning is kind of broke which the room temperature is kept 28 degree. The surrounding environment is good which have lots of restaurants. Overall, the room is fair.
