الموظفين غير ودودين مع العرب بستثناء شخص واحد كان يأتي بالصباح وكان لطيف للغايه ولا انصح اي عربي بالذهاب اليهم لأنني كنت ارى طريقة تعاملهم مع الاوروبيين بالاخص انهم يكونون خاضعين لهم وعندما يرون شخص عربي لا يبدون نفس الاحترام ايضاً المياه ليست جيده لديهم الحكوميه وبعض الفنادق تقوم بأعادة فلترة المياه لتنقيتها الا ان هذا الفندق لا يفعل ذالك

Clean, basic and very good price, area with a lot of Shops and Restaurants and close to public transport. Bed was comfortable and room was big. We would stay here again

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. I would also like to thank the reception staff, who were all very kind and helpful. One receptionist in particular was outstanding. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was always welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. The only downsides were the housekeeping and the noise. Housekeeping did not come to clean our room every day, so we often had to call the housekeeping staff when we saw them in the hallway and ask them to clean the room. During our stay, we also had very noisy neighbors on several occasions, with loud noise until 2–3 a.m. and then again from around 7–8 a.m. the next morning. This was quite difficult, especially because I came to Istanbul for surgery and had requested, if possible, a quiet room. However, I understand that this is due to the behavior of other guests rather than the hotel’s fault. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel thanks to its great location and the kindness of the staff.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Gleich in der Nähe ist die Busstation. Wir bekam ein großes Zimmer und schön eingerichtet!

Kein Parkplatz vorhanden! Das ist der einzige Nachteil.

Very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel expecting basic cleanliness and comfort, but unfortunately our stay was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, we found the room dirty, with dust, hair on surfaces and in the bed, and the bathroom was not properly maintained. There was no toilet paper available, and even the bathroom dispenser showed visible rust and poor hygiene conditions. During the night we had to request a room change because of the condition of the first room. The hotel moved us from a double room to a triple room, but unfortunately the second room had very similar cleanliness issues. The air conditioning was also not working properly. What made the situation even more stressful was that I was scheduled to undergo breast surgery the following day. I needed a clean and comfortable environment to rest before the operation, but instead we spent the night dealing with room changes, discomfort, and concerns about hygiene. We barely slept. We stayed only one night and left afterwards because we did not feel comfortable remaining in the hotel. The staff did provide another room when requested, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were simply not acceptable. Based on our experience, I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to travelers who value cleanliness and comfort.

The hotel room itself was not great. The door to the balcony was not attached to anything, and was instead leaned against the wall. The TV in the room did not stay off. It kept turning on every few minutes and would not stay muted. The TV was literally held up by a bottle cap in the wall. The door only locks from the inside with the key. If one person leaves, the other person is literally locked in the room.

Close to the hospital area. Safe. Stuff was helpful and nice. Beddings and cleaning in general ok. Proper, functioning lift.

No safe deposit. When called they said they are all broken. Bed uncomfrotable Wifi never worked Handsoaps had a gluely, a bit disgusting shape and smell. Hotwater was ok. Room is too hot and noisy in the day but ok in the evening. A bit grim

It's a very beautiful place to be. But no breakfast was served during the 4days stay aside that everything was on point 👌

The location was great and so easy to get to restaurants by just walking but it is super noisy until 5 am every day /night I went there for a cosmetic operation and couldn’t get any sleep.

Местоположение хорошее. Метро близко. Вокруг множество кафе. Покушать бюджетно и достаточно качественно и вкусно-не проблема. Уборка номеров прекрасная. Чистое постельное белье и хорошие кровати. Есть чайник,кофе,чай,сахар.

Начитались отзывов и забронировали. НО оказалось все не так мило. Отель ОООчень подуставший. Лет 20 назад наверное был не плохой.Ощущение, что им никто не занимается. В нашем номера был сломан держатель для душа. Смеситель,очевидно был выломан и вставлен обратно,но место это замазано черной краской или смолой ну очень безобразно. Дверь на балкон открывалась вместе с дверной коробкой. Чтобы открыть дверь,другой рукой надо было держать дверную коробку,чтобы она не вывалилась. Шумоизоляция между номерами нулевая. Когда в соседнем номере закрывали дверь, в нашем дрожали стены. Я уже не говорю про шум с улицы. Но это Стамбул.....При заезде попросили помочь поднять в номер чемоданы, но на ресепшн нам ответили,что помочь некому. Удивило,если честно. Конечно,если не обращать на все это внимание, то наверное переночевать можно. Но ,опять таки ЦЕНА! Короче,думайте.

