Unfortunately our room, for the second visit in a row was not deep cleaned and we had to leave early due to a reaction to pet hair. We will not be coming back for a third time.

Great location great service great concierge service from Mike and Armand. Front of house service is excellent along with the food, pool, and cocktails! Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, great location. Welcoming and attentive staff. Only concern is this hotel states "non smoking" and a guest was allowed to smoke in plain sight regularly while this concern was brought to mgmt's attention it was not handled effectively.

I don’t want to tell you about Inn on Fifth as it’s too good to share. For us, everything was perfect, great hotel, lovely relaxing vibe, excellent pool and great location. We loved every aspect of the hotel. Little things like the pool attendant bringing iced water, the great artwork spread around the hotel and the location enabled us to leave our car for four days as we liked to walk including to the beach to watch the dolphins and beautiful sunset. The loan of beach towels and an umbrella was helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn on Fifth in Naples! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Fifth Avenue, making it so easy to enjoy the shopping, restaurants, and beautiful surroundings. Our room was lovely, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the entire experience felt welcoming and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

I feel that $40 for parking is too much

We come to the Inn on Fifth for our wedding anniversary each year. It doesn’t disappoint! Staff is friendly, professional, and capable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The front desk was expecting us and facilitated a smooth and easy check-in. Club Level is worth the added expense. Concierge staff (Armand, Lisa, and Michael) are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was too small for two adults at one time but we felt it was a very minor inconvenience. The bed was comfortable, closet more than adequate. 5th Avenue S is always delightful but is so much less crowded at this time of year. We will be booking a room for next year as soon as the hotel’s calendar opens up.

It’s a tranquil treasure in the heart of Naples. Just park and walk and totally chill, super people and the Club Floor makes it even easier to relax.

Amazing experience! No details were left out. The Inn on Fifth is next level and why my wife and I chose it for our anniversary trip in Naples. Located in fine dining central as well as in the heart of the best shops around that boasts some of the most luxurious brand names it’s a must if you’re planning a trip in the near future. Also less than a few blocks from the ocean (.4 miles) so very convenient. A unique add or option was also a text message with the concierge where you could arrange requests for your room, transportation or anything else offered by the hotel. The pool staff / bartenders, front desk associates, housekeepers and valet were all exceptional- friendly and professional. Unique pieces of art were on display and available for purchase making a nice addition/ touch of class to an already magnificent hotel lobby and seating area. Also noteworthy of mention, one night we got back from dinner around 9:30 so too late for room service but Olivia at the front desk said give me a minute and went and found us some fresh baked cookies. Completely kind and not necessary but above and beyond. If I were booking in downtown Naples this is where I would stay. We will be back for sure because not only was everything perfect but the entire team went above and beyond to make our anniversary week truly memorable and extra special! If you are coming to Naples this is the place to stay!

What can I say. Inn on Fifth is a beautiful hotel on Fifth Ave, in the heart of Naples. It was a 15 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The hotel staff was happy to drive us though, and gave us beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella, all free of charge. (I gave him a tip of course) We called, and they drove us back when we were ready. The entire staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pool was awesome. We will definitely be returning.

From the greeting upon arrival to the farewell , this was a first class experience. Our suite was perfect, Armin our concierge is a treasure, Enrique was very accommodating and Jessica @ the pool is a true pro! All great service without being intrusive, Looking forward to our next visit!!!

This is our second visit to the Inn On Fifth. We took our daughters this trip. They had an amazing time we loved being at the pool together as a family. Great memories this trip staff incredible. Armand was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be back over and over again.

Great location,walking distance to great restaurants,boutiques and beach. Welcoming friendly staff,professional and attentive to every detail. The inn is well maintained and immaculate. Rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. The Club level lounge is conveniently located, offering a delicious full breakfast every morning. Beverages and snacks are always available. Appetizers, bar and desserts available each afternoon and evening. The concierges are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions and anticipating our needs. Our couples massage was therapeutic and relaxing. Looking forward to our next visit!

