Breakfast and it's service was very good.
Only thing might have been that there was no TV but we had no interest in watching it anyway. 🤷♂️
El personal es muy servicial
Todo estuvo bien
Very pretty; included breakfast.
Rooms are a bit small, no TV.
very nice and cozy place with very nice mexican charm
bien placé calme
petit soucis d’eau chaude
Todas la areas estan muy bien, amplias y bonitas, el desayuno es muy rico! y el personal muy amable
nada, todo es perfecto
The breakfast was wonderful. Introduced me to some traditional Mexican cuisine.
My rm was a bit small.
The breakfast was great. It was different each day, a guil course meal. Coffee excellent
Coffee pot in room. Access to refrigerator
Havre de quiétude avec musique de fonds si agréable . Personnel muy agradable! Esplendida !!!
So beautiful! The staff was incredible and the breakfast in the morning was some of the best food I had during my entire time traveling through Mexico
I loved it all
Property is beautiful, safe, clean, quiet and the location was great.
Na
Very cute
Breakfast was excellent, consisting of coffee, juice, fruit and a Mexican dish.
Nothing comes to mind
Beautiful and nice location
Nothing not to love.
Wonderful place to stay in San Pancho. Delicious breakfast every morning, stunning grounds, clean, nice pool, good location a few blocks from the beach.
Bed was a little firm for my taste and it was a little loud.
Excellent stay at charming, boutique Casa.
Coffee was only available at breakfast time.
Quiet, intimate, tasteful decor.
Nothing.
Charming.
Nothing
Great location, minutes to beach but away from the downtown area full of “20 something-wanderers”. Rooms are clean and sound proof and the breakfast was multi course, fruit, coffee, toast and eggs.
The AC in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t get the temp below 24 degrees. The hot water didn’t work but you don’t really need it since it’s warm enough to shower
Delicious and fresh.
Swimming pool was very small
The staff members Ana and Aila made our stay here extra memorable. They were both very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. The breakfasts were superb, all homemade and something different every day. The common area where it was served was also very nice and a great place to hang out throughout the day. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The pool was very refreshing and we had it to ourselves most of the time. We highly recommend Casa San Pancho and would love to stay here again sometime in the future.
El lugar está muy bonito y acojedor
Me hospede en este lugar porq me interesaba un lugar con alberca climatizada, a pesar de solicitar que la calentarán jamás lo hicieron en toda mi estancia.
Such a delightful spot, the staff are extraordinary, breakfast is delicious and the sparkling pool is most refreshing!

Loved the helpful staff. Loved the room, pool and breakfast. Great location. Quiet but near the centre of San Pancho.we will definitely return.
Beautiful hotel to relax and unwind in
Outstanding staff, warm and friendly. Great front desk, great housekeeping, great admin support. Loved the breakfast in the beautiful wood library area overlooking the pool. Excellent location a block from downtown. Room was good sized and very comfortable.
Nada. We had a little billing issue and admin staff worked tirelessly to resolve asap. Extremely ethical and professional.
the room, the staff, the breakfast, the creative architecture of the hotel, the location and the furnishings in the lobby and dining areas.
Due to my traveling with two heavier checkin bags, I prefer to stay at places that have elevators or few steps. I didn't realize they didn't have an elevator and there were quite a few steps up and down to get to my room with my bags. But, at their place an elevator wouldn't work well. So, I got a little exercise when settling in and checking out.
- The theming was pretty and I liked how the lobby and breakfast area looked out over the pool and the iguanas that loved to chill out - Great location and only a couple of blocks from the beach - The breakfast was fantastic! They make their bread and that with the homemade jam every morning was so good.
- The bed was very hard. We still were able to sleep but we felt stiff in the morning. - The pool was really small
The property and staff were wonderful! Only downside was a four block walk to the beach.
The breakfast was incredible. The staff were kind and lovely. The hotel is beautiful and very well located.
Small fridges or a space to cool ones own drinks would be nice. The beds were so uncomfortable
Beautiful boutique hotel. Great, super-friendly, helpful service. Delicious home-made breakfasts, every morning, a little different.
