Best Western PLUS Fort Saskatchewan Inn & Suites

Cleaner room

Breakfast was amazing, pool was nice, price was decent, staff was friendly

Kitchen could have been bigger in the room

Location, price, staff, breakfast, pool—everything is great.

The bathroom needs some maintenance, but it's not a critical issue, so I'll give it a 10.

The facility has an available car charging station at no additional fee. The size of the room and cleanliness.

The breakfast had one of the staff members being rude to clients

The suite like room with kitchen and other facilities

Limited parking space

Breakfast was a big disappointment, shut down early, service was mediocre, food was limited, no fruit of any kind, no decaffeinated coffee, all very average!

Omelette station at breakfast. Specialty coffee machine.

Lack of lighting in the kitchenette area. Temperature of food on breakfast bar.

The gym.

Hard to find but I am blaming that on Google!

Pretty much everything

Beds were a little hard

Clean and good

Very comfortable. Great breakfast.

The tv. It’s 2026 and I would love to see smart TVs in the hotels.

Fijn net en schoon hotel voor een fijne prijs. 3 personen 3 nachten 250 euro incl ontbijt. Klein zwembad en fitnessruimte aanwezig. Incl ontbijt. Eerder geweest in 2018. Alles nog top!Locatie perfect voor bij snelwegen te komen.

Niks

Very easy parking with ample space for a large vehicle

There was nothing I didn’t like it had everything close by and very clean accommodations and foyer

It was a quiet hotel, no children running around. Was able to shuffle my room to be closer to the elevator as I am on crutches.

There were some stains on the pillowcases, toilet was stained, small bathtub. They're was no central light switch to turn the lamps off. All 4 lamps were turned on.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer. Prettig hotel in zijn algemeenheid. Goed ontbijt met oa ei naar keuze te plekke bereid. Vers fruit. Koffie en thee op de kamer! Koelkast en microwave aanwezig. Prettige checkin/out regeling. Zeer stil!

Niets.

We normally stay in BW Sherwood Park but they raised their rent by double so no more Your place is a bit further but worth the drive.

All was absolutely excellent

The location was strategic and accessible. The breakfast was great.

The washroom wasn’t cleaned and quite dirty. I made a complaint to the staff on duty but she didn’t take any action. Also, it was quite difficult sleeping in the room. The bed was generally not comfortable and stressful to sleep on.

Quiet and clean, super easy check in.

Everything was satisfactory

Bed

Habitació amplia amb cuineta

El menú d esmorçar es just sort que fan truites al moment però si vi ha molta gent tarden molt perquè només hi ha una persona

Great location

The room with kitchenette was huge! We loved it! They had an omelette bar! So good! Nice and clean. Walking distance to Shopper's and Brewhouse.

Breakfast says it goes to 10 am but they start shutting down at 950.. it would be nice if food was prepared until 10 am and the staff is paid until 1030 to complete their clean-up

The hotel was conveniently located for our purpose, it was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

It’s a bit dated, the hot tub jets were not working nor was the sauna, at least not well, it was taking so long to come to temp we gave up and went back to our room.

The breakfast wasn’t very good

Loved our room, comfy beds and the staff were accommodating.

The hot tub could be a little more hot, it's very mild for the temperature.

Very flexible with kids If you have many kids ,this is the greatest place for you.

Everything was good.

Would be awesome if there was a glutine and dairy free option.

More options for my daughter thats glutine ans dairy free.

Everything was good except for the room being extremely cold at night and the heater wasn’t turning on, it was too late to call someone to check

Calm, restful, close to certain amenities, modern, clean, nice breakfast, great staff.

A mattress cover with skirt was used instead of a blanket. The in-room Keurig coffee machine was not working well, the coffee was always almost cold. I was cold at night, and when I turned on the heat, it was way too hot, temperature was difficult to control. Tub in washroom was quite shallow. The washroom sink water flow was uncomfortably slow. Toilet was shaking, unstable, and very low as if it was meant for children. Jacuzzi was not able to accommodate two people at once easily. Not enough towels were supplied because we also used the jacuzzi, needing 4 big towels instead of two. Would have been nice to have 2 chairs to sit on rather than one.

Our room was really nice and spacious, kitchenette came in handy. We were able to get a crib for our 9 month old which was really great!

The breakfast was just alright, pool was cold, they didn't have a sheet for the crib mattress so we had to use a regular bed sheet

Breakfast was awesome and staff very friendly.

Perfect the way it is.

location, the staff and breakfast

nothing

The room was great! Very quiet, clean and spacious!

Clean. Spacious. Great breakfast. Pool, hot tub, sauna. Good location.

Usually love Best Westerns always stay that’s why we became elite members . The room was not cleaned there were dirty pot on the stove dirty dishes in the sink and fridge and used bar of soap in bathroom . When asked to move had no same rooms would have to downgrade.

Room was nice, comfy. Breakfast was good

Fast, efficient check in. Clean, comfy room. Had the jacuzzi suite, was great. Great breakfast. Always stay here when I can.

