The breakfasts were great

I had to walk about 15 to grab food, but had 4 beds so great if you have a bunch of people to accommodate.

Room was alright. You get what you paid for.

No shops nearby. It was on a dead end street you had to walk about a mile just to get on the metro.

Basic hotel , good location for Bercy Easy access to metro. We were arriving late as flight delayed , tried calling property several times ,it rang them cut off . Messages property questions a few days before arrival , no answer , so this could be improved

We had an issue with our room, but the staff was quick to fix it with no fuss at all! It was greatly appreciated. Our new room was exactly what we were needing

We extended our stay and i would say from the first room and the second room there pros and cons in both the bed was hard as a rock in the second room cleaning service was spectacular very attentive close to the tram and train station very quiet area would recommend staying here

Satisfied with my accomodations. The rooms are big with French windows that bring natural light. The beds were comfortable. It's outside of the city center. However, a few minutes walk to public transportation that would take you to it. The area has the best oriental food and Michelin star restaurants. The hotel is lacking of curb appeal. Otherwise wonderful

Good hotel, good location and friendly staff

Le nettoyage de la chambre laissait à désirer. Pas très propre. La chambre était un vrai sauna. Même avec la fenêtre ouverte, pas moyen de faire baisser la température. Chaleur accablante dans la chambre. La seule chose que j'ai aimé de mon expérience c'était la qualité du petit déjeuner. Très bien, sauf le café qui n'est pas assez fort et qui ne goûte pas grand chose.

The breakfast is a good thing even if additional. I wished there were more closer places to eat. It was close to transportion. I never felt unsafe. I wished the aircon on the bedrooms were better. Room and bathroom were great. I did have some issues with the hot water as the shower would go cold at times.

Staff were really friendly & allowed me to charge my phone at the desk as I didn't have a European plug

The check in experience was good friendly staff , The overall stay was not at all impressive very hot in the room no AC lots of spiders very dirty mold in the wicker storage containers !! Myself and the kids were bitten through the night all with bites that were swollen and hot to touch

The room was run down and not enough space for 5 even though it says you can fit up to 6. The bathroom needed some work. Cracks all over, shower leaked, just very tight

Worst night in a hotel ever. There was no air conditioning so we didn’t sleep even one minute. Hard beds. Dangerous window for kids. Broken door. Terrible. Spend a bit more, go somewhere else and get the basic requirement of a hotel - an actual nights sleep!

There was only ever one person on the desk who worked really hard but really there needed to be two. We had three rooms, all were clean. It was not possible to open the window in one of the rooms which made it very hot, the fan just moved the hot air around the room. The transport links were good. Food choices in the area were international rather than french.

Filthy room, dirty bed, broken bathroom door know, old in the bathroom, and horrible location (basement) with windows that have no currains to block the light.

The little room was extremely hot, no windows for ventilation. Toilet smelled and was stained. Very thin walls, you could hear a man shouting from next room. There was no telephone in the room. You have to go to reception to complain. Worst place l have stayed at. Bath towels were old and seen better days. Would not recommend.

The property itself was clean and quiet. We got a family suite (a room with two beds (4 singles) and a small sofa. There were pieces missing on the wall corners and stains on the carpet and bedding. The closest subway is 800 meters away and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere near an attraction. I would t walk there after dark. However on the opposite direction is a cute community. The listing didn’t mention if there was AC. There was not. My bad for assumin. was blazing hot. Can’t open the window for the busy road.

The location is good and convenient. The staffs were friendly. The only issue was that there were some smell in the bathroom.

It was wonderful

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was included with our booking. They had a good selection of items. I only wish they had potable AC units but I heard AC are not common in Paris which seems odd as hot as it gets. Very uncomfortable to sleep if you are used to cold but overall I would come back in a cooler time of the year.

This place is a good, clean hotel with some amenities. The staff was helpful and spoke English.

No kettle in the room

I would not recommend staying here even for how cheap it is. Dust all under the bed and floor. No window in room , condensation dripping off the glass onto the floor. Bathroom had a horrible smell.

