I had such a wonderful stay at this riad! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even upgraded my room at no extra charge, and I had a beautiful room on the terrace with my own private bathroom. They welcomed me with tea, helped carry my bags upstairs, and were always available through WhatsApp if I needed anything. They were also very accommodating when I came back late at night and were always there to answer the door. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved that they allowed me to choose what time I wanted to eat. Each morning I had a fresh breakfast with juice, an omelette, and other delicious options. They also gave me a list of things to see and do in Marrakech, which was really helpful. The location was great and very walkable to the souks and other main areas, while still making it easy to get a taxi if you wanted to explore farther away. The hospitality really made my stay special. I felt very welcomed and taken care of, and I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Accoglienza fantastica. Sono arrivata e Ismael mi ha condotto presso un Riad a pochi metri offendomi un upgrade totalmente gratuito. La struttura è nel cuore della Medina ma non lontana da una strada percorribile in auto, quindi non è difficile arrivarci nonostante i bagagli a seguito. Nel Riad c'era la gentilissima Nadia che mi ha offerto subito te e biscotti preparati da lei. La camera si affacciava direttamente sul terrazzo luogo in cui mi è stata servita la colazione,anch'essa squisita. Consigliatissimo.

The staff here is unbelievable! Youssef and Rabha were so attentive and took care of everything I needed. This was great because did them. Ismael came all the way to meet me at the taxi drop off location which was appreciated as well.

It’s a bit out of date. The shower head didn’t have pressure and the bed was con comfortable for long stays.

Classic Moroccan Riad in the heart of Medina, the old City. Delightful rooms on two levels with a wonderful breakfast served on the upper terrace.

Abdu nous a très bien accueilli à l'heure qui nous convenait. Personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner au top, ainsi que l'emplacement avec vue sur le jardin secret.

Gorąco polecam ten riad. Gospodarze ujmują swoją kulturą, serdecznością i chęcią pomocy. Pokoje są wyposażone w sprawną klimatyzację, a klimatyczny wystrój zachwyca dbałością o detale. Ogromnym atutem są tradycyjne marokańskie śniadania – nie przypuszczałam, że lokalne naleśniki mogą mieć aż tyle odmian. Cudownym uzupełnieniem poranków był zawsze świeżo wyciskany sok. Wspaniały taras na dachu z jacuzzi.

To nie jest minus, lecz rada- polecam na pierwszy raz skorzystać z transferu w obiekcie. Naprawdę można się pogubić w Marrakeszu będąc pierwszy raz.

Not the easiest to find. But I believe that is just the nature of the Medina. And the staff were very helpful in trying to make navigation easier.

Me and my son had a wonderful stay at this Riad Zehar l! The staff were absolutely fantastic—so friendly and helpful. Abdu come to meet us abd help us with the bags . The staff made us lovely green tea on arrival. Our room was clean, comfortable, and lovely, and the shower was excellent. We had to leave early for the airport, and the staff were kind enough to arrange breakfast for us before we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel 100%! We would definitely stay here again. Thank-you

J'ai aimé l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était assez copieux. La chambre était juste magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le Spa et le hamman à côté du riad.

C' est un peu compliqué d'accéder au riad, un vrai labyrinthe.

Nuestra experiencia en este "Riad" ha sido increíble. Lo recomendamos mucho. El trato de los trabajadores ha sido excepcional, son super cercanos y amables a todas horas. Las habitaciones son un lujo (sobretodo por el aire acondicionado, que al ser Marrakech, nos ha venido genial). Además, cada dia que salíamos por la mañana y volvíamos por la noche , nos encontrábamos con la habitación muy ordenada y limpia, y nuestras cosas siempre las ahí, es decir no ha desaparecido nunca nada. El desayuno, maravilloso. No hay desayuno de hotel al que se le pueda comparar. Ofrecen un poco de todo de la gastronomía Marroquí combinada con cosas internacionales por si lo tradicional no gusta. Y, créanme, uno se queda lleno. Arriba hay una terraza en la qual se puede estar a cualquier hora, con un porche y unos bonitos sillones donde descansar. También tiene un jacuzzi con masajes 💆‍♀️. Hemos estado 5 días y la verdad es q ha salido muy económico. En cuanto a proximidad, genial. Esta a unos 10 minutos andando del centro de Marrakech, Jemeh Al-Fna. La seguridad está presente en todas partes, día y noche. Un saludo a todos los que trabajamos en Riad, mi hijo y yo, y gracias por cada minuto que pasamos con ustedes.GRACIAS

La ubicacion para llegar de todos los raid en la medina son dificiles de llegar por sus calles angostas y laberinticas

Alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito y lo que fue un punto extra y que se agradeció enormemente, fue llegar al alojamiento y poder refrescarte en la pequeña piscina

Good location in old city.

