We had a very pleasant stay. The setting of the hotel is beautiful, and both the main swimming pool and the private pool were amazing. All the staff were very attentive and responsive. The massage therapists were excellent. We highly recommend this place. Thank you! 🙏🏼

We had a very pleasent stay in Anema Resort. Confortable rooms, beautiful beach and breakfast were all perfect. Small hotel that makes your vacation really peaceful and relaxing. I strongly advice this hotel for people looking for peacefull, relaxed holiday.

We had a lovely long stay at Anema.. the amenities are great and the staff is even more wonderful and made our stay extra special. Visiting the gilis and snorkeling is definitely a must do. We enjoyed sunset golf on the fantastic golf club nearby also with great staff and caddies. Great informative and interactive visit to the Lombok Wildlife Centre. Happy hour on the beach with a great selection of food from their menu. The restaurant offered a nice variety of food and drinks all beautifully presented with good portion sizes. All round a peaceful stay.

I had the BEST time ever, the staff make the trip most memorable and enjoyable.The rooms were always clean and pretty and the Gili Trip had to be the highlight

We spend 3 days in the beautiful villa, very spacious and clean. The staff took great care of us and was very friendly. The breakfasts 'à la carte' were generous and delicious. Beautiful infinity pool facing the beach. A must-do: the snorkeling excursion from the resort around the Gilli islands ! The only negative point, unfortunately there's seaweed at low tide at the beach in front of the resort.

Fantastic stay at Anema Wellness and Resort. The location and setting was perfect, plenty to do at the resort and as expected the staff were wonderful. Would recommend to anyone staying on Lombok.

This place was amazing. The staff went beyond expectations and put it out to make sure our stay was fabulous with small touches that put a big smile on your face. This has all the luxe features you want from a 4 star star hotel and will build your stay the way you want it. As we went in the low season, we were upgraded for free to the family villa with a large pool. The beds were comfortable and had all the amenities you wanted. As this is in an isolated location, the only place to use your card was the in-house restaurant. This was a treat as all the dishes, including the lobster were cooked to perfection and extra care taken by each member of staff to make you were taken care of. If you want to use the small local (and cheaper) cafés and restaurants, make sure you bring cash as there is no ATM here. They also have a boat service to take you to all 3 Gili Islands with or without using the snorkeling excursion (which wasn't expensive, so we took this option). Also this is 10 minutes from the fast boat services to Bali (Bangsal Port) via taxi or car. All-in-all, this was the place to rest.

Amazing resort, from location to food, rooms and staff 10 out of ten We have been going to this resort ever since it opened and it just keeps going from strength to strength. Having traveled lombok extensively over the last 10 years this is our favorite resort in Lombok bar none. The location is superb with an immaculate beach front and views you . You can be as busy as you want or laze around the resort and enjoy the facilities, from a well equipped Gym to the loungers by the pool and of course the swim up bar. The resort has its own dive school on the premises and can organsive dive and snorkeling trips. You can also do PADI certification. For the golfers there is a golf course 3 minutes away all of this is only 35 minutes drive from Senggigi. All the staff are second to none, with a professional but still relaxed attitude. the food in the restaurant is of a high level and consistently excellent. It speaks volumes that we consistently return here at least twice every year when we come to lombok for 6 months to escape the winter in NZ We can not recommend it highly enough

The resort is located right on the beach, with a beautiful infinity pool, bar and restaurant right on your doorstep. The extremely friendly and helpful staff make it the perfect place to forget any kind of stress.

I've stayed in this hotel a few nights. I've got freely upgraded from a suite to a villa! The villa was beautiful. The staf members are lovely. The spa is nice. It's the best hotel to visit the Gili islands!

Highly recommend this Resort. The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of there way to make our stay perfect. We could not have asked for more helpful staff. We even got a free room upgrade on arrival. The resort itself is beautiful with a great pool and nice restaurant. The resort location allows for easy access to the Gili Islands and Northern Lombok. The resort organized a great snorkeling trip around the Gili Islands for us and a tour of a local market, waterfalls and traditional village. Both tours were very reasonably priced and made exploring effortless.

We had the most wonderful stay at Anema. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were beautiful, it’s a quiet and peaceful resort to relax in. The food is excellent, providing many options to accommodate all. You can watch the sunrise on the beach over the mountains which is incredible. We were lucky enough to watch the coconuts being cut down and given one for free once cut open, it was delicious! The staff at the front desk will help you organise trips such as Gili Island snorkelling and visiting the waterfalls. The resort was always clean and tidy and when you go for evening dinner, the staff write your name on a leaf which was a lovely touch as well as lighting a beach fire!! We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it.