Air conditioner was broken. Toilet got backed up would not flush properly Overcharged at pool. Got a ticket with charges on the ticket that we did not order Hot tub was not hot at all Early morning at pool the entire pool area was wet and it had not rained. Table and chairs for breakfast was wet. Coffee ran out around 9 and also crème was empty. Was over charged for items I did not get. Gift shop had flooded items in gift shop are way over priced. Tv did not work Some of the plugs in to did not work Some staff could not speak English For the price of hotel it was not what zi was accustomed to Hotel is over priced for rooms gifts and resort fee. I would not recommend this hotel for any one to stay at

Our stay at Inn on Fifth was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Naples. We were able to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and the beach, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything the area has to offer. The hotel itself was spotless. Our room and all of the common areas were impeccably clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding service, an ideal location, and exceptional cleanliness, Inn on Fifth is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

We celebrated my husband’s 79th birthday on Friday and Saturday, as a staycation! The Inn is a fantastic place with a wonderful staff. Check-in and out was seamless and took only a few minutes. It’s a truly a clean resort. It’s a must if you’re in the area or traveling here from Pittsburgh (we met a family) who were enjoying their time here also.

Awesome hotel in an unbeatable location We stayed in the club level suite. Beautiful room clean and well appointed. We stayed on the third floor so open the door and we have breakfast, snacks, cocktails (top shelf liquor) and deserts. All included. Service was superb!! Very friendly, efficient staff. Nice pool & well equipped fitness center as well. Never had to use our car, they shuttle you via golf cart or Suburban to the beach ( they supply chairs, umbrella & towels) restaurants, drug store etc. Had a fabulous time. Can’t wait to return

Wow!!! The Inn on 5th in Naples is the best hotel we have stayed in in years!!! Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was so comfortable. The food is excellent!!!! The pool is beautiful. We are absolutely going back!!!

We loved the Inn on 5th! It was so beautiful and spotless! We loved the rooms and the pool was perfect! It’s so conveniently located to so many great restaurants and shops and the beach is so close! The shuttle service and the beach amenities provided were so useful! We celebrated our honeymoon at the Inn and there was a card and box of chocolates waiting for us when we arrived in our room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the Inn on 5th!!!!

My wife and I were last here 6 years ago and were impressed back then. Now with the new owner and the remodeling, the place is even better than we remembered. As usual, the staff is over the top. From valet to check in to pool staff, we never had a concern. We stayed in a pool room and it was extremely convenient to walk out the back and jump right in. The room was spotless and the bathroom had a huge shower. Walk right out the front and there's plenty of places to choose for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Inn on Fifth while celebrating my husband’s birthday. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Naples and within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We had the pleasure of staying at the Inn on Fifth for the first time from June 30-July 2. The Club Level experience is amazing with a beautiful suite overlooking 5th avenue and delicious food/drink in the Club Level Lounge. Our concierge, Lisa was spot on with her restaurant recommendations for Ocean Prime and Caffe Milano. We enjoyed our visit so much that we already booked a stay for this October to celebrate our 40th anniversary!

How do we ever thank everyone at The Inn on Fifth for our perfect wedding weekend? Just the two of us at the Wedding Beach. Second marriage. Perfect. We loved staying across the street in a suite with concierge floor access. Our beautiful room was (surprise!!) decorated with tea lights, rose petals, champagne, chocolates. Pool afternoon-great cocktails. Concierge room- fantastic food & drink. Thank you Lisa & Armand! Complimentary shuttle to restaurants- too hot to walk (remember to tip- everyone working so hard) Our experience was outstanding and we will definitely return. A crown jewel in Naples!

Absolutely perfect weekend. We stayed at club level and had access to around the clock goodies and a very warm and knowledgeable concierge who made reservations for us. Room was beyond! View over the avenue. Brunch was delicious by the pool. Spotless, sumptuous. Valets were super responsive and helped us out numerous times. Housekeeping was respectful and made room up beautifully. Spa was great too. All in all a total recommendation for anyone wanting the downtown vibe and a top luxe experience - and we will be back.

The location is fabulous. It’s walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shoppes, retail shopping and the beach. The lobby has a modern art flare and front desk personnel were welcoming. The Club Level room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Loved the access to Club Level. The food options, drinks, etc… were great! It’s worth it to step up to Club Level. I recommend and will return.

The rooms are spacious, very well appointed and well maintained. All of the rooms have balconies. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The lobby is beautiful. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful property. It is perfect for a couples getaway.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the Valet staff then the front desk staff, all dressed in professional attire. The room was not quite ready as we arrived a few hours before check in. We received a text a short time later informing us our room was all set. The room was clean and welcoming and overlooking Fifth Ave. which was worth the few extra dollars. The pool /bar area was very well maintained and all staff we conversed with were pleasant. We will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

Nice place, excellent location. The valet parking is expensive because few extra charges which is not known to the customer except that they cost 40$/ night but comes to 87$/night. So suggestion is to do self parking !