Even with the sign of do not disturb they came in with no knock over 3 times in one day no exaggeration and even after I told the lobby they did it again they also pick and choose who gets buffet not pay charge just by choice I only asked to use coffee machine they gave me a small bag of coffee and cold water which was already done and the free juice smelled like mold the beds are not clean the staff is not nice nor caring

Conveniently located near the 7 metro. The room was clean but the bathroom had a very strong smell of urine. Definitely could have gotten a higher quality room elsewhere for the same price.

Pros: - Not far from metro - Room was adequate with daily cleaning, TV and towels Cons: - Someone entered my room at 3am, as the door was locked, I believe this was a staff member. They closed the door immediately after realising someone was inside. - Staff entered rooms in the morning without announcing themselves - Room was only ground floor, with a skip for a view. Due to the way the window is built, it would be easy for someone to enter from outside if the window is left open - No complimentary breakfast if booking through hotels.com but included if you book direct. Room is 30 euros more on hotels.com - No early check in available - No tea/coffee in room, no kettle, machines in lobby only accept cash. -Only 1 key card offered - Only one lift available to rooms on basement level, you can end up stuck if both lifts are still lobby level Overall a 4/10 stay, adequate at this price point but security is an issue

Room wasn’t clean properly and dust was visible on the surfaces. Lamps were not working. WiFi on tv didn’t work.

Dirty rooms, not conveniently located, bad neighbourhoods. However, nice staffs and good customer services. They offer new room as soon as we complaint about smell and dirtiness on second day.

The rooms are really small. It feels a bit crampy if you guys are 2 travellers with large suitcases. No office/work station available. You don’t have really much space to pack your belongings. Just a really small closet. Some areas of the room and bathroom seemed like they could use some renovations. There were stains and little cracks on certain things… Also there was no room service or amenities at all. Totally disappointing. Bring your own toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush, bathrobe & shower cap. Could not even have access to YouTube or Netflix on the TV. We’re in a streaming era now, that’s the bare minimum.

It was 30 euros a day to park.

The price was the best i could find. Fresh towels everday. Private bathroom with shower. TV and phone. Subway near by. I wish the room had a fridge but for the price you pay...

Really nice vibe when we arrived and very helpful and friendly staff on reception and at breakfast. Loved the family room set up. Felt more like a mini apartment with the sofa bed up and other furnishing. Our kids loved it! Only downside was it was really hot even with the mini aircon unit so had to keep window open, which made it quite noisy. Didn't spoil our experience though.

The buffet breakfast was very poor and the quality not great. The first day the scrambled eggs and the sausages were empty when i first tried to get some. The second time for asking i scrapped some egg and a couple of sausages. The sausages were swimming inside oil. In general the quiality of the food was below par.

Good place to stay closer to OLY airport.

They charged me extra under city tax and while my two rooms were under same booking they made me pay seperate and charged me international transaction fee twice. The breakfast was horrible and rooms super small not even a bottle of water or fridge provided.

I stayed 2 nights in this place in a twin bed room. Had good experience. Everything went well. Breakfast was tasty. Overall im happy with the place. I didn’t had bad experience.

Hébergement pratique pour visiter Paris, les transports en commun sont très accessibles, ils offrent un bon petit déjeuner mais c’est les mes affaires tous les jours, le personnel au petit déjeuner est très sympathique et dévoué particulièrement Gregory qui s’assure qu’on manque de rien.

1st night I saw a mouse in the lobby; check-in was a bit messy with a lot of people waiting to get a room and only 2 people to help them. It would be helpful for guests and reception that they could give people room a bit before the check-in time, to avoid confusion and long waits.

Hotel is a 10min walk from nearest metro which is about 30mins from central Paris. Breakfast is good. Rooms hot. Fan but no air con. Bathroom small but fine. Overall ok.

Nous nous attendions à plus pour un hôtel à Paris, pas beaucoup de trucs autour, manque de propreté dans la douche de la salle de bain et le personnel un peu lent.

