階によってクローゼットの大きさが違い、今回泊まったお部屋はクローゼットが狭いところでした。 不便はないですが、今まで大きいクローゼットを使ってたので少し残念でした。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026立地が非常に良く、24時間受付の方が常駐されており安心できました。館内も清潔に保たれていました。 部屋には洗濯機があり、洗剤も受付にて貸していただけたので、滞在中は非常に助かりました。
ちょうど宿泊した階の通路に、隣の飲食店の排気口からの空気が直撃するため、時間帯によっては部屋まで臭いが入ってきていました。 部屋が狭いのにダブルベッドが2台並んでおり、4人で眠れるけど常に圧迫感のある部屋でした。スーツケースを広げるのが難しかったし、収納に困りました。 せっかくキッチンがあっても調理器具もお皿等もないので調理はできません。 クイックルワイパーなど、簡易な清掃用具が部屋にあればもっと快適に過ごせたかなと思います。

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026特にバス停から非常に近い。 ディズニーリゾートが目的なら他の無料シャトルバスがあるホテルでは無いが遜色ない利便性がある。電車の駅からはちょっとだけ遠いがそれでもかなり近い。対面にトライアル西友、真下にローソン、ローソンを抜けた先にまいばすけっとがありどの時間帯でも買い物に困らない。部屋には電子レンジと電気コンロがあるし、フロントに頼めば包丁などの調理器具もレンタル出来るので食費を浮かせたかったら本格自炊も可能。
ディズニーからの帰りがとても難しかった。 最寄りのバス停に停まるバスがディズニーリゾート近くだとオリエンタルランド本社前駅、舞浜駅、新浦安駅前にあるが、それぞれのバス停の具体的な乗り場場所が分からず、バス停情報は道のり検索でも出てこず、深夜だし歩き疲れてる体力でバス的を探し回るのは難しかった。このホテルがディズニーリゾート目的の方をメインターゲットにしているのであれば、行きと帰りのバス情報をラミネートした紙ペラで部屋に常備して頂けるととても助かると思いました。

방 안에 있는 테이블과 바닥 등에 먼지 청소가 잘 안 되어 있음. 자주가는 호텔이라서 여러번 보았지만 갈 때마다 항상 똑같은 상태였음. 청소 직원들에게 바닥과 테이블 의자 위에 먼지 제거를 하도록 하시면 가장 좋을 듯.. 변기지 손씻는 세면대도 곰팡이가 가득 함

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Near to a subway station (5min walk), and 2min to a big supermarket. We love the good location. Room is big, comparing to most of those in Tokyo. The kitchen is fully equipped and well-maintained. We get to enjoy a warm breakfast to start our day. It's worth every penny, and we'll definitely come back again.

清掃の方がシーツやタオルを外の通路に置いているところが気になりました。それを洗ってまた使用しているのかと思うと、忙しいとは思うのですが土足で通る通路ではなくカゴなどに入れて欲しいと思いました。水回りは掃除が足りていません。カビも生えていますしハイターなどの掃除用品を置いて欲しいとおもいました。部屋に置いてあるフライパンなどの鍋も洗われているのか？と思う感じで汚かったです。またレンタルできる包丁などの調理器具も清掃の際通路にそのまま置いているところが怖かったです。

The beds are to hard 😪 please upgrade 🙏 No actual dryer, the bathroom is.vented to dry your clothes. Okay for our small family, not so great for my other family members. Did a washing at night, hung in bathroom overnight, 90% dry in the morning. Need to translate instructions

My daughter arrived first and enjoyed herself by shopping at the nearby stores and eating at nearby restaurants. My grandson enjoyed the little play area for kids in the reception area. While the adults enjoyed the hot green tea and coffee.

Reviewed May 11, 2026We enjoyed the proximity to Narita airport (1 hour by not crowded trains) , its closeness to Disney Resort and surrounding supermarket, Lawson store, tasty dessert corner and Wendy's. The apartment was small, just to sleep and have a comfortable shower, but arranged smart and it was exactly what we needed for 2 nights. There was also a washing mashine included in the room for no additional charge, without the detergent though.
In the evening there was a strong fried fish smell outside from the restaurants.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Everything. I think the hotel is perfect for me. Location is very near with Urayashu Station Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Only 5 minutes walk. Not covered by JR Pass, but you can use Suica or Pasmo. I really love the surounding. Far from hustle of tokyo (30 minutes to Tokyo Station). Perfect for family who want to visit Disneyland until the last performance. A lot of store just in walking distance. I mean a lot because you can find : Lawson in 1st floor, , 7/11 and Family Mart in front off station, and Local Supermarket in front of the hotel. I bought new shoes here to change my shoes because my feet hurt in the first day because of it. And i bought many kind of japanese strowberry. Restorant near McD, Wendys, Japanese, chinese, ramen even italian cafe in the corner. Just perfect for my type of holiday. The room is spacious and very clean.. A lot of space. Complete amenities, toileteries, very very very clean towel. The team is very polite and helpful. I love them in the first sight. They have litle playground for your kids playing before check in. I went to Disneyland until 10 pm and back to the hotel by taxi. Only for 2.400 Yen for 5 family member. If you want to take a bus, you can use a bus and the stop is near the hotel.
You have to rent the dining kit. But its not a big deal for me because you can use the fridge, the microwave, and tge stuff with kitchen amenities except knive. The bed was hard. But we can sleep very well.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026地點非常好，避開市區壅塞的人潮，但生活機能還是相當方便，對面就是24小時的超市，就算要搭車進市區也不用20分鐘。房間內有洗衣機（但沒有洗衣精），可以每天洗衣服。房內的小廚房也有微波爐和冰箱，方便簡單吃個早餐或宵夜。房間很寬敞，可以同時打開3個行李箱。
雖然房間內有小廚房，設備卻非常少，只有提供熱水壺和平底鍋，但沒有提供鍋鏟或任何餐具；雖然有微波爐，但也沒有提供可微波的餐盤或碗，只有馬克杯。除此之外當然也沒有洗碗精，所以雖然有廚房卻難以發揮其用處。

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026部屋に洗濯機があり、お風呂に入りながら洗濯出来て、浴室乾燥機もあったので良かったです。 ディズニーへは、無料ではありませんがバスもあったので交通にも便利でした。
チェックイン時のスタッフの笑顔があまりなかったように思えます。 チェックアウトの時は、良かったですね。
