Raeli Hotel Regio

Unser Hotel war sehr sauber und die Lage war für uns ideal. Zug , Bus und andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittels waren ganz in der Nähe, sodass wir bequem und jederzeit die Orte erreichen konnten, die wir besuchen wollten. Auch die Fahrtkosten waren sehr günstig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden bei einer weiteren Reise nach Italien auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Lokalizacja blisko dworca i stacji metra. Pieszo ok 15 minut i już się było w pobliżu najważniejszych atrakcji. Wysoki standard hotelu. Plus za bardzo urozmaicone śniadanie, wysoki standard obsługi i wannę w pokoju.

Prolijo, comodo , amplió, bien ubicado y el desayuno tenía de todo. El personal muy amables.

Det er et rigtigt fint lille hotel med en rigtig god beliggenhed. Værelserne er fine og rene, personalet er meget imødekommende og morgenmaden er rigtig fin.

La ubicación es buena en relación a estar cerca de la estación del tren para viajar a otros destinos. Pero para llegar a los lugares más turísticos o a comer al centro debías trasladarte en bus (a unos 15 min aprox). Buena cercanía también con un supermercado. Plus: te dejan agua en la habitación de cortesía, excelente para la época de verano.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel in August. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located near Termini Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist us. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of choices. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

En general la habitacion es un poco pequeña, no teniamos lugar de guardado de prendas, no cajones no armarios no ropero, solo 4 perchas, y lo peor es la disposicion de la ducha, es de mano y solo esta a nivel bajo de la pared, lo que hace displacentero bañarse y con el agrabante que no hay mampara o cortinas y se moja todo el piso

Very nice staff, the room was cleaned every day. There were also various hygiene items in the bathroom. The air conditioner in the apartment also worked well.

There were no hot dishes for breakfast. Various products to make sandwiches from and then a large selection of sweet pastries and fruit. We wanted an omelette or something like that.

A acomodação é bem localizada. Perto da estação termini (média de 5 minutos andando), assim como pro metrô. Isso facilita totalmente a locomoção pela cidade. O hotel é bem organizado, limpo, os atendentes são prestativos. Voltaria novamente, e super indico a acomodação.

Hotel al costat de l'estació de tren Termini molt còmode amb habitacions que estan bé (2 habitacions individuals amb llit gran i una amb dutxa amb mampara i l'altre amb bany i carxofa de dutxa sense mampara o cortina). Zona força tranquil·la. Esmorzar bufet correcte. Hi tornaria.

The location was very convenient and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff were also incredibly kind and accommodating, which is the only reason why I feel bad leaving a negative review! My review is not at all a reflection of the staff. They were all lovely.

The room was also quite small, which made the lack of effective air conditioning feel even more uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not adequately cool the space, and given that daytime temperatures were in the upper 90s to 100s F, this made for an incredibly uncomfortable sleeping environment.

Frühstück ist solide bis gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich.

Hotel blízko nádraží Termini (metro, bus), v docházkové vzdálenosti od Kolosea, fontány Trevi a dalších zajímavých míst. Snídaně dostačující, slané, sladké, asi každý si vybere, oceňuji velký výběr ovoce a dobrou kávu. Na pokoji denní úklid a výměna ručníků, povlečení čisté, klimatizace. Personál milý a vstřícný. Vedle hotelu krámek s potravinami.

Pokoj malinký, vybavený starším nábytkem, málo úložného prostoru, zdi špinavé, okna do rušné ulice.

Good location for two days

The room smelled like mould, the shower was just a bath with a long hose attachment so we had to sit in the bath to wash and water got all over the floors, and there were no lampshades as advertised in the pictures, meaning we had to put towels over the lights

Very clean and fresh. The breakfast is highly recommended. Large selection of food and very fresh. Located in the center of Rome. Easy access to trains, buses, etc.. very helpful friendly staff.

Unfortunately, my TV was not working. I was too tired to watch it anyways. I forgot to mention it to them.

The staff were exceptional — incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The location is absolutely perfect: all the main sights are within walking distance and it is just a 5-minute walk to Termini Station, where you can easily catch shuttles, trains, buses and the metro.

The bathroom was quite small. My son is 1.82m(6ft) tall and broad-shouldered, so it was very uncomfortable and tight for him to take a shower. Also, there was no designated area for smoking on-site. I had to go out to the main street every time to smoke, whereas I would have much preferred to sit down comfortably and enjoy my cigarette in a dedicated outdoor space or patio. Overall, it is a very convenient and nice hotel, but this detail would make it much better for smoking guests.