Got sent to an alternative riad named Riad Princesse Du Désert. There were numerous problems with the room - the toilet flush not working properly which needed repair, the water standing in the shower due to drainage issues and then the air con leaking onto one of the beds for 2 days and nothing being done about it! Their breakfast is okay, but very carb heavy (breads and pancakes) and did get boring after a few days of eating the same thing! The Riad we were placed in was also in a very quiet and dark alley way, where we were targeted by street scammers at night multiple times!

Hi. Were able to let us book in early and went beyond to make sure the room was ready. The hosting was also very good - she explained what was available in the area for tours and provided responses to all questions we had.

The rooms are a little small for more than 1 in it.

Breakfast was great, served in the roof top terrace. A very quiet stay with helpful and friendly staff. Open views from roof top terrace with comfortable sofas and cushions. The bathroom was well designed Morrocon style. The room was cleaned each day with clean towels, i didn't think this was really necessary.

The name of the Riad was not outside and we hadn’t noticed the number 79 on its address. You Must look for 79! To be fair I don’t have WhatsApp otherwise the guy would have contacted me to help me locate the place. But well worth the search once we found it :)

The staff were absolute phenomenal, especially Abdo who was super friendly and accommodating to all of our needs :) The location is fantastic, super close to the central medina and all the markets. The riad is beautiful, especially the terrace where you can relax with a pot of mint tea and a nice view + breeze. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech

Las almohadas un poco altas .

L’accueil d’Abdo fut convivial et chaleureux (shokran Khoya !) puis j’ai eu le privilège de choisir entre cet établissement et un autre (du même groupe), le tout surclassé en rooftop. L’équipe a été aux petits soins, je n’ai manqué de rien ! Les petits déjeuners gourmands en terrasse au calme avec les oiseaux me manquent déjà. Merci à tous pour cette belle première expérience au Maroc ❤️ 🙏

L’accessibilité, mais au final c’est le prix pour se retrouver au calme, loin du tumulte du souk.

Personal unfassbar nett und lieb. Zimmerservice überpünktlich, jederzeit bereit und ansprechbar. Zimmer gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, lediglich vielleicht ein Stückchen an der Durchlüftung für das Erdgeschoss arbeiten, da es recht stickig werden kann, dennoch eine Empfehlung mit reinsten Herzen.

On nous a surclassé gratuitement, le personnel était gentil et serviable, t’es bon petit dej sur la terrasse et prix raisonnable la chambre était spacieuse et belle.

When you arrive at the Riad they tell you neighbours are in construction and they bring you to revés d orient. I should have read the comments but was in a hurry to book something and I didn’t… This is a shame because the Riad revés d orient is not bad (doesn’t have a spa just a jacuzzi in the terrace) we had a nice stay but it’s not what we booked and I don’t like to be lied at and taken advantage of.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Riad Zehar & Spa du 28 avril au 1er mai. Nous étions quatre : une maman et trois enfants de 8 et 10 ans, et nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme une véritable famille dès notre arrivée. Le riad est magnifique, paisible et plein de charme. Après l’agitation de Marrakech, c’était un vrai havre de paix. Les chambres étaient très confortables, impeccablement propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Les enfants ont adoré l’ambiance chaleureuse, et moi j’ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse sincère de toute l’équipe. Le personnel a été exceptionnel : attentionné, souriant, toujours prêt à aider avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Nous avons été touchés par l’accueil humain et authentique. Les petits-déjeuners étaient délicieux et généreux, avec des produits frais et marocains. Ce séjour restera un très beau souvenir pour notre famille. Merci du fond du cœur à toute l’équipe du riad pour ces quelques jours de bonheur à Marrakech. Nous espérons revenir un jour !

Llegamos a la dirección que ponía después de dar muchas vueltas para encontrarlo. En la puerta no pone ni Riad ni nada, ningun nombre. Cuando llegamos sale un chico y nos lleva a un Riad muy diferente e inferior al que habíamos reservado. Allí nos explica que el que habíamos reservado no se puede ir porque los vecinos están haciendo reformas y hay mucho ruido. NO NOS AVISARON DE NINGUNA MANERA y poco tiempo antes me habían hablado ellos por WhatsApp. Nos da dos opciones o nos quedamos en ese o nos devuelven el dinero. Teníamos claro que en ese no nos quedábamos porque por mucho que el chico nos decía que era superior, claramente era mucho peor. La otra opción era buscarnos otro pero claro un sábado a las 17h., pues ya poco se podía encontrar. Aún así, tengo la suerte de encontrar otro, Riad Samira, lo reservo estando en el Riad que nos había ocurrido todo (eso sí, nos dejaron estar con su wi fi mientras buscábamos otro). Le digo al chico si me indica dónde está el Riad Samira y mi sorpresa fue que me dijo el Samira era del mismo grupo que el que yo había contratado y tampoco podíamos ir porque estaba lleno cuando sí que daba disponibilidad. ESTAFA TOTAL. Añado a todo esto que el R. Zehar, cuando ocurrió seguía teniendo disponibilidad para esa noche. No lo habían quitado de Booking. Nos hemos sentido ENGAÑADOS!!!!!

