Holiday Inn Bursa - City Centre by IHG

Thank you so much for everything.

Balcony, Friendly

Good stuff In the center neat kent meydan Perfect breakfast

Everything was fine, Holiday Inn Bursa deserves four stars.

Location

Nice and easy

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast this time. It seems as though they took away some of my favorite food items. One final thought about breakfast; instead of the soup made with yogurt please try a non-dairy soup such as lentil. It goes well with many foods and more people can enjoy it. The restaurant manager is exceptional. She is always so thorough and careful about making sure that everything is taken care of. It is nice that there are still people of her character working in the hotel business. She always contributes to me having a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is always such a pleasure to see her and speak with her. She is a rare gem these days! I almost forgot to mention that the hair dryer in my room did not work. I was not able to wash my hair. Thank you for reading my comments!

Amazing welcome to the hotel. Friendly staff. Amazing views! Free car park underground. Best view from the roof.

Clean, quiet hotel with friendly, attentive staff!

Good location. Clean, quiet hotel. Friendly, helpful staff.

Had an excellent experience of staying here with kids on our tip to Bursa. Right opposite to Kent shopping center. Room service was amazing too.

Excellent hotel, great beds and good location

It’s very good location for shopping area

Every thing is good

👍

Very clean, wide room for a family

Great location, comfortable rooms and staff were friendly and attentive.

Great place to stay and good location

Most recommended!!

Everything was awesome.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. The staff is amazing. During both my recent stay and a previous visit, I forgot an item in my room, and they promptly mailed it to me after finding it. The hotel also has a gym open for 24 hours and close to parks if you want to go out for a run.

Excellent service, very helpful staff

I like this hotel very much. I love the soup that was available at breakfast. Very nice! Also-The juice at breakfast is very good! The restaurant manager is amazing!

Its great hotel if you going to Bursa with family, its convenient place and everything near to you

It used to be much better value for money. No ironing board and the hot water pressure keeps fluctuating causing spouts of cold and very hot water running down the shower. We booked a room with city view, but they tried at first to give us a room at the back until I complained. The service is terrible and all the staff is concerned with is to collect tips. They want to carry your bags up to the room inorder to get tips. Not very professional.

Locality was excellent Close to all amenities. Awesome time. Opposite a Mall.

Great service, clean, very very friendly staff. Near old city just walking distance. Parking space is good.

Good location and stay

Sewage smill in the bathroom but otherwise it is clean

Great location, very clean and friendly staff.

Very Nice, will definitely recommend!

This was my second stay in this Holiday Inn. The hotel has amazing staff. They are quite helpful and attentive . They even sent the plug converter that I forgot in my room after I left.

The stay was amazing , better than we actually expected. Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was made modern, comfortable and was regularly cleaned. We can’t wait to go back!

Weather great , friendly staff , very clean and comfortable, excellent location nearby all around

It was excellent staying great location nearby everything, very good hotel hospitality and services, safe and clean , all staff are helpful and welcoming,

Goog location. Friendly and helpful staff

Excelente customer service

We recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel where the overall quality was highly unsatisfactory, a fact that was not reflected in its Expedia rating. Despite our explicit request for a non-smoking room, we were greeted with a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that caused discomfort and irritation to our throats. Furthermore, the room was noticeably outdated, indicating a pressing need for renovation and modernization. It is concerning that the hotel’s current score on Expedia is around 9 points, which, based on our experience, seems misleading and does not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. It is crucial for potential guests to be aware of these issues before making a reservation.

One thing I'm not happy is the third bed. It's advertised as sofa bed, but in reality it was a flimsy single folding bed. False advertising that needs to be addressed.

Good

It got everything tourist requires in hotel stay and cost is stay is reasonable compared to other hotels . I recommend it for tourists coming to Bursa

Located in the heart of Kent Square. Very clean and service is great. Room rate is great for all of this

Nice hotel, well located, freindly staff except the reception staff, on checking despite i paid for a room of 5 peoples, they wanted me to pay for extra bed , i had to call the duty manager to solve the issue ,

Its a great hotel in a great location

Greatest

Very good hotel worker’s very good highly recommend to everyone If I will come to Turkey Bursa I will stay this hotel Holiday In no word to explain

Fabulous hotel. Contemporary, clean, great location and amazing staff, everyone I met was so helpful and friendly. Will return here again.

Quiet, clean, perfect location, and helpful friendly staff

Great option in the city center. Clean, quiet, good service.

