Ubicación excelente. Apartamento bonito y muy amplio con todo lo necesario

El aire acondicionado del salón y uno de los dormitorios no enfriaba bien. No son nada flexibles con el horario de entrada y salida. Fuimos a por el coche al parking para cargar equipaje, encontramos un atasco y llegamos 5 minutos después de la hora de salida y ya no funcionaba el código de la puerta, pude entrar al portal porque salía una persona y al apartamento porque parte de mi familia estaba dentro, fue un detalle muy feo.

Да. Сделаю отзыв жёстким, но фактическим — так он будет убедительнее для других гостей и его сложнее оспорить. К сожалению, размещение совершенно не соответствовало нашим ожиданиям и, самое главное, фотографиям, представленным при бронировании. Мы бронировали апартаменты, ориентируясь именно на фотографии и описание на Booking. Однако по приезде нас поселили фактически в другие апартаменты. Интерьер и, особенно, вид из окон не соответствовали тому, что было показано при бронировании. Вместо красивого вида на крыши города, который мы видели на фотографиях и из-за которого в том числе выбрали этот вариант, из окон был вид практически на стены соседних зданий. Для меня это принципиальный момент: гость выбирает и оплачивает конкретное размещение, основываясь на фотографиях. Если в объекте есть несколько совершенно разных апартаментов, это должно быть ясно указано заранее, и фотографии должны соответствовать именно тому варианту, который получает гость. В итоге нам пришлось разбираться с этой ситуацией и переезжать, что совершенно не то, чем хочется заниматься во время отпуска. Поэтому совет будущим гостям: перед бронированием обязательно уточняйте, какие именно апартаменты вам предоставят, и попросите подтвердить, что они соответствуют фотографиям вашего бронирования. Иначе по приезде вы можете обнаружить совсем не то, что ожидали увидеть. Лично я считаю такое представление объекта вводящим гостя в заблуждение. Если бы при бронировании я видел фотографии тех апартаментов и того вида из окна, которые нам предоставили изначально, я бы этот вариант просто не забронировал. Если хочешь, могу сделать ещё более жёсткую версию именно для Booking, с акцентом на то, что фотографии вводят покупателей в заблуждение.

La ubicación del alojamiento. La verdad es que estaba ubicado en el centro. El único inconveniente es viajar en coche hasta allí, el tráfico es malísimo, las carreteras pésimas y no hay parking gratuito cerca. Nosotros pagamos 80€ por menos de dos días.

El principal problema que tuvimos fue el aparcamiento. Elegimos este alojamiento porque, al realizar la búsqueda en Booking, seleccionamos el filtro de “parking privado” y este apartamento aparecía entre los resultados. En la información del alojamiento se indica: “Hay parking público en las inmediaciones. No es necesario reservar. Se pueden aplicar suplementos.” Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue muy diferente: no encontramos ningún parking público en las inmediaciones y la única opción que encontramos fue un parking privado de pago. En nuestro caso, además, viajábamos en furgoneta, con nuestro perro y con todo el equipaje, después de llevar varios días viajando, por lo que encontrar un lugar donde aparcar era especialmente importante y complicado. El apartamento está en pleno centro de Lisboa, donde el tráfico y el aparcamiento son difíciles. Esto último no es culpa del alojamiento, por supuesto, pero estuvimos aproximadamente media hora dando vueltas buscando dónde aparcar hasta que finalmente tuvimos que entrar en un parking privado. El coste fue de unos 80 € por menos de dos días, prácticamente 50 € al día. Un gasto considerable que no esperábamos tener que asumir después de haber elegido el alojamiento utilizando el filtro de parking. Lo que consideramos especialmente decepcionante es que Booking mostrara este alojamiento al seleccionar “parking privado”, cuando el alojamiento realmente no dispone de parking privado y, según nuestra experiencia, tampoco había ningún parking público cercano como se indica en la descripción. Creemos que la información sobre el aparcamiento debería ser mucho más clara y precisa, especialmente para quienes viajan en coche o furgoneta y necesitan disponer de un lugar donde aparcar. En nuestro caso, el problema nos hizo perder bastante tiempo y nos supuso un gasto adicional muy elevado.

La habitacion era grande y tuvimos limpieza diaria. El edificio y las escaleras son bonitos. Nos dejaron hacer el check out un poco mas tarde sin coste adicional. Aunque faltaba una toalla y ya no estaba el personal de limpieza nos ofrecieron una solucion rapida.