The stay was great. Hotel staff incredibly accommodating and the place had a very peaceful energy. Breakfast was delicious. This is definitely somewhere perfect for people looking for a quiet place to stay. It was a short walk to town/beach and you have the tiniest bit of an uphill when approaching the property, very convenient.
The room setup was a little funny because the toilet room window was opened into the courtyard and the interior door for it did not reach the ceiling but this is something I've encountered many times in Mexico and Italy as well so it didn't concern me very much but might be a concern for other travelers. Best if your super comfortable with who you are staying with but not all rooms were like this.
The hotel was a little oasis in the middle of town. The people working were amazing and breakfast in the morning was so delicious. I would 100% stay here again.
What a gem! This adorable spot is tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still conveniently close to everything. We had a wonderful stay and especially loved the delicious daily breakfasts. The provided beach umbrellas and sarongs were such thoughtful touches that made our beach days even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
Hotel Casa San Pancho was overall, an amazing stay. Their breakfast was delicious and their customer service, excellent! The rooms and common areas were extremely clean & well maintained. The only downfall was that our window facing the busy San Pancho streets was not properly sealed and it could get quite noisy at night. It’s definitely not in a party area so this usually resolved early in the night. Just something to note. We will definitely book again!!!
Helpful staff. Everything was cozy, comfortable, and peaceful. Breakfast was great, too! Would have loved to stay forever ❤️
delicious breakfasts! Beautiful, quiet property very walkable to town and the beach
Comfortable place would have liked breakfast choice couldn’t t eat the main breakfast dish.
I would stay there again
Room was excellent (master suite); breakfast was excellent; and staff were excellent.
The only issue we had was that the internet was spotty in the master suite.
The place was very charming and the people were extremely friendly and helpful.
This little place is so cool that I hesitate to give it the great review it deserves for fear it will become so popular that I won't be able to get reservations here again!
The heated pool, clean room, and lots of beautiful foliage in the courtyard
Nothing
Exactly as the photos showed. Big comfy bed. Good blinds to keep the sun out so we could enjoy a sleep in. Lovely to be able open the windows and let fresh air in during the day. The staff were lovely and smiling and very helpful. Just five minutes walk to the beach. The vibe here is very chill and made the stop at san Pancho very enjoyable.
Nothing
Fantastic hotel. Small boutique with great staff and amazing environment Breakfast is so good
Incredible staff, stunning property - the photos do not do it justice. The included breakfast is some of the best food I’ve ever had in Mexico. The staff think of everything - extra beach blankets and umbrellas, constant supply of filtered water, warmth and generosity. The pool is a perfect temperature :)
A quaint unpretentious place. Exactly what a boutique hotel should be. Only a few rooms, quiet respectful guests. Small pool nice to cool off. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Beautiful main dining room and interesting art. The Included breakfast was delicious and varied each day. I would stay here any time.
First, the good things. The staff was very helpful. The pool was spotless. The room was spotless. And the breakfasts were excellent. The lobby was also very nice and it was nice to sit outside for breakfast. The reason that I took off a star is that we were assigned a room that was advertised as a premium room with a garden view. When, in fact, you would have to be 7 feet tall and stand on the bed to see out the window to see the garden, I think this was misleading advertising. If you stay there, ask not to be in the venada room The upstairs rooms in the hotel look like they would be very niceThe second reason I took off a star is because the bed was extremely hard. I had a hard time sleeping on it.
Fantastic staff. Beautiful pool.Nice room. Problem with hot water in tje shower. Fantastic breakfast
Casa San Pancho is a wonderful place to stay. The location, setting, rooms are very nice. Lots of beautiful vegetation and landscaping. The pool and deck area were very enjoyable. Breakfasts were delicious, staff were wonderful and helpful. It is an easy short walk to the beach area from the casa with many good shops and services nearby.
There was nothing we didn't like, it exceeded our expectations in many ways.
Charming, Thai decor. Lovely, helpful staff.
Beautiful space and the room was gorgeous. Beds comfy and good breakfast. Loved that we could leave our luggage before check in and check out. Great location and wonderful staff
Loved everything
A unique and well kept boutique hotel. Great staff, clean rooms, beautiful landscaping.
