Great location, did not have breakfast.

The AC vent in the room kept blowing bits of thermocol an plastic into the living space. The rooms could also do with a bit of an update as some parts are showing their age. Asked to change rooms once because of the same mentioned AC issue and that the had shower in the washroom was leaking leaving an overall mouldy and wet smell in the whole room.

The hotel is mediocre and desperately in need of renovation. Bathrooms are dated and shabby. It makes one wonder who gave the place a 4-star rating. Considering its condition, it is overpriced at the daily rate of 5500 plus rupees.

La limpieza buena,las camas comodas,el desayuno y la cena bien, el personal de sala muy amable y agradable,el responsable del comedor muy amable y atento muy pendiente de que todo nos gustara y nos recomendaba que comer,la ubicacion es buena si quieres alejarte un poco del jaleo del centro en tuk tuk llegas en menos de 10 min.

En la recepción habia un hombre siempre el mismo,alto con gafas que parecia estar siempre enfadado y no te ayudaba en nada,todo era no!, en la habitacion habia demasiada luz aun poniendo las cortinas de noche parecia ser de dia por las luces exteriores era molesto para dormir al igual que el ruido del aire acondicionado que aun estando parado hacia ruido.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding van dit hotel is hee)l erg goed; jhet is erg goedkoop en e hebt een ruime kamer, waar ze in no time twee bedden voor ons maakten ( ipv het grote twee persoons bed. het hotel ligt gunstig in de stad en is niet bijzonder luxueus, maar heeft een fijn zwembad met prettige zithoeken. Onze kamer had een balkon ( zonder stoel weliswaar) maar dat was soms ook wel fijn

je moet jn het restaurant het menu met een QR code downloaden en dat is behoorlijk lastig lezen ; we hebben er dan ook alleen maar ontbeten, waarbij de keuze voornamelijk india's was

The swimming pool was just for me!! Its amazing to jump in in the hot weather after sightseeing all day! The restaurant on the rooftop os amazing with great food and very fast service. The rooms was nice and the street is just so far that the traffic noise was not too much!

Friendly and super helpful staff especially in the restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and secure and clean. Excellent housekeeping. The hotel was so helpful in organising our day trips

I booked the room inclusive of breakfast, and it was really worth it. The breakfast menu was just right and not excessive. The location of the hotel is good.

I can only recommend Roopa Elite to any solo travelling woman (that comes to Mysore for yoga). The area the hotel is in is very safe, too and in 5 minutes by rikshaw you reach Gokulam. The staff is exceptional. The kindness of the people working there is incredible from all the receptionists among them Robert, Teja Swini, the restaurant staff and the laundry service - all 5*! I stayed for a whole month at Roopa Elite and really felt home there. It was my first time in India and I especially thank Mr Kundan for taking such exceptional care of me. I have never seen something similar when travelling to other places. He organized my transport, reserved train tickets, helped with my further travels, invited me to his home to meet his family, giving me the opportunity of a local experience, even brought me to the train station when I left Mysore and will still help me during my further travels here in India. During my stay, he reached out continuously making sure that I have everything I need and am safe. The Roopa Elite team made my stay exceptional and I am surely coming back. The rooms are very clean and spacious, they have nice balconies and the pool and the restaurant terrace is very enjoyable. They have good and safe food options for “western stomachs”, too and can adapt to any food requirements.

The wifi connection needs to be improved but the staff was so kind to offer working from their office.

The rooms have an alarm on the door that sounds if the door is not shut properly. Every night, we were woken up by this noise. What a ridiculous design. Because of the noise we would not go back again.

Gut geschlafen, zentrale Lage, das Personal war immer freundlich. Einiges war mal neu, aber dafür sauber. Besonders das Restaurant wirkte teils etwas abgenutzt, aber das Essen war gut und lecker.

Der Kaffee war nicht gut.

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet.

Es ist sehr hellhörig, man bekommt Alles mit, was sich im Hausflur abspielt und zwar sehr laut.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! the location is convenient and it was close to local attractions and restaurants, which made exploring easy. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options, which was a perfect way to start the day.

I experienced some difficulties with the Wi-Fi signal, as it was slow or dropped occasionally.

Nice location in the heart of Mysore. Very close accessibility to railway museum and just 15 mins drive to Mysore palace.

No room service was done and had to remind 2 times. They messed up with my rooms. The rooms with balcony were facing an under construction building, so couldn't use the balcony.

The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area of Mysore. We had booked a room with a balcony, there is not much of a view but the room was big and comfortable. The place was clean. Room service was prompt and the food was tasty.