The location of the hotel was good, close to the main street, you could go out and sit on the terrace whenever you wanted, everything in the room was clean!

Я всегда останавливаюсь только в этой гостинице. Мне очень здесь нравится. Ребята, работающие на ресепшене всегда очень дружелюбны и помогают решить какие -либо вопросы. Встречают у входа, помогают с чемоданами, вещами, такси, всё, в чем есть нужда, подскажут. Не было у меня проблем за четыре года, как я нашла эту гостиницу.... В номерах чисто уютно, как дома. Спасибо за всё. Желаю благополучия и процветания всем служащим и хозяину данной гостиницы.

The one guy on the front desk were polite and tried to solve our problem, while the other one didn’t want to help at all and said he can do nothing. At first, we wanted to change our dates, which was impossible as he said (while the booking support center confirmed we can do it). The next day, we asked another guy at the front desk, and he tried to actually help, and changed our room to a cleaner one.

When we arrived, our room wasn’t clean at all. There was a strong smell of the cigarettes, a dust everywhere ( on the tables, on a bed frame, on shelves, walls, like everywhere). It just seemed like they didn’t wash it, but simply made the bed after the previous visitors and changed the trash. The bathroom was not in very good condition as well. The balcony door didn’t close, until the staff came and slammed the door shut. There were also yellow spots of dirt on the ceiling. So, that’s why we asked to change our room. After we moved to another one, it was a bit cleaner. They sprayed something so the smell was better in there, and generally the room was bigger, lighter, and that’s why it looked different. There was still a lot of dust, so we just pulled out a wet wipe and wiped everything, the wipe was black afterwards. But we are grateful they at least changed our room because we didn’t want to lose our money. Thanks the guy who helped us! So, if you are used to cleanliness, at least basic, it is better to spend your money on a more expensive hotel and live in comfort. I agree that the hotel is cheap compared to others, and expectations couldn't be high, but this was too much.

The Ac wasn't working even after I made so many complaints. I had to leave my windows open all night for 4 days.

Le personnel très sympathique, la température de la chambre était bonne. mais le rapport qualité prix en valait la peine.

Malheureusement les serviettes n’avaient pas une odeur agréable. La taille de la chambre c’était tout juste juste. Quartier beaucoup trop bruyant, trop de bruits jusqu’à tard et murs pas isolé.

Es war ok…jedoch sollte man die reinigskräfte darauf sensibilisieren dass sie morgens in Gänge nicht singen und leiser sich unterhalten sollten! Es ist wirklich nicht schön wenn die Gäste immer wieder von den ihre lautstarke Gerede, Gesang und lautes arbeiten aufwacht.

Haare an den Handtücher mag niemand sehen und bei mir war das leider der Fall. Klima Anlage war defekt und daher war mein 1. Nacht sehr schlecht. Am nächsten Tag wurde es aber repariert. Sowas müsste eigentlich bevor der Gast eintrefft geprüft werden.

Es war alles sehr eng in dem Zimmer - 4 Bett Zimmer …. Man bekommt eher Platzangst als sich wohlzufühlen Wir sind statt 3 Nächte nur 2 geblieben. Der Geruch im Zimmer war wirklich nicht angenehm. Dafür roch die Bettwäsche gut , sogar sehr gut

スタッフが親切でリラックスできます。ホテルの周りには遅くまで営業しているレストランやスーパーマーケット、リカーショップなどがあり、とても便利な場所にあります。

イスタンブールの主要観光地から離れており電車で1時間くらい離れているところ。駅が近いので問題無いと思っていたが、実際には電車が混雑するため、かなり苦労した。

Did not feel safe.

I got injured at this property. Glass shattered as I was taking a shower and had to rush to the hospital to get stitches for my cuts. They front desk guy and the cleaning lady came up and cleaned it up. The cleaning lady was more concerned about the injury I sustained. The front desk did not ask me once if I was okay. Terrible place and will never book if I ever come back to Istanbul

Уже останавливаюсь здесь второй раз, и не жалею об этом. Хороший номер, отличный персонал, уборщица, которая всегда предложит свежие полотенца и водичку. Рекомендую строго. А вечером, поднимаясь в курилку на 7 этаж, вы можете попить чай или кофе с красивым видом на Стамбул.