Everything at this hôtel is exceptional! Thé location, thé décor, thé cleanliness, thé daily breakfasts ând thé beautiful staff! Muchas gracias!🙏❤️🙏
It was our first time visiting San Pancho and we were so happy with our choice of accommodations. Hotel Casa San Pancho was just lovely! It is kept very clean and maintained. Location was steps from the main street through town but just enough off the beaten path to feel relaxed. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with updated decor. The homemade breakfast each morning was fantastic. Being from Seattle, any old coffee just won’t due. Our cuppa Joe at Hotel Casa San Pancho was very satisfying. There is obvious community in this charming little town by the beach. My only regret is we are unable to stay longer. School is calling for my kids. Highly recommend San Pancho and Hotel Casa San Pancho. Pro tip: Lots of cobblestone so be ready with good walking shoes/sandals.
Superb staff and lovely, serene property block off the main drag
Occasional street noise in the morning
The quiet, the design, the staff, the breakfasts, the rooms.
What's to not like? It's wonderful!
Awesome little spot right by the Main Street but far enough away that you escape all the noise. Included breakfast was delicious.
Not enough seating by the pool. Otherwise everything is great
Great staff. Great breakfast
Beautiful rooms, pool in courtyard surrounded by palms and flowering vines, caring staff, delicious breakfast!
First time in San Pancho - seeking to see baby turtles released to the sea. Was not disappointed. Casa San Pancho is in an excellent, walkable location, delicious breakfasts & coffee, which we were able to purchase for home as well. Staff went avove and beyond. ❤️
All the staff was exceptional And thank you again, Marilyn, for your help in getting our luggage to Sayulita. Eduardo
The staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was small but well appointed.
Beautiful place. The whole place was furnished with furniture and artwork from Thailand. Staff awesome. Location was close to beach and downtown but not too close
The noise of roosters and guests were a little loud due to the normal way of life and construction of buildings in Mexico. But you will experience this almost everywhere there.
The staff and the location
Quiet hideout in the middle of everything, amazing breakfast
Everything
A little out of the main area of town but not far, the town is quite small. Because of the location it was a little quieter at night then places more central. The extra distance we are talking about it 1 or two blocks. Nothing major.
great location, really good home made breakfast with locally sourced ingredients
the door to the entrance was locked on new year's eve?!? i had to wait outside in the cold until the staff arrived at 8am
Staff
The queen rooms are very small and uncomfortable if traveling with friends.
Good
This questionnaire! I’ve already filled one exactly like this, which is time consuming & frankly annoying. I have to this experience for every place we visit, eat at, etc. We’ll stop filling out ALL surveys.
I loved it here! The staff were so lovely, and helpful, i would love to stay here again. Each morning we were treated to a different homemade breakfast that was delicious. This was my favourite part of staying here. They had beach umbrella's and beach blankets to take to the beach. It's was close to everything in San Pancho. The room was laid out perfectly and very clean, lots of places to hang clothes and towels. Our room entrance was right beside the pool, very convenient for wanting to hang out at our accommodation. It was a very quiet stay.
The staff was very helpful. The breakfast room is beautiful, with a great view. The breakfasts are great. They have a pool and pool area that is great. We actually had two visits, one day apart. The 1st one was for one night in a normal room by the pool. The 2nd visit was for 3 nights and in the master suite - very large with a wraparound deck and great views.
Everything was great.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The pool is small but warm and deep enough to swim in. Breakfast varied a bit everyday and included fresh bread/toast, fruit, homemade jams, and strong coffee.
Our room was cramped. A double bed and only room to put one suitcase. No chair, no table, but several hooks and a shoe shelf to help manage storage. The toilet and shower in the same room separated only by a glass partition feels awkward. It looked like most of the other rooms were larger for the same price.
Breakfast was great, different entree every morning. Staff was excellent special thanks to Ana and Marlene and the cook. We will definitely consider staying there again. Very cute boutique hotel Thank you!
Totally beautiful and calming.
No tv in the room
Amazing breakfast and lovely staff who went out of their way to help me with any requests I had
Curtains did not keep it dark after sunrise
Quaint, Mexican charm. Be try personal service. Ana at the front guest made us feel like family. The delicious breakfasts on the beautiful patio made us feel like kings and queens! Beautiful property, refreshing pool. Short walk to the main part of town, dining and the beach! Beautiful sunsets
