Perfect location for getting to all the sights of Rome. Beautiful little streets with lovely places to eat nearby. Staff were so friendly and helpful before, during and at the end of our stay and the hotel was lovely and quiet at night.

The room was beautifully appointed, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic, an easy walk to all sights. The croissants in the morning was a lovely touch.

The location of this place was outstanding. It was a little hard to find at first, but being able to walk to so many places within a short distance was amazing.

The location was perfect. Walkable to most attractions in Rome. The staff was so friendly and the fresh warm croissants were a very nice touch.

We arrived at this property and the welcome by Valentina was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean with two small balconies. The bathroom was well laid out with room for toiletries and lovely big towels. The Pantheon was only a block away and walking distance to all the amazing sights Rome can offer. The building is secure with a small lift and codes to enter the building. It’s quiet at night with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. While reception was only manned for 5 hours each day we received clear instructions on how to enter the building if arriving later in the day. There is a contact number for emergencies which you can call or text if needed. The rooms were cleaned each day. The room had a coffee maker, kettle and fridge with tea, coffee and coffee pods replenished each day. The support we received from Valentina and Nico during our stay was incredible and meant the lost luggage drama didn’t spoil our stay. Will definitely stay here next time I travel to Rome.

Not really a negative but the lift to the property is like most of the lifts in the lovely old buildings, it is a two people or one person with suitcase size

There was some mold in the bathroom. Very small and high up in the ceiling.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable, with a great terrace overlooking the street. Since our room (and reception) were on the 4th (5th, for Americans) floor (just below the rooftop apartment/terrace), we were very happy that there was a lift -- the stairs were fine for going down, but the lift was great to carry us (and our baggage and/or weary tourist legs) up! The location is fantastic, with cool views across old rooftops (you can see the top of the Vittorio Emmanuel Monument), less than 5 minutes from the Pantheon, but on a street that's relatively "local" -- not overrun by noisy tourists and cars... Surprisingly quiet, especially at night, for such a central location! The staff were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed talking to them and they had a map and some good suggestions for dining in the area, and so on. Oh, and as a bonus, they booked us a paid-for sunset cocktail/appetizer at a local rooftop terrace bar -- right near the Piazza Navona, very nice! They offered us a choice between that and a spa experience.

This was not a negative for us, but travelers should note that this property has stopped serving breakfast, per se (there's not really room for this anyway, the reception/entry area is quite small). They do have a great Nespresso machine in the room and all the coffee you'd want, a few snack-y goodies provisioned in the room, and they give you delicious croissants every morning.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war ja nicht inbegriffen, trotzdem erhielt man täglich sehr guten Kaffee und einen frischen Gipfel. Die Mini-Bar war stets gut gefüllt und gratis. Die Dusche funktioniert sehr gut, ebenfalls die geräuschlose Klimaanlage. Die Leiterin Francesca war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig.

Eingangsbereich und Lift sind nicht besonders einladend.

L’accueil et l’organisation sont non seulement impeccables mais chaleureux. L’ascenseur est petit mais il y en a un ! Pour une situation très centrale, le calme de la nuit est presque surprenant (fenêtre ouverte).

Nicola was fabulous. We really appreciated all of the extras; drinks, robe, croissants, etc. Location was excellent.

You do hear noise from the street, which is to be expected in a city center.

Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, mitten im Zentrum. Es ist trotzdem ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Schade ist, dass es im Zimmer keinen Teller und Besteck gibt für das leckere Croissant welches man jeden Morgen frisch erhält. Dadurch kann man mit der Marmelade schlecht hantieren. Die Kaffeemaschine taugt leider auch nichts. Ein bisschen verbessern kann man hier noch.

Es ist ziemlich dunkel in den Zimmern und es gibt ein Zimmer welches nur ein sehr kleines Fenster hat was dann auch noch in den Treppenhaus geht. Das passt leider überhaupt nicht zum Zimmerpreis.

Lovely clean comfortable room right in the centre of Rome’s historic centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They left a free croissant for us every morning and coffee ready to be made.

De locatie, werkelijk in het hart van historisch Rome, vlakbij het Pantheon, is fantastisch. De staf, Nicola en Valentina, waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alhoewel het geen hotel is, is er toch een dagelijkse schoonmaak. Geen ontbijt mogelijk maar wel dagelijks een croissant aan de deur en koffie op de kamer. De vervolg-cappuccino drink je bij Eustachio!

De ramen sluiten het geluid van het verkeer op straat totaal buiten, helaas zijn de binnendeuren minder isolerend; alles wat op de gang, tevens de receptie, of in de naburige kamer gebeurt, hoor je. Gelukkig zijn er maar vier kamers.

We had a wonderful stay in Minerva Relais. The staff was wonderful, kind and really helpful and attentive. The room was equipped with everything that we needed and it was clean. Everything was close so the location was absolutely perfect. We would love to stay there again.

Great location and super friendly staff. We visited Rome for our wedding anniversary and they went the extra mile to make our stay special. Nicola was there when we arrived and really helpful in pointing out local recommendations for restaurants and best transport options. We loved the warm croissants on our door in the mornings, and it was great to be able to leave our bags securely after check out as we had a late flight home. Overall a great stay, thank you to the staff!

Being an English tea drinker I would have preferred a bigger mug in the room rather than the little coffee cup provided. The water could have been a bit hotter but neither of these took away from what was a really lovely stay.

The room was clean and cozy, the staff were incredible, and the morning croissants were a great bonus. The place is located very centrally, with easy access to all major landmarks by foot. Check-in and check-out arranged seamlessly outside of their working hours.

There was some noise from the streets and neighbouring rooms, which is to be expected in an older building. The Wi-Fi and shower temperature were a little spotty, but nothing that would impact our stay too much.

Excellent communication with hotel. Fantastic location. Spacious bedroom with super comfy bed & modern bathroom.

El lugar demasiado buen ubicado, en pleno centro de Roma muy cerca de las principales atracciones para conocer. La habitación muy cómoda y perfecta para dos personas. La vista del balcón espectacular. Nos recibió Valentina, muy amable y tuvimos una muy buena comunicación con ella, sobre todo porque hablaba español. Nos daban todos los días croassant y tenía cafetera y hervidor disponible para calentar agua. También hay frigobar.

No les doy la puntuación perfecta porque el ducha tenía muy poca presión de agua, en general el agua salía caliente pero hubo una vez que se demoro en calentar, pero lo asocio al problema de presión. El resto de las instalaciones súper bien.

Muy linda la habitación, Valentina me atendió muy bien. El detalle del croissant en la mañana es algo muy importante :)

This hotel was genuinely such a good experience. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly kind and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome the entire time. One of the sweetest touches was that they delivered fresh croissants to us in the morning, which made the whole stay feel extra special and thoughtful. Waking up to that was just perfect. The room itself was amazing. It was a large, open space with so much natural light, and the balcony view was absolutely beautiful. It felt peaceful and private, like our own little escape. The bathroom was huge, with a big shower that felt almost spa-like. Overall, such a comfortable and memorable stay. I would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere relaxing with genuinely caring hosts. Also is in a great part of Rome, walking distance from everything.

Honestly, we had no issues. I think everything exceeded our expectations, and we plan on returning next time we stay in Rome.

Boa localização, quarto e banheiros reformados, agradáveis e limpos. Ótimo enxoval de cama e banho, mimos com shampoo e cremes. Delicioso corneto quentinho às 8hs e fizeram a gentileza de nos entragarem mais cedo devido aos nossos compromissos.

Atmosfeer en locatie geweldig, erg schoon en goede bedden. Personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Had een beetje bedenkinging toen onze kamer naast de voordeur en receptie bleek te zijn, maar het was heel rustig, dus geen last van lawaai 'savonds.
