Zdjęcia na Bookingcom są przesadzone. Pokój mały i ciasny. Recepcjonista z porannej zmiany nie był pomocny. Wprowadził nas w błąd. Chcieliśmy zamówić taxi na lotnisko z wyprzedzeniem. Pan poinformował nas że to w Paryżu nie jest możliwe. Pani ze zmiany popołudniowej zamówiła nam taxi na 4 rano w minutę. Jednym się chce, innym nie.

No much to like it was quite average.

Not much attention to detail, we used coffee in the room one morning, next day even though the room was serviced coffee and milk was not replaced. No water bottle provided in room either. First night of our stay somebody got sick just outside the hotel entrance around 5 pm it was not cleaned until the next day . Unacceptable.

Near the Metro station. My bathroom, #601 was clean and renewed.

Very dirty hallway and room, the carpets were in dark gary to hide the filth and dirtiness, however, the stickiness on the shoes bottom from the carpet cannot hide. The walls were filthy inside and outside of the hotel. The housekeeping was sloppy and not interested.

Nice value for price. Checking in and out was easy, the staff were nice. Room was a bit small but this is expected in Paris. Good public transit location. I loved that we could open the window, since this usually isn't possible in hotel rooms.

O hotel é bem localizado, na frente tem um Mcdonalds, e um bistrô francês. Na esquina a estação do metrô, e atrás um shopping pequeno com carrefour (tem outros mercados próximo). Inclusive foi ótimo pq não tínhamos café da manhã incluindo, então vale comprar pão, frios e guardar no frigobar do hotel. O staff foi ok, chegamos um pouco antes do checkin então deixamos as malas e fomos comer antes. O quarto é confortável, banheiro com espaço, chuveiro não é todo fechado o vidro, então as vezes molhava um pouco mais o chão mas nada demais. Arcondicionado funcionando sempre. Literalmente do lado do hotel tem um restaurante chamado Crazy Noodles que valeu muito kkk a região é cheio dos asiáticos mas logo na rotatória tem vários restaurantes franceses. Dá para ir andando até o Pantheon e proximidades (30min+). De qualquer forma, tudo é meio longe em Paris então usamos o metrô diariamente. Por ele ter uma estação bem na esquina, vale o custo-benefício.

Bon emplacement et personnel de jour sympathique (pas de nuit...). La chambre était propre et les draps changés tous les jours. Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages à la conciergerie avant le check in ou après le check out sans problème.

La chambre était minuscule, à peine la place d'ouvrir une valise. Le prix est trop élevé donc.

- À l'arrivée le réceptionniste n'était pas sympa. - Quand j'ai demandé une faveur pour arriver avant 15h. J'ai essayé un refus sec sans une forme de politesse. - À 11h le réceptionniste nous a appelé pour nous " chasder" alors que nous étions prêt à sortir.

Bem localizado e perto de estação de metro e onibus. Tem restaurantes, padaria, farmacia e até shopping com supermercado. TEM MC DONALDS NA ESQUINA até de madrugada e pode te salvar. kkkk

Wir waren nun schon zum wiederholten Mal im Hôtel Paris Italie und fühlen uns hier jedes Mal sehr wohl. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend: Die Metro ist direkt in der Nähe und man erreicht von hier aus schnell und unkompliziert nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtteile von Paris. Besonders angenehm ist die ruhige und sichere Atmosphäre rund um das Hotel. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren bei unseren Aufenthalten stets sehr sauber, und das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum sogenannten Vietnam Town mit seinen zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, authentisch und abwechslungsreich zu essen. Wer gutes asiatisches Essen liebt, findet hier eine tolle Auswahl direkt vor der Tür.

Nur zur Info, hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun: Parkhaus in der Mall in der parallelen Straße rundet den Aufenthalt ab (Achtung: dort Zahlung nicht durch Kontaktloses Zahlen möglich, Karte muss eingesteckt werden).

