They don’t tell you about the lobby renovations until after you book. The renovated rooms are nice but my shower didn’t drain properly. There is also very little sound proofing between rooms and floors. I was surprised given the renovation. You also can’t run the fan on the air conditioner because the thermostat won’t allow it. I have stayed at much better and cheaper hotels versus this location.

We were impressed with the quality of the facilities.

Poor TV channels- no satellite apparently- they are under construction. Could use microwave to heat up muffins, in kitchen.

Our room was beautiful! Breakfast was good, and the staff were very personable and friendly. The air conditioner in our room was rattling slightly, and they immediately came up to fix it. Overall, we were more than pleased with our stay!

I don't expect hotels to have very good breakfasts, so I'd say it's ok.

The bathroom needs hooks to hang towels.

Paid extra for a non-smoking room and then found out when we got there the entire hotel was smoke free…so why the extra fee? Hotel was under renovation (Ie. Window covered in plastic, tv not hooked up, not able to adjust air conditioner). This was not disclosed at time of booking.

We required accessible facilities and were pleased with that aspect of the hotel. From the parking out front, smooth ramps, wide doorways, spacious rooms, and well-equipped large bathroom, the hotel was easy for us to navigate.

It’s located a little bit out of the town but not a real issue. It was a quick 15-20 minute drive downtown. Our daughter took an uber downtown and the trip cost $25.

When it is advertised 147/night and when you get there, there is a price increase on the second and third day, it is not acceptable. I asked for details and I was told because how busy it is. It is unfair for the customer and quite deceiving. I will not return

The hotel has a great location with easy access to the highway. I loved that breakfast and parking were already included. I also liked that the hotel is pet friendly as we were travelling with our cat and dog so it was important for us to find a place that would accept them.

The hotel staff required us to sign a lot of paperwork required for our pets. Also, one week prior to our stay we had to call to confirm that cats were permitted as all the information we found online was about dogs. I think the pet policy should be updated and clarify that both dogs and cats are accepted at the hotel.

The staff was outstanding, polite and attentive. Went above and beyond with suggestions of restaurant and things to do. The room was spacious, clean, updated and well decorated.

Easy access on and off highway. Christopher greetedvus with smiles snd was friendly and professional. The room was very clean with amenities and breakfast in the morning was plentiful with lots of options.

The shower area I think may need some attention, but other than that all okay

The hotel seems relatively new and well cared for. Lots of parking. Spacious lobby. Nicely appointed room. Good location, close to highway and restaurants. The person who handled our check-in was friendly and efficient.

The breakfast is included but it's very basic. There was no option for lactose-free/dairy-free milk for the coffee. Unfortunately, the tables in the breakfast area hadn't been wiped down between guests and they were kind of gross. We could hear a lot of ruckus from the room above us.

Jessica on Check-in was amazing. Housekeeping on the 4th Floor was fantastic fixing our AC situation. The TV remote was NOT controlling sound and the Guide did not function "NO INFORMATION. Date was in July and time completely incorrect. It would be nice to turn on set and have it work..

Clean accommodation with decent breakfast. Stayed 1 night and the place was ok for travelling through. Excellent location for a quick stop off, close to main highway. Not sure how we would feel about staying longer than one night.

Stayed here for a night while driving through Ontario and was honestly really impressed. The place was spotless – not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were actually good (not the sad, flat ones you usually get at roadside spots). Air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool without being noisy, which is a win in my books. Bathroom was sparkling clean, no weird smells or mildew, just fresh and tidy. If you’re looking for a simple, clean, comfortable place to crash without any hassle, this is it. Would definitely stay again.
