Reviewed Sep 1, 2026I loved having laundry facilities in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was big. It was nice to have two bathrooms, and the front staff was amazing. We needed extra pillows, and they searched around and found us more. The breakfast was yummy too.
I don't really have anything specific I didn't like about this place...maybe a bit bigger couch so I could lay down on it??

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The room was comfortable and staff was great. The windows had screens, which is pretty unusual for Bangkok.
The shower temperature control didn’t work well. The water was too hot or too cold. It was impossible to get the water temperature at a comfortable setting.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The lift because often we had to put the card several times in the hole before it works. Two times it was so long before it works that the light in the lift stopped and I was in the dark. So I had to use my phone to see something and finally succeeded to make work the lift.

Most impressed by the quick responses by reception and housekeeping to fix issues. Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked with excellent coffee. Special thanks to Khwan at breakfast and Prang in housekeeping.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Huge suite! This was by far the biggest hotel suite I could find at a reasonable price after hours of searching. Close to Teeminal 21. I really lucked out finding this place. Breakfast has fresh food fruit cut in pretty ways, yogurt with toppings, eggs or omelette made the way you like them, toast, toppings, we sat outside by the pool with you to the city on the rooftop. The staff was adorable and so sweet. Luggage storage was really helpful for us on the last day. I also loved that they had a washer and a dryer inside our suite. Yes, a dryer, not just a place to hang your clothes.
The name on the door and the name in Google maps and the name on booking.com are not all the same name, so that was a little confusing.