La habitación es pequeñita pero suficiente para pasar unos días en Paris. Todo estaba muy limpio, la ubicación era muy buena, junto a un centro comercial y muchos locales de comida, ideal si buscas un barrio tranquilo, seguro y poco turístico. La parada de metro justo a 2 minutos que tiene muy buenas conexiones, por lo que puedes llegar a todos los puntos de interés.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel a été marqué par la réactivité exemplaire des agents, toujours disponibles pour fournir les informations utiles avec efficacité et professionnalisme. J’ai également apprécié leur sens du service : ils ont su faire un geste commercial en m’offrant le petit déjeuner à la place de l’annulation de la nuitée, une attention qui témoigne de leur volonté de satisfaire pleinement leurs clients. Une expérience agréable et un personnel attentif qui mérite d’être souligné.

Il y avait des dégradations dans la chambre et j’aurais aimé être prévenu plutôt que de les constater par moi‑même. De plus, le siphon du lavabo n’avait plus son couvercle, ce qui n’est pas conforme au niveau de confort attendu. Malgré cela, le personnel est resté disponible et attentif, ce qui a contribué à rendre le séjour plus agréable.

The carpet in the room was very dirty. The bathroom did not have sufficient amenities; it did not even have a handsoap.

Logement propre avec un bon accueil ! Très bien situé ( Métro 7 & Bus à même pas 2min de l’hôtel ). Quartier pas bruyant pour ma part , proche d’un centre commercial , quelques endroits où bruncher , d’épiceries et de restaurations rapide.

Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia con la limpieza y el servicio fue bastante incómoda. De los 4 días que estuvimos alojados, solamente 1 día ingresaron a limpiar la habitación y cambiar las toallas. En otra oportunidad tuvimos que pedir directamente las toallas en recepción. El tercer día solicitamos nuevamente que limpiaran la habitación, principalmente para retirar la basura acumulada y cambiar las toallas. Nos indicaron que debíamos bajar a recepción y esperar porque supuestamente estaban realizando la limpieza. Esperamos aproximadamente 50 minutos, volvimos a subir a la habitación y, para nuestra sorpresa, no habían entrado ni la habían limpiado. Terminamos acumulando la basura de 3 días dentro de la habitación. Consideramos que esto es totalmente inaceptable para un alojamiento, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que habíamos solicitado expresamente el servicio de limpieza. En general, el alojamiento deja mucho que desear. Adjunto una foto como evidencia de la situación.

Desayuno muy bueno, la ubicación excelente para los transportes. La habitación muy agradable y limpia . El recepcionista que nos recibió el sábado 22/08 poco después de las 15 hrs fué excelente, nos asesoró muy bien sobre transportes y qué visitar en los alrededores, a pesar de la diferencia en el idioma, se esmeraba para explicarnos.

Lo que no nos gustó fue el recepcionista del lunes 24 y martes 25/08 de la mañana, tenía un trato muy descortéz y el martes 25/8 el día que nos retiramos, nos cobró 2 desayunos a mi y mi pareja. Instantáneamente se lo reclamé , ya que cada mañana pagabamos en efectivo los desayunos al terminar de tomarlo, y me trató muy mal me subiió el tono de voz y yo me mantuve en el reclamo, consultó en la computadora y devolvió el efectivo que debía haber devuelto antes!!!!. Hay que destacar la diferencia entre el recepcionista de la mañana de los días 22 y 23/8 que fué excelente, muy correcto.!!!!

Air Conditioning: The AC was so noisy that we couldn't leave it on while sleeping, making it difficult to control the room temperature overnight. ​Front Desk Service: One of the male receptionists was very rude, unhelpful, and made us feel unwelcome—showing a distinctly unkind and borderline biased attitude. Even though I heard him speaking English with someone else earlier, he outright refused to speak English with us. ​Elevator: There is only one extremely small elevator for the entire hotel, which is nowhere near enough for the number of guests and leads to long waits. ​Baggage Policy: Their luggage storage policy is unnecessarily strict. They refused to store my bag simply because my laptop was inside, even after I offered to leave it at my own risk. As a result, I had to carry my laptop around all day while sightseeing. ​Location: While the hotel is conveniently located right near a metro station, it is quite far from the main city attractions.

