We stayed in Hyatt Goa for 3 days.We went with 4 kids.Over all the atmosphere was good.Kids got some activities and play area.The staff were nice and friendly.One thing needed attention is wifi in the rooms were poor.

Extremely disappointing stay at Hyatt Centric Goa. The rooms had a terrible unpleasant smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. For a hotel of this category, the room quality and maintenance were far below expectations. The service was equally disappointing. Every request took ages, and the staff were slow to respond. What was most frustrating was the duty manager’s lack of interest in resolving concerns. Instead of helping, we were repeatedly told there was no room availability or upgrade option, despite the issues we raised. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unhelpful management made this a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I hope the management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future.

Our stay at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa was absolutely flawless. It is a modern resort with all amenities and spacious rooms. It met with all our needs for the stay. We want to extend a massive, heartfelt thank you to the stellar F&B team—Chef Udipta, Thomas, Neiki, and Abir. You all made our stay so incredibly memorable. Chef Udipta constantly took the time to check in on us and personally tailored dishes to our exact tastes, while Thomas, Neiki, and Abir looked after us with the kind of genuine, attentive care that you rarely find anymore. Our dinner at Grok was easily the highlight of our trip. The culinary team knocked it out of the park with an absolute feast: the lobster, pork ribs, calamari, and authentic chicken cafreal were all spectacularly flavorful and cooked to absolute perfection. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the team surprised us with a stunning special dessert made with coconut that completely blew us away. It’s rare to find a hotel l where the food and the hospitality leave such a lasting impression. Thank you all for making our holiday so incredibly special.

Hyatt Centric Candolim made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast spread was immaculate, and the food consistently impressed us. My 5‑year‑old daughter had a wonderful time at the play area and especially loved the swimming pool. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Candolim Beach and a quick drive to Calangute and Baga. Overall, our experience was nothing less than awesome 😎

We stayed in this hotel with 2 children aged 5&2 The thing that sets apart a hotel is the service and this hotel is nothing short of a 7 star experience The F&B team Omkar and Abir ensured we got quick service , customised the food to our childrens taste whilst keeping it healthy. During breakfast peak hours of 10am , the entire staff worked tirelessly to ensure each guest was serviced and it was done quickly , even with live stations like dosa , eggs , waffles , juices , parathas etc Kudos to the chef's and F&B team !! Being with two children , the rooms were always messy and the housekeeping staff - Sachin came to our room twice a day to clean it up. This was beyond expectations! And I can't thank him enough for it ! The hotel is well equipped with alot of facilities like gym , kids play area , pool , pickle ball court , games section and entertainment zone , TT table etc We honestly never felt the need to step out of the hotel since we were so comfortable and serviced well. The next time I am in goa , Hyatt centric will be my default hotel.

If you’re visiting Goa with children, Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa is a great choice. They offer both indoor and outdoor activity zones with PS5, VR games, air hockey, pickleball, arts & crafts, canvas painting, bottle painting, and much more. There are also different activities planned every day, and our kids especially loved the slider-making and balloon-twisting sessions. A special thanks to Praveen Dhanashree, and Anuf, who made our stay truly memorable with their warmth and dedication. The staff in the activity area were exceptional. Apart from that, housekeeping, front office, and F&B services were all excellent. Overall staying and hotel service is good. But faced very bad experience about the cab, hotel person directly pushing to book cab with person stationed at entry gate and not through app like Goa Mile. They are not allowing booked cab to enter the hotel premises, local cab owner threatening the guest to cancel it and surprisingly hotel security personnel instead of looking at safeguard of guest, directly support the local cab owner and asked booked cab to go out. Overall very bad experience. The professional brand like Hyatt is doing such kind of mal practice and association with local cab owner and making compulsion on guest to pay higher cost to local cab owner and allowing and supporting the local cab owner to decide which cab should enter the premises and which should not.

My stay at the hotel started on a disappointing note. The first day's experience was far below expectations, and I genuinely had concerns about how the rest of my stay would unfold. However, from the second day onward, the entire team completely transformed my experience and demonstrated what true hospitality is all about. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Duty Manager Priya, whose professionalism, responsiveness, and guest-first attitude played a major role in turning things around. She took ownership of concerns, followed up diligently, and ensured that issues were addressed promptly. A special thank you to Chef Davinder for his exceptional culinary efforts and personal attention. The quality of food and willingness to accommodate guest preferences were highly appreciated. I would also like to recognize Riddhesh, Binod, Gyan from the IT team, Restaurant Manager Akash, Akhil, Pranav, Bhawna, Nil, Mariam, and Sunesh from Housekeeping and Room Services. Every one of them displayed genuine care, kindness, and a sincere desire to make guests comfortable. Their dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. The rooms are quite small compared to what one would expect from a hotel of this category. More importantly, the property's maintenance requires significant attention. Some of the room furnishings, particularly the cushions, were extremely dirty and clearly in need of replacement or deep cleaning. It appears that while the staff are doing an excellent job, the physical property is not receiving the same level of care and investment. In summary, the greatest asset of this hotel is not the building—it is its people. The team is outstanding, supportive, professional, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. If the management invests more attention into property upkeep and room maintenance, the hotel experience could truly match the quality of its employees. The stay was commendable. It is close proximity to Candolim Beach. It is centrally located with lots of eateries nearby. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Hyatt centric was a outstanding experience travelling with 2 kids aged 3 and 7 I was sceptical at first since we are ardent fan of taj hotels only but the team starting from reservation desk mainly Riya and her 2 team members made the check-in process smoother they not only made us feel special but really were very affectionate towards my kids and moving on to F And B dept naming Abhay ,Abir , Dheeraj, Shubham, lirza and my kids most favourite Thomas uncle who all have gone out of their way to not Only make us comfortable but have taken utmost care of my children food needs as they can’t have spicy food so these guys made sure to give them perfect meal Accor to their taste buds and we will be forever grateful to them although they offer scrumptious food options for us elders they take great effort for kids choices too and then Dhanashree from kids activity centre took efforts to organise their special burger making activity going out of the way and also they do have kids play room and pool for keeping them engaged .Then from housekeeping Roshan and Sahil did a great job of cleaning the room and helping us with whatever we needed for our 3N/4D stay Overall I would rate them 10/10 for everything they did to make our stay memorable and special. Overall very good experience. One must stay there while visiting Goa. Very near to Candolim beach and the market area. Lots of options are available there to eat. Big daddy casino is also there. Rooms are very beautiful. All the staff members are very helping and sweet too. So many options are available for kids. Pool is built the way that every age person can enjoy.

We had a very good and comfortable stay here. Our housekeeping Nikhil More made it extra special for kids by decorating the room for kids in a daily basis. An ideal stay for family- the kids enjoyed thoroughly in the pool and the activity area. The place is perfectly located at Candolim, beach is walkable distance of few 100 mtrs. Overall a nice stay.

The best hotel by Hyatt on calangute rooms are very modern clean and good it’s very near too the calangute beach just walking distance nearby market just outside the hotel multiple good restaurant outside location is very good the breakfast was very good multiple option taste was very delicious but very busy need too wait on peak time if go at 9 am but all good definitely visit again