Nice property and convenient location. Staff is great!!

Right at the city centre

Good breakfast however management should do away with the over usage of bagging/wrapping practically every single piece of towel etc in plastic! This is the worst eco friendly place I’ve encountered, and the amount of plastic waste generated each day must be unimaginable ! Management must stop the this practice immediately, covid or not!

Konumu çok iyi, modern bir otel

Nice place with every thing around with nice staff , clean and close to every thing

The hotel was great, with great service, the staff were kind enough to provide another free of charge bed for children, as the promised double sofa was single sofa. Excellent service

We have a good stay in the hotel. It's in the city center and close to most attractions. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent place. Clean, new, good rooms, great food. Friendly staff

the hotel is within walking distance from shopping mall and facility in centre of bursa Friendly staff with excellent service , me and family enjoyed staying in hotel for three nights ,, highly recommended

Nice big rooms, great balcony. Bed very comfortable, lively modern bathroom. Beautiful lounge are downstairs of hotel for a drink. Staff friendly. Location very central.

Great rooms and staff ! If you have a car then main areas like grand mosque and old market are 5-15 mins away depending on traffic, however, walking distance a lot

Excellent staff and management Small rooms but functional and very clean.location is good. Walking distance to the Bazaar.

Checkin friendly with good English and çay. Well maintained and clean. Drinks on the rooftop terrace give you a view of the drama of Bursa's major intersections.

Very good hotel for travel

Perfect location, great staff , Very clean room, never any delays for orders no matter what the time is the price is acceptable.

Was unsure about staying here but turned out to be a great decision. Hotel was well worth the money. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and extra helpful. Would definitely be staying here again. Used it as a base for going to uludag ski resort every day.

ممتاز

I like it because it is very clean the food is good the beds are really comfortable and i will visit it next time

We didn’t like car noisy

Very bad hotel u see in my life

Excellent Hotel!

Everything was ok, except the breakfast which we ended up eating a left over bread and their hot drinks are horrible. Also, they didn't allow us to turn on the AC.

lift is slow room location opposite lift the hassle of ambulance

Very clean hotel. Professional and friendly staff. I was impressed.

All amenities are deeply cleaned and highly hygienic. The bed is very comfortable The location is centered in the city and near to the old pazar

Very nice hotel with a nice location and it was what i expected and i really enjoy the room Terrace.

Check in & out was fast and smooth, the room clean, staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was not bad but it could have been better. In all one of the best hotels in bursa.

Tv wasn’t ok. Only Arabic and Turkish channels . Rooms are modern and clean.

Very nice staff, great service. Rooms are in great condition

Staff and precautions taken were great. We got a complimentary room upgrade and the breakfast was really good. Only problem is there was a bad smell in the bathroom.

Located in perfect location, the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The staff was very helpful. The hotel provides almost every facilities, good rooms, roof with good city view. Overall experience was awesome.. I have to mention polite staff working at the restaurant for the breakfast, specially Makfirete Albayrak. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families.

Very good ❤️

Nice location, friendly and professional staff.Highly recommended.

Very good The staf were very helpful I enjoyed the stay in this hotel Location is in the center of bursa.

Wonderful Hotel, clean, new and staff is extremely friendly

Overall would expect more from Holiday Inn. Started off ok but was immediately harrased after a long journey from Istanbul about tours, eventually agreed but was not worthy he money spent that's for sure. Room was average at best, think functional. I only drink Green tea but a worldwide chain like holiday Inn does not have green tea and cannot provide if asked. I reminded then before I left I have an early checkout so they could provide a packed breakfast as this was part of my deal but even after reminding then the night before they still did not know what I was talking about when I was checking out. Overall poor experience.

Nice and beautiful hotel as will in the middle of the city center, near to a mall as well near to the metro

Excellent location, next to Kent mall. Great breakfast buffet. Clean. Friendly staff

Location was great, close to everything, the hotel was clean

فندق روعة وبوسط المدينة وكل شي حولك والي يشتغلون فيه روعة ونفسيتهم حلوه ومعاملتهم اخويه وحق الي ياجر سياره عندهم فالي مجاني

New and clean. Very near to a good shopping mole. I had a trivial accident that was managed well with the administration. I would definitely come back.

Most of it

Good location all attractions within easy reach. The roads are pretty in bad shape though because of road works around the hotel and vacinity

ممتازه وخوش مكان بعض الغرف صغيره وبعضها ممتازه

Exlant location Every thing is nice

Best hotel and best location