Only negative was the blinds did not close all the way.

Great breakfast

Was a great room but found it pretty warm then air cwould come one and cool down but wouldnt last.

approachability and convenience

Exactly as expected. Clean and spacious room

Nothing

Fair price Free coffee during our stay Very nice staff

…

Quite and clean location, friendly staff, accommodated request for early check-in

Absolutely nothing

The rooms were very clean , staff were very kind and personable. The free breakfast was delicious and staff eager to please.

quiet

It’s was nice and close to restaurants.

Nothing.

Loved it! Clean, well-maintained building. Breakfast and pool / hot tub were excellent. 1 EV charger was working and it saved us time and hassle on our trip from Calgary. Only feedback would be to repair (ideally) or replace the second charger which is physically broken at the moment and may be unsafe.

The beds and pillows were decent, bathroom and room was clean… overall would recommend.

Pool, excellent breakfast.

The swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna was very nice. The evening staff on our first night there was very good, she "attempted" to help us. Check in was easy and the staff was helpful.

We had many problems with our room and the overall service of the hotel. I have been staying at Best Westerns for Many Many yrs, this was probably the worst stay I have experienced. After checking in and getting settled in the room, the first thing was the bathroom sink faucet was broken, easily fixed once the staff member understood what the problem was. The toilet seat was loose and moved while seated, the bathtub was dirty. Second was the Wifi, which was awful! It "buffered" continuously all evening. A movie which was 1:37 minutes long took 3 hours to watch! Third, one of the beds did not have a duvet, but one of the old quilted bed covers being used as a duvet. Fourth, we asked for extra pillows as my sister had special needs which required her being propped up to sleep, and we were told they could only give us 2 extra pillows as "that was all they had". In regards to the last two issues we were told that there was no one from housekeeping to help us we would need to wait till morning as the front desk staff was all alone. She was unable to locate a duvet for us but gladly supplied an extra blanket. She noted that housekeeping would come to help us first thing the next morning (around 9 am). Then, Fifth the outlets underneath the microwave were "blocked" and I was unable to plug anything in. This ALL happened our first night there. The following morning we were waiting for housekeeping to show up. By 10 am they hadn't yet so I called the front desk and explained that we needed a duvet, and also the problems we were having with the outlet. I was told that there were NO maintenance staff on site (on a week day during the day!!) I wanted to be in the room when housekeeping arrived so I could explain the problems. By 12 noon they had not arrived yet, I found housekeeping in another room on our floor so I called them over explaining that we had been waiting since noon.

Our room was very comfortable. It would’ve been easy to stay long term.

We enjoyed our stay. It was only for one night but room was clean, bed was comfortable, and morning breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were consistent with a well-run Best Western, which is to say comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was good. No issues with the room. Small pool and hot tub but the sauna was nice and hot. Good location near amenities and restaurants.

FALSE ADVERTISING. NO STEAM ROOM. The Booking.com website says there is a hot tub, sauna and steam room. I chose it over another nearby, less expensive hotel with a hot tub and sauna specifically for the steam room. I even sent a message at the time of booking asking the hotel to confirm the sauna, hot tub AND steam room on booking and they replied in the affirmative. We were on a bike tour with sore muscles so this was an important consideration. When I later inquired at the front desk about the lack of steam room, the attendant insisted a steam room is the same as a dry sauna. I explained the difference, and then she said it must be some other hotel's website that I booked on. (Not sure how they got my reservation if I booked with a different hotel.) I then asked if she could see that the advertising gets fixed and she said she couldn't as it's all Booking.com's fault, and the hotel has no control over what Booking.com puts on the website for the hotel. This seemed absurd to me -- why would Booking.com falsify a hotel's facilities???-- but I asked her if she could let the person responsible for the Booking.com page know. She just stared at me and said it's the weekend. So I then explained that this is not an urgent issue, but I'm just asking for some assurance that the false advertising will be fixed so no other guests will be misled, and during the week is fine. She just continued to stare at me. I suggested perhaps she could let her manager know? She said "Of course" but with a look on her face that said she had no intention of bringing it to anybody's attention. So here I am, letting anybody who is in charge at Best Western Plus in Fort Saskatchewan know that you don't actually have a steam room and should remove it from your Booking.com website at your earliest convenience. Thank you!

Clean and good breakfast

Bed wasn’t comfy

Amazing stay! I spent 3 days at this hotel and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was fabulous- fresh, well prepared and delicious. Staff are so very friendly and welcoming- we were delighted with their hospitality.

?

Property was at nice location and close to eating

When I got in the room was not cleaned. Found hair in the bed and dust covered everything. Brought it to the front desk and they had housekeeping go in and clean the room completely. It was ok after they redid the cleaning.

Excellent fresh breakfast with a large variety of options, pool was a hit with the kids, and beds were comfortable!

Our room was more like a little apartment which was perfect because we were there for 10 days, very spacious. Perfect for a family!