La ubicación excelente! El trato del personal muy amable! La limpieza y la habitación contaba con todo lo necesario. No hubo ruidos molestos y el AA funciona muy bien! Fue grata la estancia. Incluso al retirarnos antes de la hora del desayuno nos dieron el desayuno para llevar :)

Exceptional stay in Rome — better than expected! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome, and honestly, it was even better than the photos on Booking.com! We booked the Economy Standard room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were excellent, and the room had all the amenities we needed. Everything was cleaned perfectly every day during our 4-night stay. The air conditioning also worked flawlessly, which was especially important since we stayed in August! A huge thank you to the amazing staff, and especially to Karina at reception. She was absolutely wonderful — always smiling and incredibly helpful, despite her long working hours. She went above and beyond to help us, almost like our personal tour guide! She helped us with taxis whenever we needed one, gave us maps and recommendations for landmarks, and was always there with a friendly smile. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another lovely surprise. There was a huge variety of food every single morning, much more than we expected, and everything was delicious. The location is also perfect for exploring Rome ( less than 5 minutes walk from Termini Train Station), making it very easy to get around and enjoy the city. Honestly, we couldn't find anything negative about this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the room and breakfast to the staff and location. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

Arrivant en train depuis l'aéroport et repartant en train pour Venise , l'emplacement était idéal. L'hôtel est également bien situé car en descendant la via nazionale, très commerçante , en 15 mn nous étions au centre de tous les monuments importants. Depuis la station Termini, le Vatican est à 6 stations de métro. De bons petits restos dans les environs et 2 petites épiceries au pied de l'hôtel . Bien pratique Le personnel fut réellement sympathique.le petit déjeuner varié et copieux La literie très confortable et de grande taille, la chambre spacieuse

Une douche eut été la bienvenue en lieu et place de la baignoire mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter.

Muito próximo a estação Termini, o staff do Hotel foi educado e solicito (guardaram nossas malas após o check out), o café da manhã era bem completo, cama confortável, tamanho de quarto ótimo.

A água da pia do banheiro estava com um cheiro muito ruim/estranho, utilizei agua mineral pra escovar os dentes. Além disso o chuveiro não tem um apoio em cima, então ou você segura a ducha, ou toma banho sentado, o que a depender da pessoa pode não ser confortável.

Am fost cazați 6 nopți în acest hotel. Totul a fost ireproșabil din punct de vedere calitate-preț. Personalul foarte amabil și foarte săritor pentru orice problemă. Camera confortabilă, cu aer condiționat, curățenie și schimbarea zilnică a prosoapelor și a lenjeriei de pat. Wifi-ul funcționează ok. Am optat pentru varianta cu mic dejun. Este îndeajuns de diversificat încât să mulțumească pe toată lumea, iar în ultima zi l-am primit la pachet deoarece a trebuit să plecăm dimineața devreme. Hotelul este la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Gara Roma Termini. Foarte la îndemână dacă veniți cu avionul la Roma. Per total, super mulțumiți! Big Like 👍

Excelente localização para quem irá utilizar a estação de trem, fácil locomoção. Os atendentes são simpáticos e cordiais. O café da manhã é simples com bom custo benefício, produtos de boa qualidade.

As ruas laterais são meio barulhentas devido horário dos restaurantes e coleta de lixo, não foi possível manter as janelas abertas, porém, tinha janela anti-ruído. Poderia ter ovos mexidos no cardápio do café da manhã.

Gostei da localização, as instalações e o café da manhã. Tudo de primeira. Adorei. Destaque para simpatia da recepcionista Karina.

Хорошее месторасположение — до всех основных достопримечательностей можно добраться максимум за полчаса. Также очень удобно, что рядом находится железнодорожный вокзал, откуда можно легко добраться до моря примерно за 50 минут. Также приятно порадовала система кондиционирования, которая работала постоянно: в жару +38 было особенно комфортно возвращаться в прохладный номер. Отдельно хочется отметить отличный завтрак в формате «шведского стола» — выбор хороший, и всегда всего хватало.

Из небольших минусов — после поездки на море довольно сложно высушить полотенца и купальники. В ванной летом сушилка, естественно, не очень эффективна, а другого места для сушки не предусмотрено. Но при этом стоит учитывать, что это не курортный город, поэтому для обычного городского отеля это скорее небольшой нюанс, чем существенный недостаток.