Staff: On a positive note, the other two receptionists on duty were wonderful—extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming. ​Room Comfort & Sleep: The bed was very comfortable, and despite the noisy AC, the hotel itself is located in a quiet area, so we slept well. ​Amenities: The shower had great water pressure and temperature. The room also came equipped with a kettle and a mini-fridge that worked perfectly.

Pracownicy recepcji bardzo w porządku, nie robią żadnych problemów, łatwo się dogadać. Pokój czysty, jak na taką cenę to dobrze wyposażony.

Winda bardzo ciasna, ale przynajmniej jest. Schody też dosyć wąskie. Generalnie w takich kamienicach jest mało miejsca.

- lokalizacja (metro nr 7, dużo autobusów, linia tramwaju też jest) - świetna komunikacja miejska do wszystkich atrakcji - Louvre, Eiffla, Notre Dame itd… - dużo sklepów wokół - śniadania bardzo smaczne, może monotonne, ale były naprawdę dobre i sycące, wszystko świeże, dobra kawa - woda gazowana i niegazowana dostępna w obiekcie dla gości 24h - wygodne łóżko, telewizor, suszarka - wszystko co potrzebne podczas city break’u ;) - bardzo pomocny personel

- jedyny minus, który zauważyliśmy to źle zaprojektowana łazienka, a dokładnie prysznic - podczas kąpieli woda wylewa się z brodzika na kafelki a z kafelek na wykładzinę w korytarzu pokoju, pierwszy pokój, który dostaliśmy niestety, ale nie dało się w nim wytrzymać, jeżeli chodzi o zapach, zgłosiliśmy problem i od razu dostaliśmy nowy pokój

The room itself was good size and it was in an amazing location. This was a 2 minute walk from the metro, a shopping centre with a supermarket in it, and multiple comfort take aways. Room provided with air conditioning. Entire building covered by air conditioning. Very good wi-fi signal included in the booking.

The lift was quite slow and small for a 6 floor building with approximately 5 rooms on each floor. The staircase was also quite small however quick to do.

Отличный отель, совсем рядом с метро, сюда удобно приехать из аэропорта Орли. Огромный для Парижа номер, очень уютный, прекрасная кровать, большая душевая, в номере есть все необходимое. Рекомендую и обязательно приеду еще!

Příjemný hotýlek v širším centru Paříže. Vše v pořádku.

Habitación limpia, cerca de estaciones de metro y trenes, cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. Personal amable. En mi caso el desayuno no estaba incluido y su costo era de 12€, un poco elevado para lo que se ofrecía. De todos modos hay cerca varias opciones para desayunar.

Agregaría puertos USB para carga de dispositivos. Tenía pava eléctrica pero no había te y/o café (un detalle de cortesía).

Recomendo este hotel em Paris. Localização muito boa, quase em frente a uma estação de metrô central (só atravessar a rua), ao lado de um shopping center, e próximo (só atravessar uma rua) de restaurantes bons, tanto para café da manhã, almoço ou jantar. Gostei muito do fato do hotel ter elevador e ar condicionado potente, algo não tão comum em grande parte de hoteis e airbnbs de Paris. A recepção também muito cordial, assim como o sr vigilante da noite, muito gentil e educado sempre que chegavamos. Recomendo a estadia nesse hotel.

Het hotel is vlakbij een metrostation en bushalte ook voor de deur. Veel eettentjes en een grote mall precies erachter. Mc Donalds om de hoek voor als je heel laat nog wat wilt eten. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt ook.

De douche cabine was echt niet schoon. Voegen zaten onder de schimmel. Daar zouden ze echt wat aan moeten doen. Het verpesf je hele verblijf. We kregen ook een vieze handdoek (1 dag...volgende dag verwisseld)

O hotel fica próximo de várias linhas de metrô, e isso facilita MUITO a locomoção. Além disso, existem muitos restaurantes, cafés, fast food e empreendimentos por perto, o que garante maior comodidade! O quarto é pequeno, mas super bem equipado, cama mega confortável e tudo limpinho e organizado.

