Absolutamente todo !! El desayuno es un total 10 , muy muy completo, la atención de los que trabajan allí y en especial el chico Paul que estaba por la noche muy muy diligente! Volvería sin duda.

Per una cancellazione di un’altra struttura ho dovuto prenotare due stanze la sera prima di arrivare e il prezzo non è stato esagerato. In camera c’era tutto il necessario. Molto comodo il deposito bagagli, che non costa neanche tanto.

Ho trovato un asciugamano sporco appeso dietro la porta del bagno. Una delle due tessere della porta della camera non ha funzionato di notte.

The location is great. The metro is nearby and a mall with restaurants, grocery store and shopping options is right across road. The area is also quite safe.

Thr rooms are small and amenities are very basic.

Chambre petite mais bien conçue et confortable. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute de vos besoins. Petit déjeuner très copieux et correspondant à toutes les habitudes.

Parking (payant) possible sous l'hôtel MAIS très petit et inadapté aux gros et/ou grands véhicules. Nombreuses manoeuvres obligatoires pour se garer ou pour ressortir du parking. Selon votre voiture, précisez le modèle à la réservation. Un autre parking partenaire de l'hôtel est possible. Savon liquide vide. J'avoue n'avoir pas eu envie de sortir de la douche pour demander à la réception de m'en apporter :-)

La chambre était juste a l’entrée au rez de chaussée : bruits des gens a la salle d’accueil et les voisins quand ils passent dans le couloir

Le chauffage/climatiseur est un peu bruyant. La fenêtre était ouverte à l'arrivée, ce qui avait refroidi la chambre.

A l'arrivée on nous a changé de chambre pour une plus petite alors que j'avais payé une chambre double, Nous avons été remboursé la différence mais j'avais payé pour un confort que je n'ai pas eu au final..donc déçu, surtout que je viens chaque année.

Pusieron solo 2 toallas, sin toalla de mano, y eran pequeñas. A la noche el personal no abria la puerta, se tocaba el timbre y no aparecia nadie. Es habitacion chica, sin frigobar.

Suite a un bug système et pensant que je n'étais plus la, quelqu'un a essayé d'entrer dans ma chambre le second soir aux alentours de minuit, le personnel a effectué un surclassement dés le lendemain et ne m'a pas fait payer les taxes. J'ai apprécié le geste.

Pendant la nuit, je me suis réveillé à ce que des personnes de la chambre à côté arrivaient à 4 heures du matin d'une fête et commençaient à discuter pendant une heure...

la cama estuvo bastante cómoda, el lobby cuenta con dispensador de agua natural, fría y gasificada. Las habitaciones están insonorizadas, así que se puede descansar bastante bien durante la noche. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con restaurantes, un centro comercial con supermercado y la estación de metro/bus es a solo 3 minutos caminando.

La habitación era un poco pequeña, al igual que el ascensor. En ese momento el edificio estaba en obras así que durante el día había obreros pasando delante de la ventana y la vista estaba completamente obstruida.

The location is great and the room was away from the avenue so was quiet at night there was also a door between the main door for the rooms and the bedroom so there was basically no noise from the corridor either. Staff were friendly.

You have to pay to store left luggage; whereas at other hotels I have stayed in Paris this was complementary.

It’s easy to access by metro and bus, the prices are good for what it is

In our last night we had an incident. We arrived to the hotel around 1am and there was no one at the reception. We rang the doorbell, we called by phone and no answer. We even called another branch in Paris to ask for help and nothing. We had stayed there for almost 30 minutes!! Then a guy comes and opens the door claiming that no bell was rung and that it was not his fault, he said that he was all alone in charge of the hotel for that night but never apologized or anything. I truly believe that he was sleeping and that’s the reason he never heard us or the phone.

Qualche dettaglio un po' vecchiotto nella stanza, come la porta del bagno che non si chiudeva e l'immancabile pavimento in moquette.

Établissement bien situé dans le 13eme , petit déjeuner bien fournit , chambre propre .

