Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Irving DFW Airport North by IHG

Excellent location. Neat.

Nothing

Didn’t like the length of the blackout in the hotel. The location should have had a backup generator so that guests were not in the dark for hours.

Close to airport! Shuttle service!

We waited for about 15-20 minutes to check in. After getting in late and then having to wait, was frustrating. Then we couldn’t get the time we needed for the morning shuttle. Had to call an uber.

Not anything outstanding compared to norm!

The shuttle bus took over an hour, at 106 degrees of Texas heat was not fun!!

Overall a good stay for overnight near the hotel

Old rooms, was slightly damp in the common areas

Access to the airport

The unclean outside balcony walls….a ton of bird poop from our window view but the front desk associate was very generous about letting us get a different room

Geniş oda, sıcak su, rahat yastık ve yatak, ilgili personel

Beklentimi karşıladı

Front desk was awesome.

Rooms are very worn.

Close to the airport

Breakfast was amazing

Wet carpet in room

Delicious

Nothing

There was throw up smell in my room - and if that’s the case don’t give that room to anyone unless the smell is gone.

Can’t get much closer to the airport and the noise from planes was surprisingly minimal. Clean room, good breakfast, no complaints.

Good price, decent facility and really spacious room. The breakfast was good too.

Cleanliness, friendly

The staff was nice. The price was good.

My first room was very dated and didn’t seem that clean. Our air broke but they switched us to another room which was a little better.

The staff were amazing, especially Ricardo and Miracle. They were so kind and helpful when we had any questions. Beds were pretty comfortable.

Easy to get to

Very clean and location was perfect

Honestly, I have no complaints about the property.

Breakfast very good. Shuttle to airport very convenient.

The location is convenient to let me take care of my business.

It is dated. Everything worked fine but it all looks like it needs to renovated.

S.O.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed, spacious and generally quiet. Some airplane activity during daytime hours but brief and not particularly loud. Very good breakfast. Altogether, quite a bargain.

No complaints

Close to the airport, fairly clean, had a shuttle

My room had a leaking air conditioner to the carpet was wet. Front desk staff seemed “put out” by customer questions.

The room with sofá

The breakfast

The front desk was super helpful. Very friendly.

I have no complaints.

Looks old ugly from outside.

Breakfast, location, the rooms

Good location. Shuttle service to airport is perfect. Bed is fair but you’re near airport so it’s a little noisy.

Location

The hotel seemed tired and worn.

The room was spacious and clean.

Clean and comfortable beds

Tranquilidad y limpieza

No tiene restaurante en la noche

The property exceeded expectations! Smooth check in. Very friendly and attentive young lady at the front desk. Check out was the same. The gentleman was very courteous.

Close to airport

The a/c was very noisy when running

Awesome breakfast. Loved the pancakes

Great location, wonderful staff, spacious rooms, timely airport shuttle.

Ontbijt

The service was exceptional. Though it was dark and I didnt not get the name of the clerk. Black young lady worked with Miracle and another Hispanic gentleman that night. She went above and beyond to be helpful despite the situation of the power outage. I even heard her speak to other guests. She made attempt to retain business where it was impossible to empathize with the client and was understanding and did all she could. Compare to the night before at the Hilton where the clerk spiraled and even the next day she was still spiraling.

Na

Good location, comfortable room

Not so clean, breakfast very bad, staff with no service attitude

We usually stay here when we visit the area. However, this visit was very unpleasant.

Upon arriving a little after check-in we were told they were waiting on clean rooms and to give them 5 minutes, which turned into 15 minutes and ended up an entire hour later. Aside from one of the beds being broken, the room was so hot and no air was circulating. (Had it been “cleaned” someone should have noticed the humidity in this room)! I let the front desk clerk know before we headed out. Upon returning three hours later, the room had actually gotten hotter. Clearly, the first clerk didn’t care. I let a different clerk know and she did look into the issue. However, there wasn’t a fix except to give us fans. It was 10pm, I had children, and a discount was offered but I was over it. Thankful for the front desk night clerk she was a sweetheart. However, it was a nightmare from the time we arrived. Thankfully, we were refunded but had to go elsewhere ultimately wasting so much time on this property.

Clean and staff where amazing

Great breakfast, good customer service

Needs better maintenance

Great customer service

Very clean

Very roomy double bed suite

Needs update overall.... like pool tiles look patched roughly.. needs new carpets

Close to the airport

Floor was soaking wet near the air conditioner and the shower controls did not work properly

Close to the airport reasonably priced

The room had a funny smell like moldy I had to walk around the building instead of the courtyard to get to the front desk key fob wouldn’t work on the courtyard

My car did not get broken into like the van near me that some broke their window and stole stuff

Dirty

nice big room and shuttle service to the airport is a big plus

Longer wait time calling the shuttle