Very easy transport system.

This hotel was not on the Uber map driver could not find it . 40 mins to the CDG airport . Once you negotiate metro it got easier to get to city .

The hotel was advertised as budget and my expectations were not high but I was left underwhelmed. The following observations merit attention- Room wasn't clean No air-conditioning or fans available and ventilation was poor (it was like a oven inside) Breakfast was very limited The washbasin was chipped Bath area was dirty and unkempt Closest bus stop/ metro station was more than 500-600 m away. Multiple connections to the city center were required

The hotel may seem basic on first glance but it is cosier than you think. I stayed here for 3 nights alone and I felt extremely safe and very welcome. My room was perfect for just me, spotlessly clean and most importantly, quiet. I loved the black out shutter. I want one for my room at home! Breakfast was fine, you get what you pay for but it didn't have any cereal bowls and the plates are tiny! Food was lovely though and constantly being replenished. After I checked out at noon, I asked if I could hang around for an hour before moving on and that was no problem with the staff who were so friendly. I would definitely stay there again. It's a little far away from everything but it's on Line 7 for the metro which brings you to a lot of important places in Paris. Thank you for a lovely experience 😁👍!

All the staff are accomodating and friendly. However, breakfast selection was the same everyday. It would have been better if there were options or different menu each day.

Was value for money. Didn't like fact no bar or no restaurant. Also no coffe n tea facilities in the rooms

Location was ok close to public transport, limited dining locally, lack of air-conditioning was an issue during our stay, breakfast was ok but limited choices and a problem with supply if not there very early.

Solo travel. While it’s what you would think to expect for the hotel, seemed a bit more run down. The staff was underwhelming. Checking they didn’t offer you check in documents to sign other than in French, and very unhelpful. Felt like I was more of a bother to them. The reception seemed to always be sleeping in the lobby. Breakfast was a very good selection.

Very nice hotel. Metro was only 10 minute walk, shops and restaurants nearby so great location. Room was great, we had a lovely view. Very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was lovely. Overall extremely pleasant stay, would recommend

Staff were great, but hotel in a very odd place. There is nothing within reasonable walking distance of any note. If you want to go out for dinner (no dining on site) you need to take an uber, or pick from one of the two or three places that are a 10 min walk up a hill. The area seems to be for students, or athletes or something. It's a strange setup. Room was fine though, slept great.

locked in the bathroom in our room as soon as we got there. refused drinks during the night when offering to pay. rude and unhelpful staff

Check in, mold in 2 rooms, keys don’t work for days, rooms entered by staff. Check in was an issue. I get hotels have a certain check in time however I would guess most of guest have been traveling. I left home the night before at 618pm (flight take off) 10/24/19 get to Paris and arrive at hotel 12pm Friday 10/25. Had to sleep in the lobby bcus check in time is not flexible AT ALL, there was over 20 people waiting to be checked in and they wouldn’t start until 3pm. Wake up Saturday 10/26, Room 106 had a broke shower holder, can’t even take a shower unless you hold it. MOLD all over the shower area, I tell them Saturday morning 10-1030am... get back around 12- 1am.... that’s 14hrs later, go to the room... still broken, still gross. I go back down, given option of 2 rooms. Pack our stuff up, move into 415, MOLD all over the shower too. Sunday 10/27 we leave for around 9 hours to get back and have NO key working. Go down, get a NEW key, still doesn’t work. 2 trips to the desk, no keys work, they are just going to try it with the master key. He will call the technician. Monday 10/28, leave for the day, return in the evening, key still doesn’t work. Had to use the master key again. Tuesday finally the key works, however the DO NOT DISTURB sign was removed, thrown on the floor and room entered by staff. If the room wasn’t already paid for the week, trust and believe I would have gone elsewhere. First trip to Paris, and your hotel has failed miserably.