Extremely disappointing experience in particular due to the run down aspect of the resort. This is absolutely not a 5 star resort. It could have been the case when it was first renovated years ago but the overall state of the rooms, the gardens, the gym, the SPA, the pool is not even close to a 4 star resort. The first thing that jumps out is the poor state of all the gardens. A number of equipment in the gym are out of order. The pool table has only one cue and it is damaged including a number of balls. The SPA is in such a poor state needing serious renovation. The main pool doesn’t look it has been properly cleaned in a while. The rooms are very basic with a projector screen that is very ineffective. The drain in the shower overflowed after our first use. The private plunge pool is not really private as the water is shared with the next room. The only positive about this resort is the staff: very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, this is not enough to compensate for all the poor state of the facilities.

Absolutely wonderful stay here with the wonderful staff who go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade to the private villa which ended up being a highlight of our whole trip to Bali. The room was perfect, the pool was blissful and so comfortable. The spa was very good and the food was decent too. We loved the beach setting which was so peaceful listening to the waves as well enjoyed our evening meal. Attentive staff who manage things very well over what’s app. The boat trip to the Gili Islands with snorkelling was excellent! Very well managed and the sites were great. A special shout out to Dede, who worked in the restaurant and went out of his way to help us get a charger after one of us left ours in Ubud. Thank you everyone!

We truly loved this resort. Extremely relaxing, great friendly service. We had a Private pool villa, very large space, very clean, lovely room. The pool looks over a beautiful calm bay, the view is beautiful. I cannot praise this resort more, If you are looking for peace, calm and tranquility this is the place to go. We will be back! We have been resident in Lombok on and off for the last 10 years and have stayed at Anema many times. On checking in we discovered Agoda had actually booked with Booking.com as this resort does not deal with agoda, several errors with our booking . we had incorrect room reserved (standard room not pool villa) when we explained this to the check in staff they called the duty manager and explained the issues . They moved heaven and earth to honor our booking at no additional cost also giving free breakfast and a complimentary massage. This resort sits in an idyllic bay and has been going from strength to strength over the years, the level of service is professional with a relaxed and friendly touch. Over two nights we sampled the restraunt food, we had the steak on two occasions it was superb cooked correctly and extremely tender, the fish and chips was fresh and superb, Nasi Gorang again beautiful with just the right amount of chili for my western pallet The highest recommendation I can give is we have booked again for a 3 night stay at the end of October well done to the manager MR Aji and all hid staff

Our stay at Anema was very pleasant. The setting is idyllic, and the entire team is wonderful and full of thoughtful touches every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days here and would have happily stayed longer.

The beach view was absolutely stunning, and the calm, private atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. I spent my afternoons by the pool with a coconut in hand, relaxing while playing a few rounds on Dewatogel, my go-to money-making site. Anema Resort, set in a secluded bay on the NW coast of Lombok. A beautiful beach resort with views of all three Gili Islands. The Villas are very private and well appointed with their own private pool. The main area includes a fine restaurant, a beach bar and possibly the largest infinity pool I have ever seen. The staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming and I recommend this 110% to anyone travelling to Bali/Lombok.

A wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. Such a warm welcome, stunning setting and lovely room. Beautiful people work in this truly gorgeous part of the world. We met Arianne at our first lunch, she has the biggest smile and warmest personality, Along with all the restaurant and housekeeping staff who could not do enough for us. They were all so friendly. I am sorry that we cannot thank you all by name. It was so great to go out on the boat trip. Once again we were well looked after. We completely switched off and soaked up the happiness and tranquility of the resort. It is important to note that Arianne is a credit to the resort as are all her colleagues. A great experience staying in this resort. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was amazing. Spacious and super clean. But the best was the staff they were all very kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything you want just message via what’s app and they arrange it you.

Great place to stay! Very friendly staff and they did everything to make my stay comfortable! The breakfasts were wonderful and so were lunches and dinners and snacks! I would recommend this place to stay over all other places on Lombok! Tell your friends & family!

Stayed for 3 nights 31st January to 3rd February. I found the facilities excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel highly for anyone visiting Lombok for a holiday. As you will not be disappointed staying at this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and were upgraded to a villa, with its own pool. On the first night, my sister and I were the only guests! The room was lovely, enormous, very comfy bed, everything you’d need. The hotel staff were just lovely, so friendly and attentive. The location by the beach is perfect, with large beds and sunshades. The swimming pool is overlooking the beach. We ate on the beach the first night, very romantic if you’re a couple! We had a massage and a pedicure which were good. The food was fine, plenty of choice. We walked up the beach a shirt way to Yomans, a beach bar which was quirky, really nice and lovely snack. Very glad we visited this hotel, though 1 1/2 hours from airport though very close to the ferry terminal. We spent a couple of lazy days recharging here, thank you to the staff for this lovely stay 🙏

Our stay at Anema Resort on the island of Lombok was very special! We were attending our daughter's wedding to a local Lombok young man. Many of their friends from Alaska also stayed at Anema. It was a wonderful experience with the staff and resort facility. The restaurant accommodated our large friends and family gatherings and helped to make our visit so wonderful. The suites and villas were comfortable. All of our requests were completed with kindness and caring. We were very happy with our comfortable visit and recommend it to other travelers!

