Decent, value for money. Nice pool

Sands in the room. Shower head need to be changed. Tv not working. The street tot the hotel could do with lighting. It's a bit svary the first time.

We stayed here as a family of four for one night and for the price we have no complaints. Set in a quiet alley but near to the main road with restaurants, cafes and shops it was a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was big with nice flowers and trees around it.

The place was a little tired, the aircon wasn’t great and a few things could do with replacing. It just needs a bit of a revamp but overall for the price it was great and we would return.

I was not refunded for one night, which I didn't spend despite notifying the hotel about my check-in delay that occurred as a result of the canceling of arrival day because of the volcano eruption.

First of all, this is a cheap hotel. There are many strange people living here. There are no surveillance cameras, and there are no employees responsible for the security of the hotel after midnight. During my stay, there was a traveler from New York who My belongings were stolen. I was attacked by a drug addict who lived here and strangled me. I fought back to protect myself. The hotel owner asked me and the drug addict to leave within 1 hour. Very unreasonable. Even though the hotel owner finally helped me find another hotel and paid for my remaining rent, there were many lies in the middle. For example, lying to me that another hotel was the same as this one, but not only the room There is no communal kitchen, and even the level of the hotel is different. The worse hotel owner lied to me that he had paid the rent. The fact is that I was required to pay the rent to leave on the last day, so I called the hotel owner to ask What the hell is going on with him she just paid my rent. This is a hotel with no security you get attacked and stolen with criminals and dishonest landlords! I've stayed in many hotels elsewhere in Bali and this one is definitely the worst

Clean , big pool, very friendly owners and kind staff

The room was fine, but didn’t have toilet paper, only spray?! Not sure how this works. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good.

Great little hotel of you want an economical pleasant friendly stay without the grandeur and extras. Lovely staff willing to go the extra distance for you.

Rooms not as nice as appear in pictures, but spacious. Lovely pool /garden area

Room was a bit dark, consider additional lighting in room #1. Perhaps some pillows by the pool chairs, cabanas. The staff was amazing and friendly. Would recommend staying here again!! ❤

Adequate for price - room clean and breakfast good. Pool is ok but most sunloungers broken. Difficult to find at first - you should tell a taxi to drop you at Bumbu Bali restaurant as it is opposite and you will see sign for hotel (you need to walk down the alleyway, as cars will not fit). Staff very friendly and hotel offer a daily shuttle to and from beach, however they forgot to pick us up and did not answer phone, which was very frustrating as needed to haggle with local drivers for a lift back as no taxis in the area.
