Las instalaciones para el desayuno muy pequeñas y ruidosas. La piscina está ubicada en una zona de tránsito y está permanentemente el suelo mojado por los niños que salen de la piscina. El hotel está ubicado en un extrarradio, alejado del centro aunque tiene una zona con restauración cercana.

The room was great. The bed, pillows was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. The whole building is new. Looks all wonderful. I liked the room arrangement.

Breakfast needs to be better. Not much to offer and not enough place to sit. We sat around the corner in front of conference room. People were sitting at the lobby foyer. Not a good look. 9am. The 24hr coffee dispenser, the coffee was not good.

Overall, the stay was pleasant; all the staff we met—from the reception and dining area to the housekeeping staff in the corridors—were very attentive and respectful. The facilities are excellent.

Despite the variety offered at breakfast, the taste isn't particularly pleasant; something is missing, especially when I compare it to the hotels I stayed at earlier in my trip.

Everything was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast area didnt have enough seating for the amount of people dining at once. i went around 8:30am on a monday. But other than that it was great

We were in an industrial area and there was a noise through the night that kept waking me up, which I don’t think the hotel can do anything about but something from one of the warehouses I assume

Die Lage, miitten einem Businesspark. Das Frühstück grausig. Der Kaffee furchtbar, nur labbriger Toast. Alles In Plastik. Sogar die Teller waren Pappe. Auch im Zimmer nur Plastikbecher. Ich will nicht wissen was für Müllberge da jeden Tag anfallen.

Breakfast quality was not great. Although many choices eggs were tasteless and sausages greasy. Toaster did not work very well. Coffee was weak.

Excellent hot breakfast which varied from day to day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Peaceful neighborhood. The garbage/recycle station for breakfast could use some organizing. I fear it all ends up in the trash so improvement on the save the environment action would be welcomed.

We had an incredible 3 night stay while attending the Red Hats tournament and the staff are so customer centric! Very pleasant! Huge shout out to Claudia and Aleisha who were so helpful! The location was so convenient for restaurants and proximity to the arena. The rooms were very clean in fact the attention to detail by the cleaning staff did not go unnoticed. The atmosphere was conducive to maintaining a quiet environment after hours which was remarkable given early morning games. Would highly recommend booking your stay in Kingston here if you are looking for cleanliness, friendliness and value!

This is a fantastic hotel! We stay at it when heading out to visit with family. It’s always clean, the staff are fantastic and we always feel welcomed there. Suki is always a joy to greet us at breakfast ( which BTW, is always delicious). The staff at the front desk are also fabulous, and make us feel at home when we arrive. Clean and reasonably priced stay. The staff are friendly and really make an effort for you to enjoy your visit. The fitness centre is small however all of the machines are functioning. The breafast buffet was excellent, thank you Wendy and Suki for keeping all the line moving during the breakfasy rush.

We loved the layout of the room, the pool, and the staff gave us an early check-in which was appreciated!

Our floor was very noisy and we were in the room right in the middle of it. There were kids running up and down the halls for much of the day and into the night. We had to turn on a lot of white noise to drown it out. It seemed like they maybe put all the bookings with kids on the same floor but we are quite rigid with our kids about being very quiet in hotels so it would have been nice to be in a quieter area.

Everything was great! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sound-proofing was good. The decor was nice and I feel like they thought of every little comfort, from warm lighting to lots of places to put/hang stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

We liked that it was a convenient stop on the 401 when we were traveling to Quebec.

We heard a loud hum all night which seemed to be related to the utilities of the building. This was the second time we stayed here and we found that breakfast buffet was not of the same quality or variety as the first time

The cleanness

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and a friend a couple of weeks ago, and we really enjoyed the overall service and attention from the people at the front desk to the cleaner and at the restaurant. In addition, the hotel is well located, close to the Hwy. 401 and not far from the downtown. I will highly recommend it.
