Location is excellent for our needs. Breakfast could be improved. Eggs were over cooked. Could try cold cuts or more cheese in place of greasy sausage rounds. Bacon and sausages were good. Cookies in lobby are great. Good underground parking.

It would help to have more grab bars in the shower stall for safety for seniors.

One of nicest, cleanest hotels I have stayed in. It seemed very high end, the layout and the rooms were all so well put together! Checking in was amazing and easy, staff gave me a bottle of water as I waited as it was busy when I got there, and they handled it with ease and thanked me for my patience There is a parkade underneath, wasn't even aware of that!! It costs extra for it but that's fine...lots of free outside parking as well

The property was very clean and quiet. House keeping staff was all really friendly. Breakfast was good nice options from waffles, hash browns, cereals and eggs and sausages made in a way you could make your own breakfast sandwiches. Plenty of options for the whole family.

My issue was with the check in process. The system didn’t show I had already paid for the nights and the woman helping me was trying to figure it out then a male employee came up and started arguing telling me I was scammed and that I hadn’t already paid. He just kept repeating that there was no way I paid and that I was scammed. Even when showing the proof of payment he still said I was wrong. Thankfully another employer came and helped and got it fixed in their system. I honestly would have walked out and went somewhere else if I hadn’t already paid because the man was so rude to me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed as there were other guests waiting to check in as well. To the women who helped me check in I appreciated their patience and getting it sorted out they were great to deal with especially the one who was clearly leaving for the day and she stopped and helped to get it fixed so I could get checked in.

The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was spotless.

The price was about triple what it should normally be, presumably because some event was filling up all hotel rooms in the city. The company took the opportunity to inflate the price to what I once paid in Dubai for a suite with a part-time butler. In any case, I had no choice about the date so I took the room, but just be aware that surge pricing very much exists.

Breakfast was very well made and varied each day. Staff kept up on restocking and cleaning the dining area. If you needed anything at all, they did their best to help.

I feel security in the parking areas outside (not the garage) needed a little improving. Cameras would be nice. Nothing occurred while I was there, but I also did not feel "safe" as no outside parking was within view of lobby or any other business.

Pool was good . Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Great location close to Mall and other things.

Water slide is a really fast and not good for small kids. But that is minor thing.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, a good place to stay. However, my room was located close to the reception area and was not very soundproof. I could clearly hear conversations from the reception in the evening until around 6 pm, and again early in the morning from both the reception and breakfast area, which made it difficult to rest properly. I would recommend this hotel, but suggest avoiding ground-level rooms near reception if you’re sensitive to noise. It would also be great if the hotel could improve soundproofing in these rooms.”

Charged me for early check in and was only hotel that did out of 5 hotels I checked in early at on my road trip. Road noise from traffic was loud and wore ear plugs. Might want to ask for room at other end of building. No free breakfast

Staff were excellent and very professional Breakfast was very good and everything was stocked at all times. Lots of choices Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. The room was very clean . Loved the pool and hot tub.

We were close to the front desk and the main lobby some people came in very late and they were not respectful of the time of nite that it was. . Other than that. No complaints.

Everything: staff is helpful, kitchen/cafe area is big, comfortable, great coffee machine with different coffee options and even hot chocolate and I was able to get some even before checking in, large comfortable rooms, nice bathroom....location is good too - stores and restaurants in 5-10 min walk

Very clean, staff were remarkably efficient, and the pool area seemed well kept.

There were some fixtures in the room that were loose and it took a very long time for hot water to start coming through the shower.

I want to highlight that the breakfast experience was excellent, the staff in the kitchen were warm, smiling, and genuinely hospitable. That was the only part of the stay where I truly felt welcomed and enjoyed my time with my daughter.

From the moment we arrived, I noticed the reception condition could have been better, there were visible stains on the sofa, which didn’t create a good first impression. At check-in, the staff member was polite, but she seemed very busy or possibly stressed. I asked about early check-in and was told it was available for a fee, which is completely understandable. However, the emphasis on the payment was repeated several times, which felt unnecessary. I also asked about a possible $50 discount and was told it didn’t apply because I booked through Booking.com. It left me with the impression that guests who don’t book directly are not equally valued, and there was no attempt to offer any alternative or gesture to make the stay more comfortable. In the room, the toiletries provided were insufficient, only one small shampoo, one conditioner, and one soap for two people. For a stay with my daughter, this was not adequate. When I requested more shampoo the following day, I was initially given just one additional bottle, despite it being clear that more would be needed. I had to ask again for extra items, which made the experience feel unnecessarily uncomfortable. At checkout, the interaction was particularly disappointing. The staff member was on the phone and only asked, “Check out?” without making eye contact or acknowledging us further. There was no “thank you,” no sense of hospitality, and no effort to close the experience on a positive note. It left me feeling overlooked and undervalued as a guest. In my experience, it’s the people who define a place, and unfortunately, most interactions during this stay did not meet expectations. I’m sharing this honest feedback in the hope that it helps improve the guest experience moving forward.

Location was great for us, especially visiting family at the hospital. Rooms were nice and clean.

Top step of the pool was incredibly slippery. I took one step down and slipped and fell, bruising my tailbone and scraping my feet on the way down. Was very close to hitting my head. If I was further along in my pregnancy it could have been bad. Be very careful. Otherwise the facilities were well kept.

Couldn't get room to cool. It was 23 degrees for most of my stay. Tried to get it to 20.

There was a few groups there for a boys hockey tournament. The 10-12 year’s old boys were noisy and had no parental supervision.