Hôtel réservé pour la disponibilité de son parking , mais parking très compliqué pour se garer vu son étroitesse pour un véhicule d’un gabarit genre SUV , sans compter sur d’autres clients qui oublient qu’ils ne sont pas seuls à utiliser le parking . Réflexion faite à l’accueil sur ce point , et difficultés pour entrer suite à des problèmes pour joindre l’accueil , car pas de digicode ni de passe , il faut sonner (sonnette défectueuse)

Nous avons aimé la situation géographique, le confort du lit, la propreté de la salle de bain, l'amabilité du personnel et surtout l'incroyable buffet du petit-déjeuner : thé du Palais des thés, délicieux œufs brouillés, alternatives végétales, grand choix, confitures Bonne Maman, etc.

Buona colazione, camera con dimensioni grandi per tre persone (sono una camera doppia e una singola unite da una porta a scomparsa) con anche doppio bagno. Per una settimana ci stai comodo.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding je krijgt echt waarvoor je betaalt en eigenlijk meer dan ik verwachte.

De muren waren heel erg dun naar andere kamers. Zo hebben wij de buren gehoord tijdens de daad en hoorde we hun praten.

El personal maravilloso y el chico de la recepción de el turno de la noche súper simpático y agradable ; en general super bien todo . En recepción hay agua para tomar gratuitamente y la ubicación y la zona de 10 ! Volveré sin duda !

Das Hotel liegt gut am Place d'Italie, man kann direkt gegenüber im Parkhaus ermäßigt parken. Zimmer und Frühstück waren sehr in Ordnung. Besonder hervorheben möchten wir den äußerst erfreulichen Empfang durch die Mitarbeiterin Sirine. So einen angenehmen Service haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Wir haben zunächst 50 Meter entfernt an der Straße geparkt und uns angemeldet. Die junge Dame kam gleich mit heraus, hat die Formalitäten mit dem Parkhaus erklärt und wollte unser gesamtes Gepäck - 2 Koffer und 2 Rucksäcke - für uns aus dem Auto ins Hotel bringen. Wir haben sie natürlich dabei unterstützt. Ihre stets so freundliche, zuvorkommende und wertschätzende Art uns beiden älteren Herrschaften gegenüber hat uns den ganzen Aufenthalt verschönt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön, Sirine!

Świetna lokalizacja , do metra szło się 3 minutki. W metrze bilety można kupić zarówno w automacie jak i u obslugi w kasie ( gotówką lub kartą) Dzielnica bezpieczna z dużą ilością kawiarni, sklepów i restauracji. Hotel znajduje się vis a vis sklepu uniqlo. Na przeciwko hotelu spore centrum handlowe, w którym znajduje się duży sklep spożywczy Carrefour . Metro z hotelu ma bezpośrednie połączenie pod łuk triumfalny jak i pod wieże ( linia 6). Personel bardzo kontaktowy i miły. Zameldowanie błyskawiczne Pokoj mały ale nowoczesny , codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. W łazience jest suszarka do włosów, szampon oraz żel pod prysznic. Na pewno kiedyś tu wrócę!

Breakfast was decent, nice selection and would frequently refill if empty when asked workers.

Slightly disappointed as we had to move rooms 2 times and was still not satisfied. First time was due to a dog barking next door and with a scared child with us, we had to move. The next room we had, the toilet absolutely stunk of sewage, after telling reception, they said they would send someone up to have a look but they didn’t. We could no longer be in the room as the smell was extremely pungent. We requested to move again where the bathroom had the same smell. Very disappointing as staff did nothing about it.

Rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was right beside the a metro station which made it easy to get around. Lots of bars and cafes in the immediate area. The air conditioning worked well, and there’s a fresh water dispenser in the lobby. Had a wonderful stay, and would happily stay here again!

Rooms are on the small side, but that’s to be expected from any hotel in Paris. Otherwise I have no complaints.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité du métro et du quartier chinois, offrant un large choix de restaurants.

