Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos

Wir haben tolle Nordlichter gesehen und das Personal war sehr nett. Die Sauna war auch sehr gut und wir waren nur mit wenigen Menschen da, was das Erlebnis besonders gut gemacht hat. Frühstück war erstklassig!

三月底住宿的時候冰旅館差不多都要融化了，非常可惜、位置離市區非常遠

Struttura incredibile, le stanze di ghiaccio sono pazzesche e curate nei minimi dettagli e l’attrezzatura fornita per passare la notte tiene veramente caldo e permette di passare la notte sereni. La stanza comune è grande e ben organizzata. La colazione è veramente abbondante e presenta ampia scelta.

It’s hard to describe how amazing our time at the Arctic SnowHotel was. The hotel offers plenty of outdoor activities, and visiting the rooms and seeing each ice and snow artwork is incredible. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Our igloo stay was a very unique experience, and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights while we were there. Visit the Ice Bar! Smash your drink to the walls, it’s a blast of fun! I highly recommend the guided walk through the snowy forests with Veikka — we had an amazing time. The food is delicious and varied.

The hotel is far from the city, which is great for seeing the Northern Lights, but not ideal for visiting other places. What I didn’t like was the additional charge for transportation to and from the hotel. Other remote hotels offer complimentary transport, and for a hotel of this level, I think it’s something they should take into account

Big up a l'hotesse de l'accueil qui était française ! Super feeling et elle nous a branché sur pas mal de tips sympa pour la suite de notre voyage. Très sympa.

On a le choix de se faire réveiller dans le cas ou il y aurait des aurores boreales. Et cette nuit la il y en a eu unr minuscule, a peine visible et le mec nous a réveillé. Chiant.

晚餐價格昂貴，昂貴在於，我們訂了6:30的自助餐，吃的東西非常少選擇，最重要是員工不會主動補給食物。我們這餐一個人是EUR49. 一點不值得。另外，網站只是不清晰，由酒店大堂到酒店房，原來有員工傳送行李到房間服務，但需要提早24小時預約。但網站及預訂後相關同事沒有任何提示。我們要自行拉着行李在石仔路拖行。還好入住當天沒有雪。相對來說好一點。另外，房間殘舊，我們大門鎖不上。無需拍卡可自動開門，看到門上有好多修正過的痕跡。相信是酒店沒有根本解決相關問題。但也要給酒店一個讚，由於我們第二天是早上九點的飛機，在我們詢問吓，酒店提前一晚給我們們準備了豐富早餐。這是唯一滿意的地方。

The property is nice in design, great staff at the receptionist. Breakfast was also great but will be better if there was a corner for asian food. Ice bar is also close as the weather starts to warm up and it is starting to melt but hotel is nice enough to provide a complimentary drink. There are also tour for ice hotel but Most of the ice sculpture is already melting. There is a sauna but shared for both genders.

Hot water only for 50 mins for 4 pax, still sufficient but will be great if the glass can change to tinted, better if they could provide bathroom slippers and eye mask. In the morning light will start to shine in. There is a k supermarket 10mins drive away, but dinner can only be at the restaurant as there are no other food. Else eat cup nooldles or bread

Výborná chutná snídaně, velký výběr. Ubytování v iglú pěkné, ale bylo dost chladno. Polohovatelné postele. Alarm, který upozorňuje na Auroru. V ceně prohlídka snow hotelu. Pěkná poloha u jezera.

Malé polštáře a velmi slabé přikrývky. WC a sprcha součástí iglú, bohužel jen za přepážkou bez krytého stropu.

Wir haben in einem Glasiglu direkt am Wald gewohnt und konnten das Eishotel als Übernachtungsgäste während der Öffnungszeiten jederzeit ansehen oder besuchen. Das Hotelgelände liegt abgelegen im Wald und an einem See. Das Frühstück war großartig, Mittag-oder Abendessen kann man in drei verschiedenen Restaurants dazubuchen. Ansonsten bestehen keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Glass Igloos sind toll zum schlafen. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker.

Die SKy Bar ist nicht sehr einladend. Das Buffet im Log ist deutlich zu teuer fürs angebotene Essen. Die Igloos sind sehr einfach und schlicht gehalten. Das Bad hat für Frauen nicht viel Ausstattung.

