Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Lokacija hotela je odlična, uz kolodvor odakle polaze svi autobusi te vlakovi (između ostalog i onaj za aerodrom). Doručak je bio ok. Vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Uz minimalnu naknadu dozvolili su nam stvarno kasni check-out budući da nam je let bio tek navečer.

Bedsheets were not changed at all even after having stains of them in the beginning! Breakfast was very mediocre with tiny flies on the salami at times! Juice was full of water and tasted bad..

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Staff were very friendly. Desk is open 24 hours so can leave key behind reception while you are out. Rooms tidied each day, ample towels, air con great, TV had Netflix, prime, youtube etc. Right next to main station was handy as not having to drag luggage across the city. The breakfast was good, classic continental, lots of options and nice fresh fruit.
The pastries were very sweet and had so much jam inside - but that is just personal preference.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The location of the hotel is great if you’re travelling from the station, a few steps away and you arrive at the hotel. We had breakfast included which had variety of options. The room was basic though relatively large. The only problem with our room was you couldn’t have the TV on without having the main light on too but nothing majorly wrong with the room. The hotel and room was clean. We could walk to the Colosseum from the hotel. Stay here if you’re wanting to be close to the station.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026テルミニ駅からすぐ近くでわかりやすく便利でした。エアコンは部屋で管理できたので、ほどよく効かせることができ、真夏でも全く問題ありませんでした。朝食も種類豊富でおいしかったです。家具は良い感じでした。
シングルとあってベッドが少し狭い感じで、部屋も狭めでした。隣室の音が少し気になりました。

Кровать заявлена двуспальная, но она и узкая и короткая одновременно. А главная проблема - прославленный в центре матрас. Настолько, что с обеих сторон кровати скатывались в течение ночи в середину. Спать было не удобно. В номере непонятно как проходит контроль качества. Только въехали в номер - держатель туалетной бумаги вместе с бумагой валялся на полу (а изначально приклеен к стене на двусторонний скотч). На второй день его прилепили сотрудники отеля обратно и у вечеру он снова отвалился. На третий день они даже закреплять не стали. Очень маленькая душевая, упираешься в стены все время локтями. Ну и завтраки - очень скудные. Даже яичницы нет. Ни в каком виде, ни глазунти, ни омлета, ни скребла - никакой. Только яйца вкрутую.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026It is a cosy hotel in the city center. The most vakuable asset is its location. The stuff was also kind. The guy in reception, whose name was Andrea was very kind and nice to us. Thank you! The room was relatively small and old-fashioned, but I guees its because of the city's atmosphere. It was clean. It was not noisy at all. Breakfast was also fine for this price. It is afforable place to stay. If some wanna have a better comfort, you need to pay in order to find a better place, but for the given place it was super nice.

Mažiukas liftas, bet jis tik davė papildomo "šarmo" viešbučiui.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Hotel bardzo czysty, obsługa pomocna i uprzejma. Śniadania smaczne, dużo do wyboru. Lokalizacja to świetna baza wypadowa, okolica bezpieczna. Codziennie sprzątany pokój, wymieniane ręczniki, działająca sprawnie klimatyzacja. Mieliśmy wczesny lot i nie załapaliśmy się na jedno śniadanie, zostało nam przygotowane na wynos, bez problemu gdy o nie zapytaliśmy. Gdybyśmy mieli wrócić to tu z pewnością :)
Malutki prysznic, ciężko było się wykąpać swobodnie. Optymalny dla szczupłych i niezbyt wysokich osób.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026It’s well-located - minute walk to termini, but there are many street legends saying how dangerous area this is - in my experience i have no problems here even late evening or very early morning. The factor which disqualifies this property is non-stop noise at night from the street cleaners and garbage trucks - if you are sensitive while sleeping skip it constantly. Price is fair but at first view rooms are old and used. If you looking for aesthetic place you should not stay here.
Receptionist’s are very friendly and helpful, offer taxis during train strikes in italy.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The room was cleaned regularly. Breakfast was amazing - a varied selection, coffee machine with no limits. The staff was always kind and helpful. I could leave my room key at the reception whenever I was leaving the hotel. Which is nice, as the keychain was very heavy. A small fridge for water bottles made a difference.
The toilet was dirty. It was not cleaned in all the spots, and the dirt looked similar to mold. Thankfully, it was in a place that did not prevent us from using it. The shower cabin was very small. Even for a medium-sized person like me, I was constantly touching cold cabin walls.

