Peccato che sia un po' trascurato perchè è in una bellissima posizione, la sala dove poter mangiare l'attrezzerei un po' meglio e curerei la pulizia delle tazze e delle posate. Peccato perchè anche questa con una vista meravigliosa, la valorizzerei di più

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026If you are a family of four or more, stay away from this hotel—it feels like a complete scam. They assigned us a room that was a 20-minute drive away from the main building and only informed us three days before our stay. By then, it was too late to cancel without a penalty, and we had no choice but to miss the Lake Toya fireworks. It would have been an absolute nightmare if we hadn't rented a car.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026房間空間很大，我們訂的三人房，可以住四人，因為床加大雙人+單人床也不小，我們四人，兩大兩小，最後加小朋友一晚3000日幣，這個是多一人的毛巾清洗費，很合理。窗很大可以看到洞爺湖，晚上我們躺在床上看室外，小朋友看到螢火蟲在飛來飛去，很激動，浴室浴缸是按摩式，泡湯可以看窗外洞爺湖，視野開闊，遇到週五週六週日可以在酒店看煙火，這個酒店需要開車來。

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026De locatie met het uitzicht over het meer is fantastisch. Het hotel ziet er nog redelijk nieuw uit en is prima luxe en heeft ruime bedden. Naar mijn smaak waren de bedden iets aan de harde kant.
Er staat in de flyer op de kamer dat er bij korte verblijven niet iedere dag het beddegoed wordt verschoond, maar wel iedere dag schone handdoeken en lege vuilnisbakken, echter in de twee nachten dat we er verbleven is de housekeeping helemaal niet geweest, dus geen opgemaakte bedden, geen schone handdoeken en geen lege vuilnisbakken. We hadden twee kamers voor twee personen en bij beiden is de schoonmaak niet geweest.

You do have to change your shoes into slippers when you first enter which is no big bother. No elevators, so if you are in the second floor, you have to carry your luggages up a short flight of stairs

Reviewed May 24, 2026Room was spacious. Very clean n the washing, toilet n bath are separated. Very intelligent toilet that can auto flush, open and close cover. Parking is free and in front of hotel. Free coffee, tea and miçrowave on 2nd floor. Receptionist very helpful and friendly.
The bed is too soft. Need to drive to the town area to eat n buy groceries!

Reviewed May 19, 2026Great location with breathtaking view over the lake from the room. Modern with large room and king size bed and spa bathtub. In room facilities plus dining area with ice, coffee machine and microwave. On the front side of the resort there are amazing views of snow capped mountains.
There are no close by supermarkets or restaurants so you need to bring food. There are two vending machines outside but the hotel really needs to have in house dining, particularly in the colder months.

Not easy to access, we didn’t have a car and the hotel didn’t offer to come to pick us up. The staff wasn’t that friendly either, we arrived completely soaked and they didn’t even say hello.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026This was my favourite stay within my whole Japan trip. The property was at a beautiful location and our room had an amazing view of Lake Toya. The rooms were large, spacious and very comfortable. There was a lounge area and bench tables in the room and it was more than enough space for 2 people. We stayed here as part of our ski trip to Rusutsu and it was only 25 min drive to the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was also free parking and paid laundry facilities which was convenient. To drive to restaurants, food, and convenient stores, however, it was 13-15 minutes to Lake Toya which is not extremely close, but we don’t mind. We were very happy with our stay.

You will need a car or be comfortable with taxis if you stay here as it is a little out of the way, but that makes it more quiet and peaceful.

お風呂場の窓を開けたくて開けたら閉まらなくて困った。換気扇の音がうるさかった。 朝も夜もホテルでは食事が無くて、やっぱりちょっと淋しいかも。食べる物は全て持ち込んで来ないとなりません。外には冷凍のお弁当の自販機が置いてあります。

Da es in der Umgebung nicht viele Restaurants gibt, befindet sich vor dem Hotel ein Automat für kleine Menüs, die für die Mikrowelle geeignet sind (für einen Abend absolut ausreichend). Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Eingang des Hotels.
Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne & die Fenster sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
