Great location, rooftop bar and restaurant was great, with good views ,staff was very friendly, See Hari at the tours desk for everything to see and do in and around kathmandu and also the mountains.

Staff very polite, friendly and welcoming. Good selection for breakfast of fruit, fruit juice, and hot food, bacon, eggs, pancakes, vegetables. I stayed 3 different times and each time found the room more than satisfactory with a balcony. My last room was a deluxe corner room with early checkin which was honoured and at 9.00am. The rooms were quiet. The rooftop garden and restaurant service is a lovely place to chill out on the divans. The location was not far from Thamel shops about a 10 minute walk. this mean that the hotel was quiet. Across the road from the hotel is a lovely secret garden eatery. The food in the restaurant is very good and in fact in the evenings I ate several times in the restaurant.

Room a little small for 3 people

This is a great hotel right in the center of Thamel. Great rooms, breakfast and a very nice rooftop bar / restaurant! The best part about the Hotel is probably the owner Hari, you can book pretty much everything directly with him and he is very knowledgable about all things Trekking / Climbing related. A great place to stay!

Great location. The name of the hotel is perfect as it felt like home the whole time I was here. All the staff made me feel like family. The food is amazing, breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great hotel. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love the Kathmandu Suite Home. I've stayed here three times already and am always satisfied. The professional and welcoming staff create the most comfortable atmosphere. They kindly provided me with the room I like best. I also stored my luggage during the trek, and it was kept safe and sound, no mold. The beds were comfortable and the view of the city was beautiful. If I come to Kathmandu again, I'll choose this hotel again. Thank you!

The hotel is really nice and clean. The location is perfect for people who wants to visit Tham and spend more time there. Also the breakfast was really tasty and nutritious. Definitely I will stay again in the hotel when I’m in Kathmandu

We had miltiple stays and enjkyed all of them. Real coffee with a great breakfast is a wondeeduk start of the day. The rooms are nice and the staff very friendly.

We had very nuce multiple stays. We enjoy the rooms, the showers, staff and food. The roofterrace with restaurant service is very compfy to relax and enjoy the view. Nice locarions in quite neighbourhoid, just beside Thamel.

Отелю стоит пересмотреть отношение к качеству уборки номеров: пол и стены в ванной существенно грязнее чем пол и стены на лестничной клетке отеля, в номере ежедневная уборка занимала 15 секунд (я не преувеличиваю, уборка состоит в замене полотенец и в легком застилании постели). Пусть номера не роскошные, но они должны быть чистыми. В лобби мебель не чистили тоже давно, валяются сумки для сбора белья просто на проходе, в последний день нашего пребывания завтрак почему-то не приготовили и дали меню, чтобы мы за деньги его выбрали. В отеле шумно: утром когда начинается готовка, уборка, все время хлопают дверьми, поэтому дрожит весь дом.

Location:.The hotel is located on a small street at the western edge of the busy, touristic Thamel area. It offers easy access to the lively streets while still being very quiet, peaceful, and free from dust. Staff: The staff are very professional and courteous, especially Babil, who was very friendly and informative. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views of the mountains surrounding the valley, along with good food at affordable prices. Room: I rented a Suite Room with a balcony — it was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. It truly felt like home, and I ended up extending my stay by one week.

Good location, just behind main shops in Thamel. Quiet street. Rooms are good sized and bathroom adequate but no separate shower area so floor will be wet after use. Great value for short stay.

Great location, near Thamal and a friendly bar. Very quiet area. Soft beds. A small garden to have the perfect breakfast in. ( choice of coffe!) Rooftop bar with sunset wiev. We came back 3 times during our stay in Nepal, so we liked it.

The hotel and staff are so wonderful and welcoming. Uoin arrival I was greeted warmly and offered a delicious mango beverage . So refreshing after my long journey. Staff was always attentive and helpful from check in /luggage assistance/dining staff and experience (excellent chef and food) best veggie burger /greek salad /and breakfast buffet/handmade expresso /coffee drinks/ full bar ( if interested). Housekeeping very kind and helpful.Beautiful Roof top garden/restaurant with 360 views of Kathmandu. Within the Thamel district for easy walking to shops/food/excitement. Front desk offered money exchange at reasonable rate. They arranged transportation taxi ride to Temple of the monkeys : Swayambhunath. They have travel/concierge desk. They have a scale in lobby to weigh your luggage for trekking /flights. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet,clean, with security safe, toiletry needs. I requested a late check out (if available depending on how busy the hotel is) and was granted for small fee (requested until 5:30pm) I was very grateful as I had late evening flight. Secured luggage stored during trek until I returned. I will be returning next year for my next adventure and time in Kathmandu. Thank you for making part of my trip so wonderful and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The hospitality was excellent,& the staff were very kind and professional.

The location was really good, walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views over Kathmandu. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. They organised guided day trips for us locally and even a weekend away to their sister hotel in Pokhara. I would suggest it's an excellent base for a first-time visitor to Nepal. It even felt like coming home when we returned from our long weekend in Pokhara!

My girlfriend and I stayed here before and after our trek and it was perfect. Staff are so friendly, rooms are nice and clean, and the food on site is delicious. Rooftop view at night is incredible. No better place to prepare for, or rest after a trek!

Had a great experience here! Clean, comfortable rooms with a large breakfast spread and access to a rooftop seating area as well with great views of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and stored our bags safely while we were traveling!

I had a wonderful experience at Kathmandu Suite Home. The hotel is situated in a great location, making it easy to get around. What stood out most was the staff; they are incredibly professional and well-behaved, going out of their way to be helpful. The property is very clean, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. Everything was handled with great care. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Kathmandu

It was in an excellent location, my room was very clean and left in a very good condition. the building was easy to get around. They also had a wonderful rooftop restaurant which gave amazing views of the city while enjoying the beautiful weather.

Hotel restaurant was really good, we ate there dinner many times. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Hotel personal was really friendly and offered us to leave our luggage there until we went to Chitwan for 3 days.

We stayed both pre and post Langtang Trek. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Especially the staff, and the food, which was the best we had in Nepal. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location is also perfect and within walking distance of everything. Amazing views from the rooftop. 100% recommend.

Trevlig personal, bra service, bra läge nära centrala gator, rent och fräscht, tyst och lugnt. Frukost, städning, vatten och mycket mer ingick. Three girls around 25 years old stayed for 5 days. Very pleased with the accommodation! It felt both expensive and familiar. Nice staff, good service, located close to the central streets, clean and fresh, quiet and calm. Breakfast, cleaning, waterbottles and much more were included. Recommend!

The '-60% deal' i got was NO DEAL. It was $2 cheaper than if i booked direct. Bed was awfully soft. Breakfast was the same everyday and only fried eggs. Not much variance. Bathroom could be updated. Shower water went everywhere. Expensive for the level of room. Everytime i looked the room varied in price significantly.
