Thai Kamala Beach Front

The view from our balcony was amazing. Waking up to seeing the water every morning was just what we needed. The room at everything we needed nothing exceptional but if you made up for it

There could have been a few more drawers to put your clothes

Location and staff. It seemed the quieter end so ambience and noise levels were good

No hot water on occasions and bathrooms are very basic. Not much storage for clothes

Location was great our room was very close to the beach beautiful view from our bed , couldn’t have got better views

Air conditioner leaked water in the room which left a big puddle of water on the floor over night and could of been dangerous if getting up in the night to go to the toilet as it was a very small room

La plage est sale. Les prises de courant defectueuses. La salle de bain est tres petite. L’hotel manque globalement d’un peu d’amour.

The location was perfect. The view from our balcony was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us extremely comfortable and they were so friendly. You couldn't ask for more

Maybe a dresser to put your clothes in

Really large rooms, great beach view from the room, great reception staff,helped with the luggage to the room, checked us in early and also accommodated our request for one more night . Location is the best with access to everything at your doorstep -restaurants, 7/11,tour operators,Thai massage.Will be back again

Hot water seemed pretty low. Was initially hard to locate with my transfer from the airport. That'd be fixed easily by giving directions to Mamma Mia Grill & restaurant then simple instructions from there.

Very rundown room, no parking, entrance through a restaurant. We didn't enjoy the place at all and left to find another hotel.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage, direkt beim Strand. Unsere Zimmer hatten direkten Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der öffentliche Gratis-Parkplatz für unser Mietauto war in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Es war eigentlich alles in Ordnung, es gab kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten die ein wenig Lärm verursachten. Diese waren jedoch von kurzer Dauer. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nach einigen kleinen Startschwierigkeiten auch sehr gut.

Early Checkout and Laundry Service

Fast alles war schmutzig und runtergekommen. Die Klimanalage hatte schimmel und auch das bad hatte großflächig Befall. Es roch noch Urin und von draußen kam Gras und Abfall - Gerüche entgegen. Bei den Ergeschoss Räumen hatte man eine Beachbar direkt vor dem Balkon mit lauter nerviger Musik die den ganzen Tag lief. Zudem konnte jeder in deinen Raum sehen der am Strand langlief einer der Räume wurde schon zugestellt da er so Alptraumhafte Bewertungen erhalten hatte.

Our room was located on the second floor with a view of the water. It was very quiet. The air conditioner did not work when we got here but they got it fixed right away. They have been extremely helpful with anything that we have needed. The staff is extraordinary

The closet needed work. Only two small drawers and a couple of cheap plastic hangers. The refrigerator could be a little bit bigger and they definitely need new chairs on the patio

لم نستطع الوصول الى الفندق وحاول بعض الموجودين مساعتدنا الا اننا لم نجد مدخل الفندق بالرغم من ارسال الارشادات لكننا بقينا بدون مساعده واضطررنا الى اخذ فندق اخر

الموظفة كانت سيئة ، طقت الباب 12 وطلعت 12:20 ومعصبة وانا كلها 20د !! حتى شناطي اقولها طلعيها تقول انت طلعها ومعي امي وكان تعاملها سيء ، لكن الموقع جيد الغرفة متوسطة على سعرها مقبوله

The beach was absolutely filthy - the part which faces this hotel....on the other side of the creek, the beach was beautiful and clean.

Loved the bright, clean room, its outlook onto the beach and proximity to the water. The staff were the best, so cheerful and always finding ways to please.

Great location on the beach front , friendly staff and helpful.i stayed on the ground floor, lot of massage shops and cloths and trip shops and 1 7/11 by walk 5 min.Good place for honey money moon like stay for 2 days to relax😌 also good for family it’s decent here in Kamala.they have Landry service👍

No restaurant in the hotel u need to eat from near hotel restaurants which is so many.No gym or Muay Thai camp near the hotel u need to take a motorbike or taxi to go there ! The sea is not deep but ok good for taking photos.out dated building but ok for 3 stars.No swimming pool.small rooms and bathrooms.

The beachfront has so much garbage (but because there was huge rain the day i arrived) no one was cleaning

The location was absolute beach front with a cute little outdoor cafe. The restaurant adjacent was by far the best food we had on holiday ! The staff were amazing the young man that checked us in was lovely so friendly spoke excellent english. The beds were comfortable and nice and cool rooms with the AC. It doesn’t have a pool but it’s close to the water anyway. Great little stores near by with good prices.

Great location, close to plenty of shops and restaurants, big rooms with nice balcony space. Very clean. Staff were lovely and got a very cute little elephant keyring when checking out. 15/20 min taxi to Patong.

La vue sur la mer est bien évidemment le gros plus de l'hôtel ainsi que son emplacement idéal. C'est un petit hôtel sans prétention propre avec un mobilier qui effectivement pourrait être renouvelé mais bon pour ma part ce n'était pas un soucis. Le personnel est gentil et souriant. On a passé un bon séjour et on y retournera.