Personel hotelu był bardzo uprzejmy, miły i chętny do pomocy, pokój każdego dnia był odświeżany i utrzymywany w schludnym stanie.

Pokój nie był zbyt duży, ale nie wpływało to na komfort pobytu. Stosunek ceny do jakości jak na Paryż był bardzo odpowiedni.

The hotel is in a great location, just 1–2 minutes away from a metro station with multiple lines connecting to various central attractions. The Eiffel Tower, for example, was around 15 minutes away by metro, which was very convenient. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us lots of food options. The room was comfortable and good enough for our stay, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the biggest advantages for us was that, after check-out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them free of charge, which was extremely convenient. Overall, our stay was definitely worth the money, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor downside was that the lift was a little small. With two people and two suitcases, it felt quite cramped, but this was not a major issue.

The carpet was not adequately clean and emitted an undesirable odor. Installing tile flooring would be strongly advisable, as it would make a significant improvement. Additionally, the staff demonstrated very limited flexibility and were not open to any form of arrangement. It is therefore important to ensure that no issues arise regarding the accommodation, as they are unlikely to provide assistance.

Posizione ottima vicino a tanti collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici. Stanza comoda, c'è tutto il necessario, era pulita sia la camera che il bagno.

Per me unica nota negativa è la moquette, non troppo igienica, ma per due notti non fa differenza, e sembrava abbastanza pulita.

Nice location near metro station, area is nice. Most of the staff were lovely. Rooms were compact but comfortable, shower was nice with good water pressure :).

Host checking us in was a little rude. We were trying to just leave our bags in, but he actually managed to check us in early, which was definitely very helpful - but he seemed to have little patience because of it. Tv channels didn't really work, but it wasn't an issue since we didn't use it, but in case for others.

da recepçao da portaria, exceto quando chegamos e uma moçinha muito bacana nos atendeu muito bem.Os outros eram muito serios e nao dava oportunidade de saber nada mais, respondiam secamente e pronto. Nao eram mal educados mas tambem nao dava mais espaço pra nada. A moçinha que esqueci o nome foi muito baca, nos ajudou com tudo sobre tudo que existia ao redor, dicas muito valiosas que nos ajudou muito, nota 100 pra ela.

Je n ai pas aimé comment à l'acceuille le mr nous a demandé nos pièces d'identité,alors que juste avant nous il y avait une femme asiatique,il lui a demandé avec un grand sourir et un ton docile. À 00h34 la TV les chaines ne passaient plus écran noir pourtant allumé. La baignoir bouché,l'eau s'écoulais très lentement. Le lit faisait beaucoup de bruit,moi qui bouge beaucoup je n'ai pas bien dormi.

Un homme a l’accueil, sûrement le gérant m’a limite prise de haut car je cite je n’ai que "17 ans" quand j’ai vu que mon sac n’était pas dans la pièce où sont stockés les bagages et que je lui ai dis que j’espérais bien que les affaires n’étaient pas volées. De plus, l’insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer car on entendait les portes des autres chambre claquées ainsi que la chambre d’à côté.

la clim est allumée avant votre arrivée dans la chambre, et quel bonheur lorsqu’il y a la canicule! la salle de bain est petite comme la plupart des hôtels de paris MAIS elle est très bien agencée, on ne s’y sent même pas à l’étroit je reviendrais évidemment, le rapport qualité prix est top

La habitación era muy linda,sin embargo me pareció bastante pequeña. Califico de esta manera ya que uno de los recepcionistas en mi último día,nos hizo un comentario desagradable en cuanto a nuestra nacionalidad. Dejándose llevar por los rumores acerca de nuestro país y generalizando a toda su población. Fuera de eso,todo bien.

Petit hôtel sans superflu. Chambre petite mais moderne et propre. Personnel avenant. Bien situé près des métro. Déjeuner complet. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything.

However, there were a few things I didn’t like. The room had carpeted floors, which didn’t feel very clean to me. The elevator and staircase were also quite narrow, making it a bit inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work for 2 out of the 5 nights of my stay. The staff did their best to fix the issue, but unfortunately, because it happened over the weekend, there wasn’t much they could do until the following week.
