Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Pokój jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Łóżko wygodne. Codziennie sprzątanie, ręczniki czyste. Niczego nie brakuje. Meldunek samodzielny to ogromny plus jeżeli przyjeżdża się w środku nocy tak jak my. Dodatkowo w cenie są przekąski, woda, kawa i herbata w części wspólnej. Można tam też posiedzieć i zjeść ( dostępna mikrofalówka, ekspres, czajnik ) Widziałam różne opinie na temat tego miejsca, ale nie ma się kompletnie do czego przyczepić. Ładnie, cicho i przyjemnie. Polecam !

After checking almost every hotel in the area and Opendreams also being fully booked, i was able to leave my luggage the whole day for my activities and collected them in the evening. I truly appreciated that.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025Alloggio perfetto. Stanza comoda e pulita. Spazio comune molto comodo e puoi prendere caffè, acqua o qualcosa dolce senza costo. Siamo arrivati prima e hanno fatto tutto veloce per farci entrare prima alla stanza. Il palazzo è a due passi di Termini e vicino al centro. Zona comoda, sicura e piena di ristoranti e di fronte al teatro dell'opera.

Este estabelecimento não é um hotel apesar de indicar isso no nome. Trata-se de uma casa num edifício, nem sequer é um andar é uma casa com mts quartos. Não há ninguém no estabelecimento tudo online.

Il letto comodissimo e la stanza superaccessoriata con bollitore mini frigo attrezzato di bibite e anche un’aerea break con disposizione snack salato dolce, in qualsiasi momento a tua disposizione. Il proprietario, una persona gentilissima è pronta a supportarti per qualsiasi necessità. La camera molto silenziosa e spaziosa. Mi sono trovata molto bene e sicuramente ci tornerò.

Me encontré las sabanas un poco sucias, tuve que darles la vuelta y también había polvo, la mesa grandes es antigua y te quedas un poco pegada. Eso no me gusto, si mejoraran en ese tipo de cosas seria perfecto porque lo demás estaba muy bien. Puedes guardar la maleta en una habitación tanto antes del chek in como después de hacer el check out.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Nous avons réservé cette chambre pour notre retour, nous devions aller à la gare pour se rendre à l'aéroport tôt le matin. L'hôtel est très bien situé proche de la gare.
L'air climatisé dans la chambre "Bohème" ne fonctionne pas malgré ce qui était inscrit sur l'annonce. C'est seulement une fan qui fonctionne et non l'air climatisé. Il faisait très chaud et très humide dans la chambre, c'était plus étouffant dans la chambre qu'à l'extérieur. Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté à dormir. La communication avec l'hôte a été épouvantable. Nous avions demandé à plusieurs reprises des informations sur le service de pick up à l'aéroport et de retour pour l'aéroport, sans réponse. Il est inscrit qu'on peut laisser nos bagages avant le check in si on a besoin mais encore une fois, aucun moyen d'avoir une réponse de lhote avec les codes pour entrer et déposer nos bagages malgré plusieurs courriels et message sur booking.com. Aucune réception à l'hôtel c'est une entrée autonome. De plus, il est inscrit qu'il y a le wifi mais nous n'avons pas reçu les informations pour se connecter. Très décevant comme service et hébergement.

Ремонт потребує оновлення , душ в незадовільному стані всі шви з пліснявою , а сам ручний душ весь в незрозумілих закамʼянілостях. Унітаз при змиванні виливав воду на підлогу .

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025El alojamiento estaba muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Destacar la zona común donde habían snacks y bebidas 24h, nos encantó. La habitación era amplia, perfecta para descansar dos personas y además, contaba con servicio de netflix, plancha para la ropa y cafetera Nespresso. En recepción no había nadie, pero para cualquier duda o imprevisto, respondían súper rápido y muy atentos. En cuanto a la ubicación está muy bien, a unos 15 minutos de la fontana de Trevi y muy cerca del transporte público.
Quizás, la limpieza se podría mejorar, el suelo estaba un poco sucio.

El alojamiento muy cómodo, limpio y te daban la facilidad de guardar las maletas antes de chek in y después del chekc Out, lo cual se agradece mucho. Además tienen una zona común donde te ponen bebida y algún aperitivo de forma gratuita. Repetiría sin duda!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Очень чисто, подъезд красивый. Местоположение удобное. Нет никаких опасных мигрантов, как об этом пишут. Место приличное и местоположение идеальное.
Раковина протекала. Но хорошо было много туалетной бумаги и мы вытирали воду. Но лучше бы починить так как это приносит дискомфорт. И в номере не было тапочек, очень не хватало их. Постельное белье не соответствует размеру одеял, неприятно когда ноги путаются ночью с пододеяльнике и трутся об одеяло. В остальном всё отлично, я бы остановилась там снова. Обратите внимание что апартаменты на 3 этаже а не на 2 м. У них вход не считается этажом, мы из-за этого искали минут 10-15.

Very low pressure in the shower, very small blackouts (too small, hadn’t I brought my mask, I wouldn’t have slept), and no reception. Keep this in mind if you need to leave your bags before or after - you can leave them in the reception or in the room at the back, but there is no safety around it (nothing is locked or monitored).

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025Todo muy limpio, la ubicación estupenda. No hay recepción pero toda la comunicación para el check in se hizo por WhatsApp con Giulio y fue todo muy cómodo y sencillo. Para ir caminando al centro está muy bien conectado, está cerca de la estación principal de Roma para coger transporte público y hay mucha hostelería en los alrededores para comer. Ofrecen agua (con gas y sin gas) durante toda la estancia. Que durante nuestra visita fue muy importante ya que las temperaturas eran muy altas.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025My wife and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, easy to find, and check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Towels were changed, the bed was made, and trash was taken out daily, which we appreciated. Just outside our room, there was a shared kitchen with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine — everything was clean and well-maintained. The host was very kind and thoughtful. The kitchen was always stocked with bottled water, cookies, and biscuits, which was a very nice touch and made us feel at home. The room was also very quiet, which allowed us to get proper rest — something that’s not always guaranteed in Rome! Another big plus: after checkout, the host kindly let us leave our luggage at the reception area, which helped a lot on our departure day.
The only downside was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, but overall, it didn’t impact our stay too much.

Contacts: only online at regular moments, replies are not timely. Couldn't store luggage, contacted caretaker but no reply. Wi-Fi signal very weak. You can hear all the traffic downstairs and the soundproofing is not good. Wouldn't choose again.

The room is a little bit small. The AC is not the optimum for the hot weather in summer.

Camera piccola e poco pulita. Assistenza inesistente. Abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli per un paio d’ore in struttura e non abbiamo ricevuto risposta.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2025Hotel recién reformado en un edificio dedicado a B&B. Espacioso. Cama cómoda, baño amplio y limpio. Secador de pelo potente y vaporeta para planchar la ropa.
No teníamos gel de ducha, pusimos el dispensador en la habitación para que lo repusieran y no lo hicieron

Sauberkeit war nicht wie man es erwartet wenn man eincheckt, zu finden war viel Staub & an der Duschwand Haare des vorigen Gastes & die von ihr offenen Shampooflaschen, nach Weiterleitung wurde argumentiert, dass es an der neuen Putzfrau mit wenig Erfahrung liegt, am nächsten Tag waren zwar die Haare weg aber von einer gründlichen Reinigung war keine Spur