Everything was fine aside from the bed. Bed came with no pillow cases and a top sheet used to combine two single beds over the top of the pillows. Have also been badly bitten by bed bugs all over my legs and arms. Purposely booked a hotel for the comfort and had some of the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Positivo: friendly staff. Free wifi everywhere. Excelent breakfast. Negativa: No A/C in rooms, no ice service, no Lourdes service, very dar from tourist main área. Neighborhood very lonely at nigth.

It was a good stay, a bit far from metro or bus station - 15 minute walk....... but it is manageable..... Only incident was one night we arrived at 12 in the night and room was not cleaned. It was very uncomfortable. We went to front desk and they gave us a new room but so late at night and so tired was not in our plans to have to switch room. Breakfast average.... We had to leave deposit for hair dryer,..... A recommedation is if you are travelling in metro/train from Paris main station/airport to hotel costs 22 EUR 2 people, same price as arriving to hotel in a taxi (24 euro) , less time and connections....

Few more free amenities and bottles of water. We ended up paying taxes at the hotel which was not informed at the time of booking.

The staffs are very helpful and polite. They are very efficiently on handling your problems. The place is very conveniently located in town with easy access to public transportation (bus and subway). There are also some good restaurants close by.

The a/c don’t work

Amenities (fitness, access to a wide lounge), quietness of the area are the must there - including the cleanliness of the room in general, on the positives. On the negative side, I'd mention the staff : some, at the reception, acted as they were not there to serve their customers. Improvement on that specific area would be very much welcomed !

I liked: that the hotel was close to 2 metros. One metro is 5 minutes walking and the other metro is 14 minutes walking. The breakfast included was good. I didn’t like: the shower tiles were pink / yellow in between the lines. The sink would clog up every time we would brush our teeth or wash our hands.

Good location, good price, decent room size, fast wifi, water cooler in the lobby. All in all good experience. A tea kettle in the room with tea bags / cream etc would be a nice add. No English channels on TV.

Great location

Hotel was great and hotel staff were very cooperative. I had spent one night in hurry with my family. Most of the things were in high quality for the guest. Fan and a/c could be better asset of the hotel. Thank very Mr Alain for your good behavior, keep it up.

Average rate Hoter. Noisy neighborhood, close to traffic road. But is very clean with big rooms without air-condition and freeze.

Too far from Paris. I lost the feeling on being in Paris as there are no Cafes, Little choice of where to eat. Did not feel safe to go out at night

Hotel was good for price. Kept being given small towels and the maid said we weren’t aloud bigger ones but reception was very helpful and give us them. About 17/23 minutes walk from the metro which wasn’t a hassle for us but if struggle to walk might not suit. The rooms were very warm and didnt have any air conditioning or a fridge. Reception was very helpful on how to get the places and friendly

The staff were all wonderfully welcoming and the hotel was modern, clean and so worth the money!

Clean, comfortable hotel, good breakfast

Cheap hotel with breakfast included in the price. It’s a little far out of Paris but that wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast was all you can eat continental, however, it was not a vast selection but it was still adequate. There’s even a sign telling you to eat as much as you like because they don’t like waste! Couldn’t get WiFi to work and hotel next to busy motorway but that didn’t stop me sleeping. Staff were pleasant and spoke very good English.

I Gad a vert good experience, good location, the staff was very friendly. The room was ok, clean , it had the basics. Love the fact that it was close to the metro and tram 3.

Hotel was near to bus and mrt station just a walking distance. Unfortunately my room doesn’t have wifi but stated wifi is available in each room.

The hitel is quite far from downtown paris but its only 1 train ride away to louvre museum. Its in chinatown area. I would have given a high ratings only if they imptove their free breakfast and their food handler in their kitchen.

It’s a good choice, kind of far of Paris center of main attractions, so you should plan to leave at least an hour before the time you expect to start your tours. The noice of the Avenue at night is kind of disturbing. :( But beds are comfortable and breakfast is okay.

The room was clean and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel is exelent for the cold time of the year, but I can't imagine how hot will be in the summer. There is central heating but not air conditioning. Not recommend for a summer.