Im Snow Hotel zu übernachtenden ist ein Erlebnis. Es ist überhaupt nicht kalt oder feucht in den Schlafsäcken. Die Luft ist toll und es ist super ruhig und dunkel. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit.

Da man erst in den Iglu geht wenn man schlafen möchte hängt man vorher im großen Aufenthaltsraum rum mit einigen Kulturen. Die Bar ist nicht einladend.

Bellissima location in mezzo alla natura incontaminata lappone. Struttura unica nel suo genere ti dona il comfort ed il relax che tanto cerchi. Staff davvero cordiale e attento alle tue richieste e la colazione ottima per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Consiglio vivamente un’esperienza all’interno di questo igloo.

Ett annorlunda boende men så häftigt Vi bodde i deras igloos men vill man inte att någon ska höra när man går på toaletten ska man inte bo där. Vi bodde i ett familjerum som var bra i storlek, väldigt välstädat och med jättesköna sängar. Vill man ligga och titta upp på det magiska norrskenet tillsammans är det här något man ska testa Var man inne hörde man inget utifrån så vi sov skönt och hade ett fantastiskt dygn

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We couldnt see the northern lights while we stayed, because of the cloudy sky. But I enjoyed the last munite I spent at hotel. The breakfast was very good and like frozen lake around the hotel so much to see. And I think that If you could do timing right, you will have an amazing experience to see northern lights in glass igloos.

The combination of glass igloos and snow hotel in one area was amazing by itself along with the activities and experiences provided

Séjour très agréable. La vue des igloos était magnifique et les paysages alentours magiques. Un grand merci à Candice (hôtesse d'accueil française) pour toutes les explications et informations données. La visite de l'hôtel de glace compris dans la réservation de la chambre est vraiment sympa. Le toboggan pour bouées/luges est super rigolo. Une superbe nuitée étoilée... il ne manquait que des aurores boréales 🤷‍♂️.

El hotel es una obra de arte, se esmeraron en los detalles de cada cuarto. Buen desayuno.

La limpieza. Durante el dia hay visitas guiadas y dejan los baños muy sucios para los que se quedan a dormir. El área de los lockers debería tener una persona de limpieza adicional, porque al ser un área que se comparte está muy desordenada (la gente deja toallas regadas cuando hay pocos lavabos). Sólo hay 3 regaderas al salir del sauna y algunas no cuentan con jabón; al entrar gente te entra el frío de afuera. Es un área que deberían mejorar.

Les options que proposent l'ensemble du cite (sauna, balade dans l'ice hôtel, etc.) sont vraiment agréables (moyen de privatiser certaines). L'hôtel est positionné au milieu de nulle part, idéal si vous voulez fuir le bruit de la ville!

An sich tolle Erfahrung, außer wenn es schneit! Obwohl es zuvor hieß, die Fenster der Iglus wären beheizt, damit man immer was sieht, gilt das wohl nicht bei Schnee. Da konnte man plötzlich nichts mehr machen.

Nicht halb so luxuriös wie der Preis vermuten lässt. Eng, schmal, keine richtige Kofferablage und durch Schnee auf dem Dach nicht mal ein gutes Erlebnis.

Le concept est intéressant mais dans la pièce où nous allons nous changer et attendre de pouvoir prendre possession de notre chambre à 21h il n’y a pas de douche, pas de verre vide pour boire de l’eau . Compte tenu du tarif, ce fut le minimum

Le sauna privé avec jacuzzi est sans intérêt, mal organisé, dangereux Le repas dans le restaurant de glace est vraiment quelconque

Toilettet i glas igloerne er kun en halv væg, dvs den ikke slutter tæt til loftet. Der er ikke så meget privat liv på toilettet. Det betyder ikke så meget når man er en familie.

A unique experience with beautiful ice installations, worth visiting for the architecture and atmosphere alone.