Superb location/ great hospitality and great food - highly recommended. We got some vegan options too - which was v good. I wish there were more Indian dishes in the menu.... Nana from staff is very attentive and prompt. Room with private pool was affordable . Highly recommended for spending quality time with family/ loved ones

resumen este hotel te cobra por todo y estas obligado a consumir dentro del.hotel porque a los alrededores no hay nada pague para 3 personas y en mi villa solo habia 1 cama para 2 personas y tenia que pagar mas por cama suplementaria, consumes y al.final sale el.doble del consumo por taxas inpuesto y por pagar con tarjeta y los precios eran caros el doble o de un hotel de lujo la escurcion no vale la pena pagar desde el.hotel para ir a las cataratas ver los monos etc sale muchisimo mas barato ir por su cuenta eramos 5 nosotros y lo.que cobra el.hotel reaturante paseos son mucho mas caro

We had to change room twice, first because door lock was broken, second because there was an extremely strong toilet smell. On third day, our day trip to Gili was canceled on last minute, after making us wait for 1h and with no solution or options provided by hotel. There were also many missing details like no toilet paper, no free bottled water, a cleaning service unfinished, broken toilet light, no sofa in last room, broken speed meter in the motorbike, a single mask for snorkeling,... The pool area, location and restaurant are very nice though, especially if you are looking for relaxation. In brief, an hotel with great potential but terribly managed and with poor attention to details and guests.

As we booked the Anema in advance we already read about the Location and the prices, but nobody told us how worse it is. We are no newbies in travelling around South-East-Asia, but this was one of our worst stays in a high-class resort, as they pretend to be „Five-Stars“. To begin with the good things: the rooms are huge and nicely decorated. The staff is also very friendly and always has a smile for you. Also the pool is very good and relaxing. The bad thing about the rooms is that the bathroom stink to high heaven. We woke up during the night and had to open all Windows. Also the jacuzzi on the balcony did not work well and supplies only cold water. The beach isn‘t as good as on the Islands and as in the South of Lombok. So we nearly just used the pool. The food in the Restaurant is ok, but not more - compared to the prices it is absolutely unacceptable. The prices are one big point. Food prices are tripple higher than in the rest of indonesia. On top of this high prices they charge you 21% taxes and 2% credit card fee. To book a scooter they wanted 165k for one day (what is super expensive) and as we read the contract we saw that there are just 30km included - each km more should cost us 0,1usd. We never had that in Asia before... For the transfer to Lombok airport they charged us 600k (taxi price around 200k). To sum this up: we can not recommend this resort - there are a few more hotels which brings you more fun!

Pas contre excursion prise à l hôtel super mais reportee au lendemain à 5 'du départ ! ,, Commande de taxis super sauf le dernier jour commande 2 jours avant pour 7 h et oubli de la réception qui a rectifié le tir à 7h40 nous sommes partis à 7h45 pour un vol à 9.50 trajet qui dure que 1h45 imaginez enregistrement au pas de charge car l avion à décolle 10 'avant

Fantastisk udsigt og service! Aldrig har jeg oplevet noget lignende. Turen ind til de to vandfald var fantastisk. Boede der i tre nætter, og det var måske lige i overkanten ift aktiviteter i området hvis man ikke skal bestige Rinjani. For: udsigt, service, paradis og vandfald. Imod: dødt område.

プール付きのヴィラで部屋は最高です。好きな時に周りの目を気にせずノンビリと泳ぐことが出来ます。 食事はホテル内でしか食べられないので、長期滞在だと少し飽きてしまうことだけが難点です。

This resort is so relaxing and offers great private villas with pools. The island is lovely and there are some stunning places to see. Do not expect prices to be like Bali though. There is a 21% service charge for all food and drinks, which adds up and overall the costs of things is higher than expected. However, this is a small price to pay for the opportunity to spend time on this side of the island. Staff here are lovely and work hard to assist you. Very respectful of privacy as well. This is a great place to unwind and chill out.

A happy trip with family. The hotel has not yet grand opening, very few clients. Located at a very quiet place, a little bit isolated though. Very relaxing, good food quality, yet the price is not as budget, still affordable. Very spacious room, super big bathroom. Nice people, good service, there are more hotel people than clients during our stay.(the whole hotel only had our family and another couple) Felt we were really the masters of the hotel, haha.

