Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The service seemed ok
The bangining noise that started at 7 am and children running in the corridor late night and through out the day .So if you came just for a peaceful holiday to read and relax this was the wrong choice

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Its location is very good and easy to get in and out without going through the city. At the same time it is pretty easy to go into the city centre from this place
Continuous drilling without allowing us to sleep in the afternoon. They can’t give room next to the place where they are doing major civil work. Shows absolute lack of empathy to customers comfort.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very professional. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.
The pictures were showing a swimming pool so we went with an expectation but the pool was under construction or rework. It was a big disappointment for us. The in-house spa and massage center was displaying an 'offer' board at the reception but when we called them they say the offers are already ended. So why keep the board still?? (Their service was still good).

There was no swimming pool as shown in the pictures on booking.com and no outdoor garden activities for walking and playing. The indoor games amenities were poor.

The swimming pool had a roof nearby that covered the sun in the afternoon (which was not ideal as you could get cold)

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety. The shower was awesome 👌
There was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom. The front office night staff were not very accommodating. There was no tea or coffee in the room. It took them 2 hours to eventually get us some coffee sachets. The rest of the staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Spacious room and Great breakfast
Room furnishing is not well maintained. All fixtures showing signs of ageing and not clean...especially bathrooms. This hotel charges extra for asking for additional soap or tea/coffee packets....the ones kept in the room is not even enough for 1 person. I don't think any hotel does this. For the price they charge, definitely it is not worth. You can get much affordable and clean budget hotels elsewhere in Mysore.