The sofas and the curtains etc. are showing signs of wear. We got stuck in a lift one night and no one heard the alarm for almost 10 mins. When we finally managed to get out, and told the person on duty they didn't seem too concerned saying that the power must have tripped. I mentioned it to the staff the next day and they said they will look into it in a very casual manner. The hotel is doing very well and I got the feeling that the front desk staff is not really bothered about some guests having faced an issue.

Het hotel is goed gelegen. De kamers hebben een goede standaard. Het ontbijt was goed en heel lieve mensen in de bediening super attent en lief. Het hotel heeft leuke elementen. Glazen lift , zwembad heeft een mooi uitzicht en is te zien vanuit het restaurant via een glazen wand. Het terras buiten is mooi opgevat. Ook kregen we een early check in wat weecht wel.waardeerde maar de manier hoe de incheck verliep overschaduwde alles. Maar... de incheck en uitcheck was in de eerste plaats geen.ster waard! En vervolgens verbijsterend...

De receptioniste een dame die in de eerst plaats al.geen begroeting gaf. We waren vroeg omdat we met de trein van Hampi kwamen. We vroegen of een early check inn kon (had hier ook 2x een bricht over gestuurd via de booking.com message). Dit kon in eerste instantie niet. Onze bagage achterlaten kon wel ...Geen probleem voor ons, wat niet kan kan niet. Het ging hem hier over de akelige negatieve ontvangst en dit voor een 4 sterren! Een andere man die volgens mij geen receptionist was zei dat de kamer om 12u wel beschikbaar kon zijn dus dat vonden we suoer fijn, maar nogmaals wat niet kan kan niet ook een 4 sterren hotel heeft zijn grenzen.... Toen we terugkwamen en de echte check inn plaatsvond vroegen ze naast onze paspoorten de e visa. We vroegen waarom want de stempel van hetvvisum staat in de paspoorten? We waren nieuwsgierig en ook een beetje geschrokken opnieuw over de manier dat dit gevraagd werd...Uiteraard willen we al documenten die nodig zijn leveren maar we mogen nog wel.vragen stellen als klant en gast! De vrouwelijke receptioniste was zeer onbeleefd. De 2 anderen probeerde de sfeer recht te trekken. E visa moesten we weer opzoeken in de mail en konden we what's appen. Was heel naar, geen hallo, geen welkom...nog mooit meegemaakt. Maar goed iedereen kan een slechte dag hebben... Maar neen hoor de uitcheck!!!! Er moest bij uitcheck nog een check in de kamer gedaan worden...wat helemaal prima is , wanneer dit klaar was liet de receptioniste dit weten. Geen vraag of alles goed gegaan was en zelfs geen dag of fijne reis of ....Simpelweg niets! Deze ene receptioniste is de rotte appel die de hele fruitschaal verrot! Dit hebben we nog nooit nergens meegemaakt ! Roopa Elite handel snel want je welkom en ontvangst is je visite kaartje en het werpt een schaduw op je hele hotel. Jammer wij komen nooit meer terug ondanks de positieve elementen die we benoemd hebben over het hotel.

The property was amazing. Close to all locations and site seeing in Mysuru.

Budget friendly and easy access

The rooms were clean. The staff was extremely courteous. And it is located in what seems to be the centre of the city so that everything we wanted to check out was only 5-10 minutes away.

Beautiful place with big rooms, great stuffs and thanks to mr Robert, and person in restaurant for laxmikant the manger ,thanks for the wonderful hospitality ,definitely recommended and it’s worthy staying at your place thanks!

The room was excellent. Good size, well designed and very clean. We needed a couple of hours extension for check out, which the manager happily agreed to.

Excellent location in Mysore for a quick getaway to sites like Palace, Chamundi Hills, Brindavan Gardens etc. In a locality where there are ample options to eat and shop, except that the restaurant in the hotel itself is not that great.

Clean hotel in prime location. Good in-house restaurant. Tasty breakfast bufffet. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options in the vicinity. Polite and helpful staff.

Laundry service is slow, takes two or more days. Thin walls leak sounds from neighboring rooms especially TV sounds. Annoying door alarm triggered frequently by guests. Outdoor seating in restaurant pots not attractive because of pots with stagnant dirty water.

We had a standard double room. From 11 pm one they started to prepare the bankwit hall right above the room moving furniture around. Sleeping was not possible. Staff is also rude. Says not our problem if you can't sleep. In the morning at 7 am they started again with the noise. No compensation for this inconvenience at all, rude staff and bad understanding of service. avoid the place!

Not worth for the money. Pool was not great. Room G009 is not spacious enough. TV not working. Considering 4 star, no support staff to take of luggage. TV was not working. Many small things which don't categorise it to 4 star. Good for 2-3 star.