Posizione centrale, semplice da ritrovare la sera, vicinissimo al giardino segreto. Abdul, Abdo e Rabha molto accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Abdul sempre sorridente ci ha preparato una mega colazione alle 5 del mattino

Purtroppo non è facilissimo da trovare anche se la posizione su maps è corretta. Nella porta di ingresso non c'è alcuna indicazione. La spa nel Riad non c'è

Original marroquí. Amabilidad en todo sentido. Pendientes de la salida y llegada nuestra. El desayuno fresco y oportuno. Todo Limpio y la habitación arreglada. Su ubicación es perfecta. Debimos madrugar en dos oportunidades y estuvieron pendientes para nuestro desayuno. No dieron toda la información necesaria sobre Marrakech. Nos recibieron en el aeropuerto y nos llevaron hasta el Riad. Gran ayuda. ( recomendación contraten el transporte de llegada) Abdu y su equipo grandes anfitriones.

Fuimos estafados!!. Un trabajador nos busco en la parada de taxi y nos llevo de forma fraudulenta a otro alojamiento que era un guesshouse.

Nunca fui a este Riad ya que un trabajador llamado Abdo nos estafo y sin avisarnos nos llevo a otro alojamiento. Cobran como un 4 estrellas con Spa y te dan una habitacion de mala muerte en otro lugar donde convives con familias que habitan en el alojamiento y Booking es parte de la estafa ya que no abre una averiguación despues de que hemos reclamado en varias oportunidades.

Top notch stay in Marrakech - Amazing for families! Our stay here was absolutely incredible. We traveled with our child, and it’s truly a family-friendly place. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming to our little one, which made us feel right at home. A huge thanks to Abdo for the perfect organization. He handled our airport transfer before we even arrived and gave us an amazing surprise by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi. Watching the blue Marrakech sky from the jacuzzi was a dream. I’m definitely booking that specific room next time! Adnan gave us the warmest welcome with delicious local mint tea and cake the moment we stepped in. His insider tips about the city were a lifesaver, and he was so helpful with all our taxi arrangements and little requests. And the breakfasts... Fatima is a star! Every morning she prepared a different, authentic, and super tasty spread that we all loved. The riad was spotless, and they were always ready with treats whenever we needed anything. If you are visiting Marrakech, especially with family, look no further. Thank you Abdo, Adnan, and Fatima for making our trip unforgettable!

La poca luca nella camera

Posizione perfetta per visitare Marrakech, in meno di un minuto ti ritrovi in mezzo ai souk e in circa 10 minuti a piedi raggiungi Jemaa el-Fnaa. La colazione, oltre ad essere ottima ed abbondante, unisce dolce e salato con specialità tipiche marocchine e viene servita sul terrazzo del riad che si affaccia sul giardino segreto (una delle attrazioni principali di Marrakech). L'ambiente è curato e la pulizia ottima. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è l'accoglienza dello staff, attento ad ogni esigenza dell ospite, riesce a farti sentire a casa lasciandoti anche il numero di telefono in caso di qualsiasi problema. Riad super consigliato da ogni punto di vista!

Nagyon jó helyen volt a szállás, és nagyon szép volt, tiszta. Néhány perc alatt gyalog bárhova el lehetett jutni. A szállasadók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Jó hangulatban, vidáman teltek az itt eltöltött napjaink. Segítettek kivinni a taxihoz a bőröndöket. Minden kérésünket teljesítették és kaptunk tájékoztatást is a városról, hogy mit érdemes megnézni és hol vannak jó éttermek, stb.

Personnel superbe, toujours présent, aux petits soins. Chambres confortables, taille correctes. Vue et terrasse agréable. Hotel bien situé.

Coupures d'électricité et de Wifi plusieurs fois par jour et pendant le séjour, meme si toujours quelqu'un de disponible pour le remettre en place. Climatisation/Chauffage qui s'arrete ou se dérègle seul. Tarifs pour les excursions proposées vraiment chères (presque double de ce qu'on peut trouver sur booking par exemple). La nomination Spa est toutefois relative car en effet ils ont un Spa mais en dehors de l'hotel et prestations en supplément pour y acceder. Chambre plus ou moins bruyante selon la ou elle est située dans le Riad.

