The staff were generally courteous and polite, but had an understanding problems in some occasions.

I had given a brand-new T-shirt, which had only been worn once, to the hotel laundry. Unfortunately, the T-shirt was not delivered to us before check-out, and we also forgot to follow up on it before leaving the hotel. After reaching home in Dubai, we contacted the hotel regarding the missing T-shirt. We were informed that the hotel had tried to contact me after we had left. However, it is quite possible that they attempted to reach me while I was travelling/flying, making the communication ineffective. I requested the hotel to courier the T-shirt to Dubai. To my surprise, I was informed that I would have to bear the courier charges, which were quoted at approximately ₹7,000. I find this extremely unreasonable and upsetting. Considering that the T-shirt was left with the hotel laundry and was not returned to me before check-out, I do not feel it is fair or appropriate for me to incur such an exorbitant courier charge to have my own belongings returned. I would appreciate it if the hotel could reconsider this and arrange to send the T-shirt to me at no cost, or provide a more reasonable solution.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The service provided by the team was top-notch and truly memorable. A special shoutout to the F&B Manager, *Mr. Savio*, for his incredible hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and his attention to detail made our dining experience fantastic. Also, a big thank you to the Housekeeping , *Mr. Nand Ji*. The rooms and the entire property were spotlessly clean, hygienic, and perfectly maintained. His team's hard work really shines through. The experience here was amazing, the vibe here was very homely and the staff is very cooperative and responsive specially Ms.Ruma,she is gem of a person, very kind. she made our stay very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location is convenient for exploring North Goa while still offering a peaceful retreat. Overall, a memorable experience and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting goa.

Everything about Le Merìdien is always exceptional. # the respect with which the staff greets and welcome is very warm # special attention is paid to details # staff turn around time is exceptional and always eager to help # food is always great. Extra efforts are taken to ensure taste is maintained vs quantity. Variety of breakfast is the best i've eaten so far vs other 5 star hotels Special mention and thanks to Yashika and Siddhi from the front office teams who ensured our stay was impeccable and enjoyable! Also the Pool staff and bar tender was very supportive and helpful and took care of my son in my absence. A bunch of good fellas! ✌🏻 This was our 4th time staying here and we wish to return!

Our water suppy in the restroom 5018 was a bit funny. Paused for a few seconds everyday. Kind of weird and we also reported it to the housekeeping service. Also the AC at night suddely got warmer every single day. That could have been better.

We stayed for 3 nights, 1st day's buffet breakfast was average, though it was better on the remaining 2 days. The room with balcony felt better.

The staff did not even allow to have a look at the room being allocated and insisted us to pre-authorize our credit card payment first. I have not seen such a practice in any other 5 star category hotel. The room initially allocated, felt claustrophobic due to low / dim lights and less of natural lights coming into the room. The toilet seat was not clean and had scratches and the pressure was low. The issue of toliet was rectified as they arranged a plumber but it took almost 30 minutes to fix the issue, that too in our presence in the room which was a let down since we had requested the staff twice on phone calls before our arrival to ensure that everything is clean and working fine. As we wanted to move out due to these experiences, the hotel staff did upgrade and give us another room with a balcony along with a kot, which felt much better.

Had a wonderful stay overall. The welcome was impressive with a traditional garland and a refreshing drink, which set a great first impression. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely view. The pool is mid-sized, but what stands out is the courteous and attentive staff who ensured great service throughout. One area for improvement would be stricter hygiene at the pool—guests should be required to shower beforehand and wear proper swimwear. The breakfast spread was quite extensive and enjoyable. It did get a bit crowded due to multiple groups, leading to some confusion, but the staff managed the situation very well despite a few difficult guests. A special thanks to the Relationship Manager, Yashika, who was extremely warm, helpful, and guided us beautifully throughout our stay—almost like a daughter. She truly made our experience more memorable.

One of the best places to stay with your family especially if you have an infant. All the staff members are super helpful and warm. The recreation facility for infants was very good with a very friendly lady taking care of the kids. Our kid got a little sick but thanks to the whole team we felt very supported and even tiniest of the requests was taken up promptly. Special thanks to Moasenla and her team. F’nB team and all the chefs that took our kid’s meal orders to utmost importance. We will not look for a different property in Goa ever again.

We had a wonderful stay at Meridian Calangute and were impressed by both the service and facilities throughout our visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Amaan at the reception ensured we were promptly attended to upon arrival and made the entire experience seamless. We were also upgraded to the next room category, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, with two queen beds, a large television and a balcony. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. Misbah and the rest of the team did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless and in excellent condition each day—not an easy task when guests return from the beach with sand in tow. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, we found the period between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm to be relatively quieter, perhaps because many guests were out exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast was another highlight. Service at the buffet was efficient, and the breakfast timings from 7:00 am to 11:00 am are particularly convenient. Many hotels end breakfast service by 10:00 or 10:30 am, so the extra time was especially welcome after late evenings out in Goa. The Eggs Benedict were excellent. My only suggestion would be to expand the continental selection slightly. That said, guests looking for Indian and South Indian options will be spoiled for choice, with a wide variety available. The valet service was also very good. We had rented a self-drive car, and every time we needed it, the vehicle was brought around promptly. One feature that particularly stood out was the games and recreation area. The hotel has a well-equipped games room, a reading corner and a creative arts space. It was a big hit with both the children and adults in our family. Facilities include air hockey, carrom, chess and more. There is also a large outdoor chess board on the first floor. My son, who is an avid chess player, absolutely loved it, and both he and his sister spent a great deal of time enjoying the space. Overall, this was a very enjoyable family stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to beaches, shopping areas and major attractions, and the staff consistently delivered service with a smile. We would happily stay here again.

The breakfast room is too overcrowded, with waiting times running up to 10- 15 minutes. The property is at full capacity, and the dining room is too small. Even the spread is average, probably its the expectation is too much.

I had a very pleasant stay at Le Méridien Goa, Calangute. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most, however, was the hospitality from the team. A special mention to Yashika from Guest Relations, who was very kind, helpful, and attentive during my stay. She helped me with gift wrapping some items, and even though it may seem like a small gesture, it made the experience feel personal and memorable. The quality of the property combined with warm and genuine hospitality is what made the stay special. I would be happy to return again.

Had a wonderful 4 days .The stay was excellent.Food was good. The staff was helpful. Yashika who was on the front desk was very helpful. She completed our check-in formality very efficiently and later on during the stay also she checked if we needed any assistance. Karan was also helpful. He helped us with organising transport.

This is the 3rd or i guess 4th time ive been at Le Meridien and time and again they never fail to exceed our expectations. The breakfast, the al a carte menu all of it is simply superb.