Nous étions mère et fille lors de notre séjour. Notre chambre était en souplexe, ce qui était inconfortable et donnait une impression d’insécurité. Nous étions obligées de garder les rideaux fermés en permanence, ce qui nous privait de lumière naturelle.

Hôtel propre, moderne, et très bien placé. Personnel souriant, et au ptit soin.

Je suis une cliente habituelle des hôtels ibis et j’ai toujours eu une certaine confiance dans les standards de la chaîne. Pour cette raison cette expérience a été d’autant plus choquante et décevante. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontées à un personnel de réception froid, antipathique et particulièrement désagréable. La manière dont nous avons été traitées était tout simplement ignoble et totalement indigne d’un établissement hôtelier. La chambre n’était pas prête. Comme nous étions déjà en retard pour une réunion de travail importante, nous avons demandé à pouvoir simplement déposer nos bagages. On nous a proposé le service de bagagerie, qui était payant ! Afin d’éviter ces frais, nous avons attendu que la chambre soit prête. Après cette attente, on nous remet enfin les clés. Mais une fois arrivée dans la chambre, j'ai découvert qu’elle n’avait toujours pas été nettoyée : les poubelles des clients précédents étaient encore dans la chambre ! Aucune autre chambre n’étant disponible, j’ai finalement dû laisser ma valise dans la chambre de ma collègue. Mais au-delà de ces problèmes matériels, c’est surtout l’attitude du personnel de réception qui m’a profondément choquée. Aucun véritable effort pour trouver une solution, aucune compréhension de notre situation et surtout une façon de nous parler et de nous traiter que j’ai trouvée inadmissible, irrespectueuse et profondément décevante. En tant que cliente habituelle d’ibis, je peux clairement dire que cette expérience ne correspond absolument pas à l’image de la chaîne. Les problèmes peuvent arriver dans n’importe quel hôtel, mais ce qui fait toute la différence est la manière dont le personnel les gère. Ici, malheureusement, le manque de professionnalisme, de courtoisie et de respect a été flagrant.

Staff were very good. Paul the night shift worker was exceptional. Always helpful. Always a smile. Card access ground floor toilet. Working lift. Great location. Shopping mall right across the street with a large supermarket. Plenty of eateries close by. No kettle, but they had free cold water taps and even sparkling water in the seating area. The aircon was a God send. Cleaning service was good. Place was clean. Was quiet. I had lower expectations coming in but was elevated when I arrived.

Room was quite small. But expected for Paris. Toilet was a little too cosy. But acceptable. Lockers to store luggage for free upto 2hrs. Longer at cost. No fridge.

The ac system, it didn’t keep the room cool enough specially the two night that Paris reached temperatures above 36 degrees. And I asked for a crib but the reception staff told me that the there was a mix up and they forgot to place it there. They should have a vending machine with possible items that guests could not have and may need. Also a food vending machines for late night snacks should’ve existed there.

Reception desk people are very nice and give and very friendly service.

No to much space to move and area to place the luggage.

Hotel posizionato in modo agevole a due passi dalla metro per raggiungere in breve tempo il centro. Parcheggio funzionale, forse un pò scomodo perché stretto, ma sempre più economico rispetto alle altre tariffe. Il personale dello staff è molto gentile specialmente Maeva che ci ha accolto con il sorriso e soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Sicuramente torneremo!

La struttura si è rivelata adeguata alle aspettative, confortevole e funzionale. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città. Ricca e abbondante la colazione.

Forse un piccolo frigo nelle stanze potrebbe fare comodo, soprattutto in estate.

Ottima la posizione vicina alla metropolitana. Camere piccole, ma pulite. Ottima la colazione.

Poco spazio per valigie e vestiti

La ubicación está genial. Únicamente. Las camas cómodas sirven para descansar. El desayuno Está aceptable.

El cuarto tenía la alfombra sucia, los baños de regadera tapados no se iba el agua con facilidad, el lavamanos también. Estaba en fase de remodelación pero aún así el precio por la calidad de limpieza dejo que desear.