Imposible aparcar en la zona, ni hay un parking publico realmente cercano, el que conseguimos ademas fue carisimo y el trafico era horroroso para llegar y descargar. La informacion hacia pensar que habia parking. Las vistas a patio eran tristes y habia muchos ruidos de obras que no eran agradables. El proceso del check-in dio multiples fallos ademas ya de por si era muy largo y nos hicieron esperar en malas condiciones hasta obtener los codigos de acceso

Property is well located and easy to access.

Towel was stained and hair on pillowcase from previous use. There is no support at the property to provide even small items needed during the stay (i.e. toilet paper).

Posizione centralissima, minimarket sotto casa, struttura moderna e funzionale. Comodo il servizio deposito bagagli (a pagamento) all'interno del palazzo.

L'aria condizionata non funzionava benissimo ed essendo al quinto piano sottotetto, la notte è piuttosto calda

La ubicación es ideal para recorrer, cerca del metro y cerca de todo. Muy limpio y cómodo. Todos los días toallas limpias, la cocina cumple y todo está nuevo.

Faltaba una cortina en la ventana del baño, lo que hacía que del resto de las ventanas se pudiera ver para adentro, todas las actividades que se hacen en el baño… tuve que solucionar colgando una toalla. El último día vinieron a poner una lámina espejada que solucionaba el problema de día pero no de noche. Por otro lado el shampoo y el jabón son pésimos, creo que sumar algo de presupuesto en esto sería muy bueno. Se escucha bastante el ruido de la habitación de al lado.

We encountered a serious problem with access to the building immediately upon arrival. The access code we were given for the main entrance did not work. Despite asking for the correct code, we were not provided with a new one, and nobody responded to our messages asking for assistance. As a result, we had to wait for other residents or guests to enter or leave the building so that we could get inside. This is unacceptable, especially for a property operating with self check-in. Once we entered the apartment, we were disappointed again. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, and the kitchen bin was half full of rubbish left by previous guests. It is difficult to consider such a condition an appropriate standard of preparation for incoming guests. However, the most shocking situation occurred on the day of check-out. According to the information we had received, check-out and vacating the apartment were required by 11:00 a.m. Before 10:00 a.m., we left the apartment to buy souvenirs. Even at that time, the cleaning staff were already waiting outside our door, despite the fact that we still had more than an hour before the official check-out time. After returning at around 10:30 a.m., we began taking our luggages downstairs. We went down with the first part of our luggages, one of the cleaning staff followed us downstairs carrying a laptop bag, which surprised me greatly. When we returned to the apartment to collect the remaining belongings — it was still before 11:00 a.m. and we had not yet checked out — we discovered that the cleaning staff were already inside our apartment. What is even more concerning is that when we asked where our remaining belongings, including electronic devices and chargers, were, one of the cleaning staff went to another room outside our apartment and brought our belongings back from there.

the location was really nice, the room was very big, everything was comfortable, loved the space and windows, also the baby crib they prepared for us.

The washing machine/dryer got locked in, we didnt know it would need 2 hours to open.

El check in, dado que mi avión llegaba tarde y tuve que hacer muchos trámites a las 12 de la noche en la puerta del departamento. Hasta sacar fotos de los tres pasaportes. Si me hubieran avisado antes, hubiera sido sin el enorme stress que pase!

“Vi är fyra personer som har hyrt den här lägenheten. I beskrivningen står det att den är för fyra personer, med ett sovrum och ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Bäddsoffan är dock i delar och när man drar ut den för att sova faller delarna isär. Det är bara det första problemet. Det andra problemet är att möblerna är väldigt smutsiga. Vi kontaktade boendet och bad dem åtminstone att dammsuga möblerna, men det gjorde de förstås inte. Det tredje problemet: enligt beskrivningen byter ni sängkläder om man stannar längre än tre dagar. Efter tredje dagen bad vi om nya sängkläder. Ni bytte dem, men bara för två personer. Det fjärde problemet: runt hela bäddsoffan är det odammsuget och fullt av matrester. Vi bad er att dammsuga, men inte heller det blev gjort. Femte: I skålen för socker, som är äckligt smutsig inuti med flera lager av ”gammalt” socker som sitter fast som en skorpa, har de hällt i salt eftersom de tydligen inte hade tid att diska skålen och fylla den med antingen salt eller socker, utan bara fyllde på ovanpå. Så när du behöver socker dobiješ en blandning av socker och salt. Ohygieniskt och fruktansvärt.

