Reviewed Sep 12, 2026

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026This is the third time we stayed at the hotel. We stay here whenever we have events in Chiba. The location is unbeatable, being right next to the train station and the convenience store. This hotel is a great choice when it comes to balancing cost and convenience. During our latest visit, we were unfortunately stuck overnight at Narita airport due to road and train closures because of the weather. The hotel staff were very understanding and were able to move our check in to one day later. They also did their best to make us comfortable when we arrived the next day. We deeply appreciate the lovely hospitality.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Myself, my husband and our teen boys absolutely loved our stay at CVS Bay hotel. It was our very first time in Japan and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible and accomodating to us the whole stay. We were there 10 days and not one day could we make a complaint. The location was amazing, train right outside. Can not fault this place at all. The amenities were amazing. Literally everything at your door step. Not 1 but two convenience stores right outside. Thank you so much to the CVS Bay hotel staff our stay was incredible. And we 100% will be back!