Personale molto gentile. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli sia il giorno dell'arrivo che il giorno della partenza. Colazione eccellente, angolo dolce, salato e frutta fresca. Lo consiglio!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione del concerto di Ultimo e l’esperienza è stata complessivamente molto positiva. La struttura si trova a pochi passi da Stazione Termini, una posizione davvero strategica per muoversi comodamente in città e raggiungere qualsiasi zona di Roma con facilità. La reception è operativa anche a tarda notte, un dettaglio molto utile quando si rientra dopo eventi o spostamenti. La camera, seppur di dimensioni contenute e con un arredamento un po’ datato, risulta comunque ben fornita e curata. Ho trovato a disposizione: due bottigliette d’acqua, salviettoni e asciugamani, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, cuffia doccia, spazzolino e dentifricio, perfino tappi per le orecchie, una premura rara e molto apprezzata. La colazione è ricca, varia e di ottima qualità, con molte opzioni per iniziare bene la giornata. In generale, il soggiorno è stato confortevole e piacevole. Tornerei volentieri.

Valutazione certamente eccessiva. Stanza singola alquanto buia e angusta e da ammodernare. Difficilmente arieggiabile dalla finestra per varie problematiche. Doccia molto stretta.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Το προσωπικό ήτανε πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ειδικά ο Simone στην Υποδοχή μας βοήθησε σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν κοντά στο σταθμό και έτσι μπορούσαμε να πάμε με ευκολία όπου θέλαμε. Η περιοχή ήταν γεμάτη με καφετέριες, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά. Γενικά πολύ καλή τοποθεσία!

Hotel situovaný absolútne blízko hlavnej stanice a metra a tiež autobusovej stanice. Všetko na dosah. Fantastický personál, usmiatí, milí, ochotní ľudia. Na talianske pomery naozaj raňajky ako v Grand hoteli, naozaj nemám čo vytknúť.

There was a lot of noise coming from the lift cabin to extend that we were not able to sleep at all on the 4th floor. I informed front desk about it in the morning and we were provided ear plugs.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Remek elhelyezkedés, a reptérről könnyen megközelíthető. Vonat, metro, busz a közelben. Rengeteg bolt, étterem a körynéken mégis nyugodt kis utcában. A szobát még előbb el is tudtuk foglalni, nagyon kedves személyzetnek hála. A reggeli bőséges. A szobához papucsot, vizet, pipere termékeket és füldugót is adtak (ezt nekünk nem kellett használnunk). A csomagokat távozáskor még ott lehet hagyni. Mindennel elégedettek voltunk, még visszatérünk.

Se puede dejar el equipaje si uno llega antes de la hora del check in o a la salida si uno necesita dejarlo un par de horas más. El detalle de las pantuflas en la cama y el agua que uno encuentra en la habitación al llegar hacen la diferencia. Lo otro que nos encantó es que está a cien metros de la estación de Roma Termini, donde en las salidas siempre hay policías, aparte de que en la estación hay un centro comercial con opciones para comer o comprar un recuerdo o un gusto extra.
En el desayuno, las opciones de jugos no eran naturales. La habitación que nos tocó era muy pequeña y una de las paredes tenía problemas de humedad. No tienen rótulos para colgar en la puerta e indicar que se necesita dormir más tarde.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko dworca Termini, śniadania w formie bufetu, obsługa - bardzo miła i pomocna, na prośbę o wcześniejsze wymeldowanie i pytanie o box z jedzeniem otrzymaliśmy go przy wymeldowaniu o 2 w nocy.
Jeżeli chcesz przejść na nocny autobus na lotnisko musisz przejść dworzec dookoła, ponieważ jest on zamykany w godzinach 1-4:30.

The hotel is dated and it desperately needs refurbishment. Shower is ridiculously small and the beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast is very basic but OK.

very small shower. lots of small flies hanging around the hotel breakfast, there was a hair on the big plate of shared feta cheese.