Location is great, minutes from main train station. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and a spotless room. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Hotel je veľmi „gluten-free friendly“, čo sme ocenili najmä pri raňajkách. Personál bol veľmi ochotný a milý. Veľké plus bolo aj to, že nám po check-oute dovolili nechať batohy v samostatnej miestnosti. Izba mala balkón, pravidelne sa upratovala a pravidelne sme dostávali aj čisté uteráky. Potešili aj papučky na izbe. Lokalita je skvelá a veľkým plusom bol aj bidet v kúpeľni.

Posteľ bola, žiaľ, nepohodlná a veľmi vŕzgala. Požiarny senzor priamo nad posteľou mal blikajúce svetielko, ktoré neustále blikalo, čo bolo najmä v noci dosť rušivé. Steny boli tiež veľmi tenké – bolo počuť prakticky všetko z okolitých izieb aj z chodby. Vo vani chýbal záves, takže v malej kúpeľni bolo veľmi ľahké namočiť úplne všetko okolo. Chýbala aj žehlička, ktorá by bola pri cestovaní s malou batožinou určite užitočná, keďže oblečenie sa ľahko pokrčí. Žiaľ, žiadnu žehličku nemali ani na recepcii, takže nebolo možné si ju ani zapožičiať.

Dobra lokalizacja,blisko dworca Termini ,głównej stacji. Wszędzie łatwo się dostać. Śniadania syte lecz .monotonne.

Brak ciepłego dania na śniadaniu, brak czajnika i szklanek w pokoju. Mała szafa. Mała łazienka , do wanny trzeba się przeciskać między toaletą a bidetem.

No auge do verão europeu o ar condicionado tanto no quarto quanto nas instalações do hotel estava funcionando muito bem e não falhou em nenhum momento. Conseguimos por sorte antecipar 1h do check in pois o quarto já estava liberado, mas de qualquer forma existe uma sala para armazenar as malas no hall.

As recepcionistas são fantásticas na verdade é o que salva o hotel.

Pokój hotelowy i łazienka były codziennie sprzątane i codziennie wymieniano ręczniki, w łazience była wanna. W hotelu było czysto. Na śniadania podawane były szynki, sery, pieczywo, warzywa, cornetto (najlepsze z białą czekoladą!), różnego rodzaju tarty, musli, owoce, jogurty. Sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa hotelowa!

Minusem są cienkie ściany, niestety w pokoju było słychać rozmowy dochodzące z innego pokoju.

Tiszta,szép hotel a Terminitől 5 perc , A Republica tértől (Fontana delle Naiaidi) 7 perc sétára. A szoba nagyon csendes volt -az 5.emeleten voltunk mindkét alkalommal. A személyzet kedves, a reggeli választéka tökéletes, teljesen meg voltunk elégedve.

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi príjemné, personál milý a ústretový, raňajky chutné. Izby boli klimatizované a zatemnené závesmi a okenicami, čo sme počas horúceho počasia veľmi ocenili. Izby boli upratané každý deň a naozaj čisté.

Všetko bolo v poriadku. Jediný nedostatok bol, že pri dlhšej návšteve začal byť výber jedla na raňajky trochu monotónny.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Roma Termini train station, Piazza della Repubblica, and many of Rome’s main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Although the room was small, it was cosy, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The room was quite small, and there was no kettle or tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have the option to make a hot drink, especially in the morning or after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was so nice and big. Staff was very polite and nice to us. This place is so good located.

We missed small shelves in the bathroom.

Super lokalizacja, 5 minut od Roma Termini, klimatyzacja to było zbawienie w te upały. Bardzo wygodny pokój i przemiła Pani na recepcji, która dała nam mapkę Rzymu i pokierowała w najciekawsze miejsca :)

Brak czajnika w pokoju. Śniadania dobre, ale brakowała nam czegoś na ciepło (jajecznica, parówki).

Közel van a központi pályaudvarhoz, jó közlekedéssel, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A szoba tiszta, az ágy kényelmes. Korábban érkeztünk, de elfoglalhattuk a szobát, utolsó nap ott lehetett hagyni a bőröndöket indulásig. A reggeli is kellően bőséges választékot kínált. A közelben kisboltok, kellemes éttermek, fagyizó pár perc sétára találhatók. A klíma nagyon jól jött a hőségben.

Hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter Rome, à proximité de la gare train + routière, et 30 mn du Colisée & forum à pied. Le personnel est très serviable. un frigo est à disposition dans la chambre pour conserver au frais l'eau !

The bed was comfortable.

The pillows were awful. They were flat and hard. When we asked for more the front desk staff were resistant to helping us. Everyone we asked for something (extra pillows and a bottle opener) they told us they should be in our room. When we told them it was not in our room they acted like we were lying or just dumb. The same thing happened when our key stoped working. She asked me several questions implying that I didn’t know how a key worked.
