The hotel could benefit from a deeper cleaning in some areas. For example, I noticed some mold in the bathroom that, if properly cleaned, would make the room look much better. I also had an unpleasant experience with housekeeping, as I saw several staff members spending time in a guest room watching TV and eating during working hours. I reported this to the reception, and I greatly appreciated that the manager took immediate action. However, the incident made me feel uncomfortable requesting housekeeping services afterward. Other than that, my stay was very enjoyable, and the staff were generally professional and helpful.