I spent one night in an ice igloo and unfortunately didn’t sleep at all. Check-in to the igloos is only from 9 PM, and you must leave by 10 AM. During the day, your room is part of the hotel tour, so many visitors walk through to see it and unfortunately, there is not much to do while waiting for your room. Once you check in, note there is no bathroom in the igloos (which is understandable), but toilets are nearby. There is also a guest area with showers and bathrooms where you can rest, but it is very poorly equipped: no towels, no proper blankets, just basic bunk beds and a pillow. There’s no water available except a vending machine, and you can’t fully turn off the lights. When I went there in the middle of the night because I couldn’t sleep in the igloo, I expected it to be quiet — but almost all beds were occupied. For the price paid, much more effort should be made in this guest area, since most guests end up spending more time there than in the igloo: Towels, better bedding, and more comfort would make a big difference.

Activities are very expensive but they are not

Świetna lokalizacja, włącznik uruchamiania alertów zorzowych (który się bardzo przydał), mega wygodne łóżka z opcją ustawienia odpowiedniego poziomu do obserwacji nieba. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie i świetny wybór. Super pomocny personel - sami się zorientowali, że nadpłaciłam kwotę na zwiedzanie SnowHotel (raz zapłaciłam, rezerwując glass igloo przez Booking, następnie osobno rezerwując kolację bezpośrednio na stronie Arctic SnowHotel) i zrobili zwrot pieniędzy, który otrzymałam natychmiast.

Schon im Moment als wir angekommen sind, waren wir begeistert.. die Iglus und das Hotel aus Eis sehen wirklich beeindruckend aus. Wir konnten vom Bett aus direkt die Nordlichter sehen. das bett und die polster waren sehr bequem. das weihnachtsmann dorf ist in 25 minuten sehr gut mit dem auto erreichbar.

das zimmer ist sehr klein. es gibt leider keine kleiderschrank. das heißt es sieht schnell sehr unordentlich aus weil die koffer am boden liegen. das abendessen war sehr teuer. beim frühstück war sehr viel los. die toilette ist oben offen. gerüche daher im ganzen raum

S obzirom da su igloi od stakla, nema baš privatnosti u sobama, jer svako može da vas vidi iz drugog igloa ili ako šeta pored.

The igloo was expensive for us after changing the dates of booking. The hotel Can arrange facility to pick the luggages up to the room. The hotel could have arranged something special complimentary since we mentioned we were on our honeymoon and birthday

The staff were very lovely, the experience is amazing. Staying in an ice room is definitely a unique experience

So, this is where for me they let themselves down and reduced my score massively. The area is mostly well gritted and comfy to walk on. However, we were staying in one of the ice rooms. The grit around the rooms and the walkways was not fresh or replenished was extremely slippery. Had to stop myself slipping even with good snow shoes a few times.

L’endroit est magnifique et tous les équipements sont propres pratiques. Parfait pour l’usage il y a plein d’infrastructures. Le personnel est charmant. La chambre est chaude agréable, l’activité sauna de glace et jacuzzi super le petit déjeuner complet.

Au final ce n’est pas l’endroit pour voir des aurores boréales, il y a trop de lumière du aux infrastructures donc on ne peut pas voir d’aurores boréales en plus de ça. Les toitures en vert sont plein de neige et on ne peut pas éteindre certaines lumières dans la chambre, donc ça limite encore plus la possibilité de voir des aurores boréales directement de la chambre. Je trouve que pour le prix c’est très cher, pour ce que c’est surtout que l’idée principale est quand même de pouvoir avoir des aurores boréales dans son lit

The glass rooc was amazing, and this built in aurora alarms made it perfect. It was my first day in Rovaniemi and I get to see the lights direct from the bed

Não tem chuveiro nem privacidade nos ambientes. O saco de dormir dos quartos de gelo são bem desconfortáveis poderiam ser muito melhores mais práticos e confortáveis. Não recomendo a estadia lá, apenas visita.

Ice hotel

The meals were overpriced, and the dinner selection was very poor. Our igloo personally was leaking water, so it was dripping on us all night, and they reduce the heating while you sleep, which made it cold.

Breathtaking by combining wonderfully over both manmade and nature

The foods and especially the soups are always cold even requested to microwave but the waitress just seems not bothered at all although with a smiling face

The place was amazing, the view of the sky, the nature, the snow hotel, the Lake, everything was perfect. We love it!!!