Trotz nicht so herausragender Bewertungen buchten wir für November einen fast dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dieser neuen Hotelanlage (Eröffnung 2016). Wir waren vorbereitet - das Hotel befand sich noch in einer sogenannten Soft-Opening-Phase und man musste mit ein paar Anlaufproblemen rechnen - dachten wir. Aber nichts dergleichen passierte. Wir fanden eine neue, gepflegte Anlage vor, das Zimmer entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Es war immer ausreichend und zu jeder Zeit warmes Wasser zum Duschen vorhanden, das Internet funktionierte zuverlässig und in besserer Qualität, als es in deutschen Hotels der Fall ist (15 MB/s). Der Zimmerservice gab keinen Anlaß zu Kritik, das Personal war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es gab hin und wieder mal kurze Stromausfälle, was aber typisch für ganz Lombok ist und nicht wirklich den Aufenthalt negativ beeinträchtigte. Der große Pool, direkt am Meer gelegen, entsprach einem europäischen technischen Standard, was vor allem die Wasserqualität anbelangt - klares, geruchsneutrales Süßwasser auf Grund der vorgeschalteten Filteranlage. Die Lage der Anlage war auch nicht zu toppen - direkt an einer ruhigen Bucht ohne Durchgangsverkehr. In Nachbarschaft mit großem Abstand befanden sich nur exklusive Hotelanlagen (gewusst warum!), deren Anwesenheit jedoch nicht spürbar war. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen, zumal wir sehr oft die ganze Anlage für uns allein hatten, da die Gäste ausblieben.

The staff was extremely friendly and organized a great dinner experience. The hotel is new so everything was clean and fresh.

Très bel hôtel. Loin de tout (1h30 voir plus de l'aéroport) et donc rien à faire dans les environs mais le cadre est tout simplement magnifique ! Le personnel est impeccable, je tiens vraiment à les saluer car c'est le coeur même de cet hôtel. Ils sont chaleureux, serviables et souriants. Prêts à vous aider pour n'importe quoi, surtout le personnel du bar auquel on a eu à faire le plus souvent. Le chauffeur de l'hôtel aussi est un gars super gentil et serviable (son prénom est Arun ou quelque chose dans ce genre). Il vous aidera sans même demander quoi que ce soit. Respect à lui. Sinon notre séjour s'est magnifiquement bien passé. Le seul problème à l'Anema c'est le prix de la nourriture et de tout le reste. Les prix sont plus élevés qu'en Europe alors que le propriétaire achète ses produits au prix local ! On a eu l'impression qu'il profitait de l'isolement de l'hôtel pour plumer les clients ! On étaient choqués de comparer ses prix avec les prix extérieurs pour les mêmes produits. Si vous voulez vous y rendre, FAITES VOS COURSES AVANT CAR C'EST DU VOL !!!

Horrific stay! We were "upgraded" to a pool room that had dirty linen, smelly bathroom and dirty towels. It was obvious that house-keeping did not have time nor cared for cleanliness. We enquired about how the TV worked and were then advised that there was a problem with the cable connection and we should instead use the WIFI to watch videos from our phones instead! They did bring a DVD player and DVDs afterwards. Everything is charged in USD (and converted to IDR at checkout) except for food from the restaurant. The "spa" is a makeshift shed with a curtain at the front and is not relaxing at all! The spa prices are even higher than big name chain hotels but the quality and surrounding is worst than the local massage places. That was the impression throughout our stay. This property charges "luxury" prices but offers below average amenities and service. This is probably a result of poor management and perhaps underpaid staff. We have not seen less happier faces during our entire time in Lombok. We will definitely NOT be returning and will advise all against staying at this property.

Wonderful hotel, amazing views, pool, beach, rooms and staff.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt im Anema Resort. Direkt bei Ankunft erhielten wir eine kostenlose Massage für 25 Minuten. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr groß, genauso wie das Badezimmer. Vom Bett aus konnte man direkt auf den Strand schauen, der sehr geräumige Balkon war mit einem Jacuzzi ausgestattet. Leider hat das Resort momentan noch mit einigen Problemen zu kämpfen, wahrscheinlich weil die ganze Anlage erst kürzlich eröffnet hat. So hatten wir zumindest zeitweise kein Wasser oder nur mit sehr geringem Druck. Auch kam teilweise ein unangenehmer Geruch aus den Abflüssen im Bad. Da es unser erster Aufenthalt auf Lombok war, kann ich den dortigen Standart nur schwer einschätzen. Besonders positiv muss das Personal erwähnt werden, dieses war sowohl am Empfang, Restaurant und Spa überraus freundlich und jederzeit darauf bedacht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sollten die technischen Probleme behoben werden, würde ich dem Hotel die Bewertung Hervorragend geben.

There are no tv and Internet services. Only one cafe with very few choices. Expensive for a remote hotel. No snack bar. Toilets are very dirty and sub per for the cafeteria and general uses area. No parking spot. Dragging luggage a challenge.

New and nice hotel, good food, nice location , very friendly staff but they need more training. overall satisfied.