Le riad nous a sauvé en acceptant une réservation de dernière minute (23h) à cause d'un souci de réservation pour un autre établissement. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était délicieux et le personnel très prévenant et gentil.

Nous étions pour 3 jours et dès notre arrivée on nous a demandé de payer en cash l’intégralité (pas prévu dans le mail de confirmation). On a refusé et dit qu’on payerait au check-out. Malgré cela, on nous a relancé 1 jour avant le départ. Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié cette forme de harcèlement. Les oreillers étaient très durs Les toilettes avaient une odeur désagréable en permanence Déçus du dernier petit déjeuner : du beurre périmé au goût de roquefort, une seule pomme partagée en 4 (il n’y en avait probablement plus assez pour les autres hôtes) et les parts de cake étaient minuscule Du bruit en permanence dans le Riad et la rue qui ne nous a pas permis de bien dormir. Des travaux planifiés dès 6h00 dans le bâtiment adjacent. Pas assez d’eau chaude pour remplir la baignoire

Riad bellissimo all'interno della medina e vicinissimo a tutto a piedi, accoglienza meravigliosa con un ottimo the alla menta di benvenuto, camere molto belle e bagno con doccia meraviglioso colazione sulla terrazza che affaccia sui JARDIN SECRET che non è altro che una splenda oasi verde enorme all'interno della caotica medina dove le persone pagano per visitarla e da questo riad meraviglioso li puoi ammirare facendo una colazione fantastica

Colazione sul terrazzo e' stata super buona e abbondante!Abbiamo chiesto anche delle modifiche sull'orario della colazione per permetterci un escursione e non ci sono stati problemi.I ragazzi nella struttura sono stati davvero speciali per fornire qualsiasi risposta alle nostre esigenze. La struttura si trova in una zona comoda per girare nei vicoli del centro. La stanza era pulita e la consiglierei.Ci ha accolto Abdo che ci ha spiegato tutto cio' che era necessario per rendere le nostre giornate veramente speciali.

La terraza donde sirven el desayuno es lo que más nos gustó. Tiene vistas al "Secret Jarden" y es muy agradable. El desayuno te lo sirven muy ordenado y es bastante completo. Está muy bien situado y es tranquilo. El anfitrión estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades.

Me habria gustado disfrutar más de las estancias comunes como el patio central, pero las dimensiones no lo permiten.

Le Riad est situé dans la médina, dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche des rues commerçantes. Il est grand. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très bon, copieux et agréable. Le personnel est très agréable et nous avons été bien reçus.

Je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix concernant la chambre est un peu élevé. La chambre mériterait un petit coup de rénovation, l'étage avec les lits des enfants est dangereux ( la barrière tremble et l'escalier est dangereux car il n'y a pas de contremarche), proche des lumières (dangereux aussi).

¡Muy acogedor! Ismael, el chico de Riad, un 10. Se ha adaptado a nosotras en todo lo que necesitábamos, muy amable, servicial y atento. Los almuerzos buenisimos y muchisima cantidad!! Todo hecho por Ismael y la otra chica del Riad!

Le riad est juste magnifique, très confortable et très propre, avec un personnel généreux comme on en croise rarement, aux petits soins de sa clientèle en toute discrétion. Je recommande fortement si vous allez à Marrakech. 😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Abdel was amazing — he took care of all my tours and made sure every detail was perfect. His help gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy Morocco with comfort and ease. Kawtar (whom I fondly called Jamila) was like family to me. Her kindness, warm smile, and genuine care made me feel at home every single day. She went above and beyond, and I will always remember the way she treated me with so much respect and love. Ismail was equally wonderful. He guided me, showed me directions, and always made sure I was safe and never lost. His patience and support meant more than words can say. Because of Abdel, Kawtar, and Ismail, my experience in Marrakech was not just a trip — it felt like being welcomed into a family. They gave me memories I will carry forever, and for that, I am truly grateful. I highly recommend Samira Riads & Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech. If you want not just a stay but a true home away from home, this is the place.

El desayuno en la terraza esta muy bueno, el personal es super amable y nos trataron de 10. Ismael nos atendió super y en la llegada nos recibieron con un té y nos dio recomendaciones de qué hacer en Marrakech.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour ce riad ! L’endroit est calme, cosy et on s’y sent comme à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal, tout proche de la médina, mais suffisamment en retrait pour retrouver le calme après l’animation des ruelles. Le personnel est adorable et attentionné : chaque fin de journée, nous avions droit à un thé accompagné de petites douceurs, un vrai plaisir ! La chambre était impeccable, avec une literie très confortable, et tout était d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très complet, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Et le gros plus : le jacuzzi sur la terrasse, un bonheur absolu après de longues heures de marche dans la médina. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir !
