Jasmine Hotel

The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet considering the location.

Very good location, at the heart of Bui Vien street, yet very quiet inside. Friendly and helpful staff!

Everything was good.

Fantastic stay. Made my travel very easy. Lovely room with great amenities. Staff welcoming Very comfortable and relaxing start to our holiday

The room was lovely clean and comfortable. Good sized bathroom. Everything you would expect in a decent hotel was there. The staff were great, and made up for anything else.

Linen was clean. Bathroom clean. Good location. Night shift staff very friendly.

Room was like a shoebox, walls dirty.

The staff were brilliant and the communication was excellent! When the problems did arise, the man was very helpful and did everything to try and solve them, including changing my room.

I can’t begin to explain how terrible the small single room is. I have stayed in many properties in many countries, but that room is horrible. First, you can’t leave the room without putting the bed up, so it’s a huge fire hazard. Second, the ac had mould on the plastic, meaning it was blowing it around the room. The worst? The ridiculous noise coming through the walls… honestly drilling, loud DJ noises, bells, scraping… this doesn’t stop at night as it was 11pm when it was still going on. Horrific! The second room was better, but still a little unclean in areas.

hotel in the center, staff very kindly

Amazing stay very nice staff clean room comfortable bed can’t ask for more

Not my favorite location but everything else makes up for it

Staff were friendly and helpful and room was comfortable and very clean. We had a comfortable stay, the room was clean. Great value for money for an overnight stop.

It met all our needs and more. A real pleasure to stay there. The room was comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Location exactly what I was looking for.

Very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and located in a good place close to centre. It is basic, you get what you pay for. We prefer this one because it's close to the city centre.

Staff was great, facilities were great, & whatever they washed the sheets in smells amazing

I checked out early because of the overabundance of rats. Let me say, I didn't see any rats INSIDE the building, but in the alley & in front of the building after sundown, they were everywhere. I have a rat phobia so I checked out after 1 night. Didn't ask for a refund or anything. Again I say. I DID NOT see any rats inside the building

the staff was super nice that was the Highlight! Great staff. Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Great rooftop. Would stay again.

Great location.

Nothing.

Location, price, helpful polite staff.

A size of my single room was exceptionally small.

The front desk is accommodating. Layla let me checked in early without any payment.

Since it wasn’t soundproof, I can hear noises (laughing, talking) which happened very early morning but the front desk notified them to be a bit quiet.

Staff and location

The rooms were clean. Parking was ok. Staff very nice, friendly and accommodating, as my husband is disabled.

I like that room big for 2 person and clean

Nothing, because I like all

It was a 2 min walk to the centre and super easy to find. The room was exactly as expected and the staff was very welcoming. A very comfortable stay. Just what I needed, a comfortable room for the night.

Pleasant experience, would come again! Nice building. Super easy checkin and staff member was super helpful. Gorgeous interior in the hotel as you walk in. Room was really comfortable and I love the style.

The single room might need to adjust the bed to get out from the room

Overall I was very satisfied with my room during my visit to here. I like the staff very warm and welcoming. Cleanliness and customer relationship

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great for overnight stay. Extremely enjoyable with good value

It was great! It was so clean, convenient, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing - would absolutely come again.

Twin room not fit for purpose on ground floor beside reception. So loud I didn’t sleep at all with the noise. Refused change of room so left hotel with no refund.

Location was very central with lots of activity close by. The hotel was clean and had everything you needed. Nice and reasonable hotel.

Location near walking street bui vien

Nil

Party of 5, 2 adults 3 teenagers. The room is small but the 3 of us comfortably slept in a double and single plus 2 in another room on a different level. Location is great walking distance to most places. We were out all day and night exploring so only slept there, so was perfect for us.

The location is very good.

The location is convenient and quiet at night. The day desk lady is very helpful and truly multilingual, gave excellent advice for tours, meals and how to go to muséums in HCM city, Even the small ones.

It was clean and looked like the photos

Nothing to fault

Good location and very clean, comfortable room. Staff were lovely and really helpful. I recommend the accommodation. Absolute satisfaction

Struttura centralissima, comoda e personale accogliente; abbastanza pulita

Location and value.

Noise from neighbouring club at night.

Bed was fine. AC worked well and was quiet. Plenty of water pressure and hot.

Room was smaller than I expected. Staff were not particularly friendly. Wifi constantly cutting out. Most of the time I used my phone as a hotspot.

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương

Though the room was small, but good enough for single person with comfortable bed. it's a basic hotel for short stays. location is good to have many options for restaurants and fun in evening.

for family it's not suitable to stay.

Location, staff friendliness, cleanliness and just an all round lovely modern hotel. Would definitely book it again

Great location and helpful and friendly staff.

No complaints

It is very central, and It is silent even It is locares in one of the most noisy place of Ho Chi Minh

They accept reservation, but they do not accept American Express

The staffs were very firiendly. Since we reached early, they helped us to check in early. The rooms were good as well.

I had a great time staying at Jasmine Hotel. I stayed at the fifth floor. Peaceful and quiet. The location of the hotel is very, very good. It's very near to the city center. It's just minutes away from the main square. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. It's also near the airport.

I wish they had a universal power socket.

Very helpful and nice staff. Good area but location is dodgy.

The backstreet location. Facilities were decent at best.

The Location is good for who like to Party. It‘s not loud.