We loved the place. Spacious, comfortable and simply decorated. Location great to visit the city. Mostly convenient for shopping, restaurants and cafes. There is a supermarket right at the entrance of the building. Metros, trams and taxis easily available. All within walking distance and no hills if walking back in the evening. The room had nice view to the streets.

Leaving the baggage for free would have been a nice gesture for guests.

It was not clean, we had experiences with multiple cockroaches, also not overly comfortable beds and couches. Everything looked a lot better in the photos

Die Lage war topp und auch die Sauberkeit im Apartment war gut. Die Größe der Wohnung war absolut ausreichend und die Codes zum Öffnen der Türen haben gut funktioniert.

Was wirklich nicht akzeptabel war waren die Geräusche. Das Nachbarhaus wird komplett umgebaut und ist eine Baustelle. Früh um 08:00 Uhr wurden wir von Baustellenlärm geweckt und das ging den gesamten Tag lang. Es war als ob jemand direkt im Zimmer nebenan stundenlang bohrt. Keine Chance im Urlaub auszuschlafen. Am Abend haben die 4x großen Klimaanlagen oder Küchenabsaugungen vor dem einzigen großen Fenster der Unterkunft lärm gemacht. Auch wenn man es schließt und die davor befindliche extra Holztür!!! zu macht, hört man sie noch. Es gab keine Rezeption sich zu beschweren. Man hat per whatsapp AI generierte allgemeine Antworten erhalten. Die Unterkunft wusste zu 100% von beiden Störquellen (die Arbeiten müssen über Wochen oder Monate nebenan gehen und bei der Fenster wurde extra eine weitere Holztür installiert) aber wir wurden zu keinem Zeitpunkt darauf hingewiesen. Hätten wir das gewusst, dann hätten wir woanders gebucht. ABZOCKE!

The size of the apartments are great!!! PERFECT FOR A FAMILY WITH KIDS, nice modern kitchen, nice bathroom good shower, staff is kind and ready to help you. Place is spotless clean, location is amazing 5 min from praça do comércio, many restaurants close by, metro is 5 min walk. Awesome place. The transfer offered by the hotel is a little expensive, but Sr Antonio is a Gem, very nice gentleman and arriving with him on the entrance with an elevator is priceless, or you have to carry your luggage on the stairs to the first floor.

That the elevator is located on the first floor, after walking the whole day, those stairs are endless… but it is manageable

The accomodation was located at the center of Alfama. Bus stops, squares, restaurants, shops could easily be reached on foot. The bathroom was big and clean. Towels were changed every day.

The arrangement of the bed for the third person could be improved. The single bed was placed at the center of the room (a single space for the kitchen, the double bed and the single bed).

Ho dimenticato un paio di occhiali da vista di valore e me ne sono resa conto dopo il check out. Ho comunicato di averli dimenticati tre ore dopo il check out, ma non sono mai stati ritrovati.

Location was great! Very clean facilities and the online check in was easy. When we needed support with luggage storage, the staff very very helpful.

We had some issues with the room code but they were resolved quickly.

The place was spacious.

The air conditioning didn’t work. We had very hot days in Lisbon and so it made our stay very uncomfortable. The staff only told me once I asked why it was so hot even with it on. I was provided two fans but they didn’t really make a difference in the scorching heat. The lighting in every space was terrible. The dishwasher wasn’t unpacked when we arrived. It was difficult to figure out how to operate the washing machine (which only has symbols (not words which I could used google translate for) and when I asked for English instructions I was told that it was easy to operate. Poor communication from the staff.

Spacious and clean. Also liked that they provided fresh towels daily. Air conditioned so in the hot days and nights, apartment stayed cool.

We were given the incorrect code to get into the building and it took staff over 5 hrs to respond. Luckily we had friends staying in the same place so used their code to get access to the building. When we arrived, dishwasher was not unpacked and had dishes in there from previous people. Location, although central, is not family friendly for those with younger children. Lots of homeless around and streets quite dirty. Beds are also hard and pillows extremely small.

Marcan como si tuvieran parking lo cual no es cierto, al preguntar me indicaron que estacione en un lugar público en donde dejé el auto y me robaron, tuvimos que poner una denuncia en la policía ya que nos apuntaron con un arma blanca, rompieron una ventanilla de la camioneta y nos robaron maletas, documentos, joyas y efectivo

Space, centric location, easy access, nearby supermarkets, room was clean. Service lady was amicable.

Two out of the three air conditioners did not cool. Washing machine was also dryer, but the dryer was not working and I pay extra for the dryer :(

On the last day we stored our luggage in the lockers located on the ground floor, but the code to the apartment doesn’t work once checked out. Needs to change, make the apartment code active until midnight so people can access their luggage in the lockers provided!

Central location.

Misrepresented on-line, the booking platform suggesting both parking facilities and breakfast. After 8 hours driving with a large breed dog and 1 year old toddler, trying to find parking then wrestle with baby’s, dogs & luggage, is not ideal. On top of this the saucepans were not operable with the induction hob.

The location in city centre. Easy accès.

We wanted a place with private parking and the filter showed us this property. But it was just public parking spot.it was Okey.

Beautiful property, very clean and in an excellent location

The pictures of the apartment we booked (and paid more for the beautiful huge windows they posted in the pictures) were not even from this building cause you cannot see such windows in this building from the outside at all. The layout was basically the same but everything was ruined for us because of those windows. It was a birthday trip and we planned the photoshoot in the apartment as well. It was very difficult to get ahold of customer support and when we finally did they said nothing but we are sorry. Also try to avoid this location at least in the near future due to a crazy construction right across the street that starts every early morning even before 7am and it's on top of being woken up nightly at around 1-2am by incredibly loud trash services taking care of all the thrash from restaurants in the area (the glass part of it is the worst). The host provides some earplugs though but in all the madness it feels more of a joke. With this being said the experience was pretty bad, I wouldn't recommend using them neither in Lisbon nor in other countries (this is not a private host but international rental business). Try to stay away from them. For such money you'll get much better options with real pictures without ruined expectations, plans and mood.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel also has a very strategic location, making it convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Κάναμε check in αργά το απόγευμα στο διαμέρισμα και ο καναπές κρεβάτι δεν ήταν έτοιμος για να κοιμηθούν τα 2 παιδιά μας. Τα σεντόνια μας ήταν βρώμικα με τρίχες, χαρτομάντηλα από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες και το πάτωμα ήταν επίσης βρώμικο γεμάτο τρίχες. Το πλυντήριο πιάτων δεν το είχαν αδειάσει από τους προηγούμενους. Ζητήσαμε πετσέτες και έξτρα σεντόνια καθαρά για τα κρεβάτια που δεν ήταν έτοιμα και μας ήρθαν το επόμενο πρωί στην πόρτα. Η υπηρεσία αρνήθηκε να μας εξυπηρετήσει το απόγευμα που κάναμε check in γιατί ήταν εκτός ωραρίου. Με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχουμε που να κοιμηθούμε το πρώτο βράδυ. Τα πρωινά να άφηναν τ ξημερώματα έξω από την πόρτα , ενώ τα κουτιά περιείχαν ήδη ψυγείου με αποτέλεσμα ν μένουν εκτός ψυγείου για κάποιες ωρες.

-Ubicación. -Tamaño del apartamento. -Trato con el personal. -Que fuese una 4ª planta con muy buena luz. -Cocina amplia.

-La cama nuera, especialmente cómoda. -Los colchones del sofá.-cama eran bastante malos. Delgados, notabas mucho los muelles. Y se ladeaba hacia la zona donde las personas se suelen sentar. No fue cómodo dormir un poco inclinada. -El baño es muy amplio. Pero el lavamanos es muy incómodo, demasiado alto. -Se escucha un poco el tranvía. En nuestro caso no fue muy molesto. -También había obras frente al edificio (prolongarán un tiempo). Pero esto claramente no es culpa del alojamiento. Si te levantas a las 9 o antes no te molestará. *Lo del colchón y el sofá cama, sería muy importante mejorarlo. No descansar bien hace que no disfrutes tanto del viaje.

Konumu mükemmel. Placa de Commercio, Baixa metro istasyonu ve Rossio istasyonunun ortasında, turistik merkezin kalbinde. Altında bir market var, etrafı keşfedinceye kadar faydalı, ama aslında çok yakında, Rossio tarafında çok daha büyük bir market olan Continente çok daha ekonomik. İçi yenilenmiş, gayet sade, zevkli ve konforlu. Yalnız rezervasyon yaparken 3.kat ve üstü olmasını özellikle isteyin Biz ilk geceden sonra üst katta bir daireye geçmek istedik, çok yardımcı oldular ve ertesi gün oda ve kat değiştirdik.

