Hotel był bardzo czysty, obsługa bardzo miła, życzliwa i pomocna, można było w hallu przechować swój bagaż po wymeldowaniu i przed zameldowaniem. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju, czysta łazienka z mydłem, wygodne łóżko, meble w bardzo ładnym stylu. Hotel znajduje się blisko przystanki tramwaju wodnego Riva Basio, blisko Scuola Grande di San Giuseppe i pięknej bazyliki Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari. Położony ponadto przy spokojnym kanale, miło było wieczorem wychodzić przed hotel i wsłuchiwać się w niespieszny ruch wody :) Dodatkowo cena bardzo dobra jak na centrum Wenecji. Naprawdę, miejsce godne polecenia!

附近有一家超市买东西还是挺方便的，然后那个超市的物价相对于威尼斯其他超市已经非常便宜哦～我们在酒店坐到了一个河景房 空调不错 洗澡很好 水很大很热 很棒！

酒店的设施相对老旧，马桶盖子也掉下来了，靠近和景那一边的房子有很多的蚊子 基本上是不能打开的窗户，需要问酒店要一个蚊香，前台的人虽然英语不怎么好，但是我用AI跟他交流了一下，他们还是很热心的

Very nice , quiet place to stay and in a very good location inside Venice . They changed sheets every day , they also cleaned the room every day and brought new, cleaned towels and new bath supplies The owner was very hospitable , with positive vibe , gave us everything we needed and even wanted to carry our suitcases The room was very clean , the bath is renovated , small room but is what you need for 5-6 days I will recommend it for sure !

The only thing we liked about this stay was the location.

They advertised a full size bed, and they basically pushed 2 twin beds together (which was SO uncomfortable on my back). I honestly couldn’t sleep!

Room is very compact. Sounds like they just added additional bed that eat up rest of The compact space, bath and shower space is in a very tiny enclosure. Got room on the second floor without an elevator. We have to carry 2 floors.

First of all, there was nowhere in the shower to put soap or shower gel, which was very inconvenient. Secondly, there were no sanitary pads or other feminine hygiene products available.

La chambre est au rez-de-chaussée, la seule disponible selon le gérant,on sent une légère humidité mais pas trop grave vu qu on est a venise...

Czystość i lokalizacja blisko dworca, otoczenie bezpieczne. Recepcja całodobowa, przez co nie ma problemu z późnym zakwaterowaniem czy wczesnym wymeldowaniem. Nam się udał widok na kanał co sprawiło, że hotel przerósł moje oczekiwania. Sklep spożywczy 2 minuty piechotą.

El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del check-in. El baño ha sido renovado. Las camas son cómodas. El aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente.

La insonorización es un problema muy grave en este lugar. Se escuchan las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas y de la planta superior. No pedimos un cambio de habitación porque llegamos muy cansados en la noche y al parecer es algo general del edificio, tras hablar con otros huéspedes. Lo solucionamos con nuestros propios tapones para oídos.

Posizione ideale, vicino alla stazione ma strategica per raggiungere le zone centrali evitando i flussi turistici più intensi. albergo pulitissimo, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Letti molto confortevoli, aria condizionata perfetta.

Stanze un po' piccole. La mia era dotata di un divano francamente inutile.

La ubicación

Realmente el lugar está muy bien, limpio y con el baño remodelado a nuevo con buena presión de agua. La habitación era cómoda y de buen tamaño. La atención muy cordial y servicial. La ubicación resultó estratégica al momento de llegar a la ciudad dada la cercanía con la estación de tren y tambien para tomar el bus para ir al aeropuerto.

Tener en cuenta que los principales lugares turísticos quedan un poco alejados y que no tiene ascensor

We noticed an unpleasant odor in the room when we arrived. The hotel staff night shift did not speak english so we had to use a translator app to communicate. We asked for a different room but was offered air freshener. Additionally the noise isolation was not good and we were woken up early by a noisy room neighbor taking a bath in their bathtub.

Ett ganska medelmåttigt hotell med ett bra läge. Rummet var gammalt och möblerna hade några år på nacken, men luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra. Läget var bra och det var relativt enkelt att ta sig till hotellet från parkeringen. Hotellet kändes dock ganska neutralt och gav inget särskilt intryck. Jag har egentligen varken något att klaga på eller något särskilt att berömma. Om jag hamnar i området igen skulle jag nog titta på andra alternativ först, men vistelsen var helt okej.

The staff were grate. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and they changed the towels and bed sheets every morning. The location of the hotel is very good, as it's not in the tourist area, therefore there is no noise, but also not far from it.

The mattresses were worn out and a little bent.

It was a great location, not too crowded area but close enough to walk or take a ferry to pretty much anywhere. The staff quickly accommodated our requests for extra pillows, towels, and blankets when needed. Check-in and check-out processes were super easy and quick.

The room said it came with 3 single beds and air conditioning, but it did not. We arrived to find a queen bed and a couch bed instead. The AC in our room wasn't turning on, so we asked a staff member for help, but after coming in and trying to get it to work, he told us it was broken. When we brought this up at check-out to request compensation for a lack of expected facilities, the other staff member told us the AC was in fact working (without providing proof) and denied compensation even after we shared our experience with his colleague. Additionally, we were charged an extra 65€ to have an extra friend stay with us for one of the two nights we were there, despite not needing any extra help from the Inn. They said it was policy but I had read through the policies on the website beforehand and it was not there. 65€ was also very steep for one night since it was already a quarter of the total cost for 2 nights in the room.