J'ai trouvé dommage que la plage face à l'hôtel ne soit pas entretenue. C'est dommage que les déchets déposés par la mer ne soient pas ramassés et que des transats ne soient pas proposés.

It was clean tidy. In a great location without too much noise. Staff were very friendly and polite and help us with all that we needed. Property is right on the seafront and a five minute walk to the main sun loungers and the busy sea front so nice and quiet if you want to stay in and sit on the balcony.

Die Zimmer sind nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt und direkt davor gibt es eine kleine Bar mit Restaurant und sehr gemütlichen freien Sitz- / Liegemöglichkeiten unter Palmen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer ohne viel Lärm, einen Kühlschrank und auch einen Safe. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 geöffnet und rund um die Uhr steht so jemand als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.

The resort is located to the south of the main beach, which meant it was nice and quiet but only a 5 min walk to the main beach area where we hired sun-beds. These were about £2.50 each for the whole day. Plenty of water sports on the main beach. We booked a room overlooking the beach which was lovely. Cleaned each day by very friendly staff. The hotel is behind a bar called mama Mia’s and was great fun with very friendly staff.

Here’s a polished review you can use: We stayed at Thai Kamala Beachfront for 12 nights for a family catch-up and had a wonderful experience. We booked two rooms, which worked perfectly for us. My mum, who is 70, especially loved having direct access to the beach — no need to cross any roads, as the hotel is right on the beachfront. It made it very easy and comfortable for her to go for walks whenever she felt like it. There are lovely walking paths along the beach, perfect for morning strolls. We also really enjoyed the variety of cafés and restaurants nearby — plenty of great options for both breakfast and dinner, so we could try something different every day. The views were beautiful. My mum’s room had an amazing ocean view, while our room overlooked the local boats, which gave a nice, authentic feel to the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the cleaners did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay — we would definitely come back.

Lots of rubbish around the beach

Not ideal if you’re on the lower floor, but the upper floor is quite good. The room was clean and nice. The staff were really helpful, kind, and always available, keep it up 😉

Just a small point, Restaurant table just in front of the main entrance of the Hotel and truck in front on the hotel on the beach.

The rooms are big and right on the beach with glass doors that open far enough to make you feel like you're actually on the beach. Great for sunsets. Wonderful staff who could not have been more helpful. Very clean with everything you need.

View from the room was blocked with tractors, pick up trucks, bikes, all parked right there on the beach. The lobby could be a lovely space, but was used for storage of countless packs of flooring. I suppose it is temporary, but it made the space look messy.

The location was quiet yet so close to the main area.

They put a mattress on the floor for my son when we specifically asked for a bed

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and it had a lovely view of the ocean. The area was perfect; it's right next to the sea and only a short walk to the action ( shopping and bars) but still a quiet and peaceful area. As a bonus the restaurant next door was delicious.

Arrivée dans la chambre tard sans climatisation avec une température de 30 degrés pour s'endormir. Aucune indication pour l'hôtel, le chauffeur a eu des difficultés à trouver ( hotel situé derrière un restaurant qu'il faut traverser) Moustiques le matin et bruyant ( tracteur en permanence) Les photos sont beaucoup plus belle que la réalité. J'avais demandé une vue mer mais vue sur bateau et tracteur) Literie dure

It's right on the beach nestled between two restaurants. The staff is lovely, the house keeping staff keeps the rooms spotless and changing towels, beach towels daily as well as replenishing water in the room. Nice spacious room with everything you need. Nice view from room 208. Loved watching the locals coming home from work and relaxing under the window.

Pillows are way too big, and chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. But really everything else was absolutely great.

The beach and sea view was perfect stayed in room 201 on the corner with dual aspect. Staff very friendly and helpful suggesting the room to us. It felt like a little sea side cottage. Towels are huge and so soft. Excellent restaurant next door for cocktails and sunset with a highly recommended restaurant to the other side we ate chicken skewers and jacket potatoes 😋 you don’t need a pool the sea is just there. Watching the locals bring the boats and water sports equipment was fascinating. The host recommended his uncle for a reasonably priced private island tour which was fabulous swimming snorkelling and island hoping.

Номер Мальенкий, воду не давали после заезда , я купила из за вида , на деле вид ужасный, припоркованные катера и байки, гидроциклы.очень шумно , утром байки паркуются перед твои балконом , рыбаки там сидят и шумят под деревом. Музыка от кафе возле твоего балкона не дает спать ночью . После дороги хотела специально отдохнуть в Камале , тихо и спокойно, в итоге бежала оттуда . Благо не взяла на долго .

Electric didn't work.in room we asked for refund and was declined so was with the room not safe and fully booked we had no choice but to book different hotel this was ver unfortunate and costly not happy with the service we received at reception pretty rude and advised we would not get a refund