İlk gece kaldığımız 1.kattaki daireyi sevmedik. Pencere aydınlığa bakıyor, açmak bile istemiyorsunuz.

It was a great location, close to many attractions, stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious. I also appreciated having a safe box and a washing machine.

The construction outside of our window was a bit annoying. Also, when we arrived, the code to our door was not working and it was not easy to contact our host (it was almost 10pm). I would prefer to have the host available via WhatsApp rather than being required to call him on a local Portugese number.

The apartment was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. It was very spacious and the location was perfect, very central.

It’s a walking distance to all the places we wanted to see and meeting places of our tours. Laundry machine and the kitchen is a big bonus.

I would like an old fashioned key or key card. It’s hard to keep looking at phone for the code. But by the last day, I already memorized it 😂

Mancano appendi asciugamani in bagno. E mancano attaccapanni alle pareti. Illuminazione nel bagno scarsa. Manca phon con presa.

The location is excellent, very close to the city center. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we received the access code easily. We reported some issues with the accommodation; one of them was resolved immediately, while no solution was provided for the others.

It is not really possible to relax in the accommodation, as everything is essentially in one open space. Whatever one person does easily disturbs the other. Noise from the neighboring apartment and the staircase can also be heard clearly. The view overlooks an inner courtyard, which is very disappointing. Out of the two apartments we booked, one was fine (4D), while the other (3D) had several issues: There was a constant sewage smell Part of the shower wall was missing The water in the shower did not drain properly The dryer function of the washing machine did not work We reported these issues; the drainage problem was fixed immediately, but nothing was done about the other problems. Overall, I can recommend apartment 4D, but I would not recommend apartment 3D.

O barulho dos apartamentos do lado, foi desconfortável. Percebi porque cocaram tampões para os ouvidos juntamente com uns snacks e água.

Location , cleanliness and comfort.

The apartment was very modern and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is perfectly situated on Rua dos Fanqueiros in the Baixa district . It's just a 4-minute walk from Commerce Square and 6 minutes from Rossio Square. Despite being so central, the apartment is tucked away just enough to avoid the main tourist noise. Multiple metro stations (Baixa-Chiado and Rossio) are within easy walking distance, and there's a small grocery store right next door which is incredibly convenient. The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and aesthetically pleasing – very modern with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Estaba limpio y la habitación cómoda , nos dejaron agua, galletas y mantequilla. Tiene ascensor y todo correcto .

La parte donde dan las ventanas, mucho ruido de noche y luces neón del bloque de enfrente. El balcón barandillas contiguas de piso en piso , y huecos muy anchos, un poco peligroso como en mi caso con niños pequeños . La habitación y baño abajo con un bebé no era lo más práctico.

No kettle/desk, very basic facilities - I didn’t end up staying as the building work around the property was too noisy for me to work in but the staff were friendly and I received a full refund.

Amazing location - within walking distance to the arch and easy access to public transport. Clean and spacious studio apartments - love the small walk in closet. Also great that it has a washing/drying machine. Kitchen was adequately equipped as well.

Su ubicación y la decoración estaba bien y todo nuevo

Los edredones eran pequeños de largo y de ancho te pasas la noche peleando por el edredón que además se sale de los pies hemos dormido fatal y las almohadas no son almohadas son como cojines finos. La cama supletoria se clavaba el barrote. El desayuno era de mala calidad, no hemos desayunado bien, es mejor que no ofrezcan desayuno.

Posizione strategica, centrale e perfettamente collegata con tutti i mezzi. Temevo fosse rumorosa visto che gli appartamenti affacciano sulla strada e invece risulta silenziosa. Ho prenotato due appartamenti (monolocale e bilocale), questi risultano moderni con cucina attrezzata di tutto e bagno comodo.

Pulizia: è un peccato che un così bell'appartamento, centrale, moderno e ristrutturato si permetta di avere un livello di pulizia scadente. Credo che non costi nulla lavare bene i divani (copridivano e cuscini) e le poltroncine (risultano sporchi, macchiati e pieni di polvere). I letti matrimoniali (alla francese) sono piccoli.