Despite the room being available as shown, we were denied a change. The room lacked basic toiletries and tissues, and the mattress was shockingly old, stained, and uncomfortable—probably older than the building itself.

It was a good location hard to find if you’re going at night and if you don’t have Internet, you’re totally screwed. They don’t answer the phone and when they finally did they hang up the phone while you’re stranded and you don’t know where you are thank God there was someone standing along the way that knew the place and lead us to the place

When we got to the property, the host was horrible first, he stressed us because he said we had to have cash for the test he realized we didn’t. It was midnight so then he was OK with credit card. We had no AC The host didn’t want to give us a room with AC. He said everything was booked then he also said that the AC wasn’t working in the whole level when I threaten them to ask people, and I also threatened to write a bad review for being very unreasonable by not wanting to change the room when we had no AC and he was really hot. He finally changed the room, but I had to have a big fight with him so prepare for that. They’re not willing to do anything unless you make a big fight such it’s crazy he was able to take care of us without any of the inconvenience, but he made sure to make it a inconvenient as possible

Placed in a good area, not too crowded, 10 minutes from main station and 30 minutes to San Marco. Main Parking with 35 euro /24h is 10 minutes to walk. The room renovated and nice to stay for visiting Venetia!

A good stay in a good Venetian room quite close to the train station, with airco. Kind staff. In the S. Croce district, close to the S. Toma district. Breakfast to get close by, also the amazing Maria Gloriosa Church, the fraries.

The rooms are not sound proof, can be problematic if you have noisy neighbours.

Perfekte Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten, tolle Klimaanlage! Alles war sehr sauber.

Really good stay, comfy bed and refurbished bathroom very central to town. Gentleman behind the desk was attentive and took us to our room and explained local customs and places to visit. I felt the negative reviews here were unfair, as staff put in extra effort and room was comfortable and well located.

Aircon was amazing and the location was absolutely perfect! 24/hr front desk was ideal also, and the staff was very nice, they helped us extend our stay after we were left stranded when a different hotel cancelled on us and booking.com ignored us and did not source us somewhere else to stay. This hotel was a lifesaver!

Staff were helpful especially the night reception gentleman who managed to get us water when all the local shops were closed.

Andrea and the other receptionist were helpful, friendly, professional, and sweet.

The air conditioner in our room made a constant rhythmic noise. We had to turn it off in order to sleep. Andrea offered us a fan and promised it was going to be looked at in the morning .

サンタルチア駅から徒歩15分位です。橋は3本渡らなければなりませんが（大きい橋1本小さい橋2本）（橋には石の階段の上り下りがあります）水上バスに乗らなくても着けます。 部屋は清潔で使いやすく快適です。写真では古そうに見えましたが、改装されているのか、新しい感じがします。机には電気スタンドがあり足元にゴミ箱もあります。電源はベッドサイドテーブルの後ろとクローゼットの横でした。 スタッフは親切でユーモアがあり、不安や緊張を抱えながら旅をしていた私の心を和ませてくれました。ヴェネツィアの1番の思い出は、このホテルのスタッフの方達の対応です。私は軽い視覚障害があるのですが、ホテルのフロント付近の段差について、あるスタッフはcarefully carefully （気をつけて）と歌うように言ってくれて、それがとても心に残っています。

部屋に入った瞬間は、狭っと思いました。大きなスーツケースが広げられるかなぁと思いましたが、大丈夫、広げられました。ベッドが大きかったので、床面積が小さかったのです。蚊はいました。スタッフに言ったところ殺虫スプレーで退治しますというような感じだったので、殺虫スプレーはいいやと思い放っておきました。たまにブーンという音がしましたが刺されなかったので大丈夫でした。

EL hotel, de Lujo. La ubicación excelente, muy fácil llegar desde la estación de tren. Muy amable el recepcionista, llegamos unos minutos antes del check in e igual nos permitieron ingresar.

Quizás un poco pequeño, pero confortable.

Location was great and showers were good, and one of our rooms had working air conditioning that was good for the downstairs of our room with a loft versus up the stairs limited ac which required staff to come assist with getting it to turn on properly. Luckily we had a fan to move air around.

We had a triple room that had a loft (unexpected) with stairs versus 3 beds on one floor. no where to sit except on the beds . One of our room the double had no good ac and there was no other room to change too, 2 staff members tried to tell us that is would work after that came in to check and finally offered a fan to have air movement in room which was so hot already and temps in the Venice were over 90degrees our two days there so ac was necessary for any comfortable sleeping.

Nice, quiet location. Very easy to get to. Nice building. Friendly staff. Clean. Extremely close to trains and buses. Spacious room.

It’s about a half hour walk from Piazza San Marco — this was fine with me personally because it made the area nice and quiet; however, this could be challenging for those who have trouble navigating and want to be close to the main attractions. Bed was a bit too firm.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and remembered who we were throughout our visit, which made us feel welcome. I also appreciated being able to leave our key with them when we went out. The bathroom was updated and very clean, and the room itself was spotless and well-maintained. The location was great in a quiet and safe area, just 10 minutes from the train station and a 20-minute walk to St. Mark’s Basilica, with a grocery store less than a minute away. Overall, the cleanliness and excellent customer service made for a great experience.

The TV only had Italian channels, which made it a bit limited for entertainment. I also wish there had been more storage space for clothes, as it was a little tight for unpacking and staying organized. However, still a fantastic location.