Three foors spread out nicely on 5th Avenue, an 'in' place to be when visiting historic Naples. Location, location, location. Only six walkable blocks from the beach, the Inn On Fifth sits in the middle of shops, restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. The rooms are elegantly tiled but not gaudy. Your expectations are elevated when you enter the lobby with its open space. My wife and I enjoyed clean rooms with friendly and attentive service, especially from Oliva and Judy at the Front Desk.

The Inn on 5 th is wonderful and elegant. We liked the location because you had easy access to great restaurants. The beach which is a walkable distance is made better by staff which drive you to the beach via golf cart give you chairs, towels and an umbrella in very responsive time. The staff is very warm and welcoming making the experience even more amazing.

Living in Miami, we had not been to Naples...or the west coast...for a vacation in years! Wife and I booked at the Inn on 5th to celebrate our anniversary, end of the school year, and our son being away...we could not have found a better place, The Inn is truly amazing! We had plans to go to the beach and do a bunch of things around Naples but the service and staff at The Inn kept us there. Juan in the valet and Susan at the front desk, exceptional! Location is perfect in downtown, everything is in walking distance, a shuttle service which we did not use is provided. Amenities are on point, morning coffee by the pool, fitness center and that included shuttle service. Pool area is much larger than the pictures may represent, Gail, Jessica and Nelly were very sweet and helpful. Maria is the General Manager and left us a very nice welcome note in our room. We are already planning a return trip in September! Don't slip on this hotel, stay here with confidence!

I would rate the experience average, however, we thought we would have a quiet experience Sunday morning at the pool. The hotel had an F1 event that was loud, flying drones, and people who didn’t seem like guests. It was obnoxious!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the property itself is beautiful + common areas/rooms are pristine. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help - Judy at the front desk was so personable and was regularly greeting guests as they came/went on a first name basis. The food was delicious, with a great selection and high-quality dishes throughout my stay - along with close proximity to Ocean Prime and Trulucks which are attached to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms right in the heart of 5th Avenue. Great rate on the property and as part of The Edit through JPMorgan Card received a room upgrade, $100 credit toward amenities (spa) and breakfast.

Such a beautiful luxury boutique hotel right in the middle of Fifth Ave in the heart of downtown Naples, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, salons, art galleries, sweet shops, and more! It's just a few blocks from the beach or a short drive to Vanderbilt Beach, which was our favorite. The staff and service at the hotel was awesome. There were some small issues with the electrical systems in the bathroom of our room, because they recently remodeled the hotel and replaced some of the fixtures and switches, but the maintenance staff was very quick to help and provide guidance. We will definitely be back!

Inn on the fifth is an amazing Hotel in a prime location of Naples. The staff were exceptional from Front Desk to Valet to Housekeeping and bar servers . Rooms are modern and kept spotless as well. We will definitely return one day

We stayed at the club level suites for our wedding night and the stay was absolutely fantastic. They decorated our room with rose petals for our arrival. A chilled champagne bottle, charcuterie selection, and handwritten note were waiting for us in our room. The complementary breakfast in the lounge was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely selection. We were cared for exceptionally from start to finish. We loved this stay and will recommend the Inn to everyone we know.

Very nice hotel, well located in the heart of downtown and near to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our third stay, with our Labrador so you know we are fans. Issue is some rooms are becoming a bit dated and in need of remodeling. Given their prices, that's a bit disappointing. Regardless, it's still our preferred destination in Naples, with great staff and convenient amenities.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Inn on Fifth. We never needed the car, walked to all the wonderful restaurants and shops, also just 5 blocks from the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great location in the old Naples. Walking distance to the beach and Tin City. But when the sun is torching, time to utilize the hotel free transportation. Perfect for going to 3st south too. Tasty breakfast made to order. I recommend egg breakfast and smoked salmon toast. Good size and clean and comfortable room. Good size bath countertop and shower room. The bath  amenities are on moisture aide. I don't need much body cream after wash but it was strange for my husband to be so smooth after shower. Lol. They didn't provide any other amenities such as cotton swab or shower cap. Nor any pen or notepad in the room which I found odd. I guess they will provide if you ask for it. I bring my own but still thought they should have some. I enjoyed the meal on our balcony overlooking the pool. Very nice in the evening. There is really just one restaurant in the hotel which is by the pool. Truluck and Ocean Prime aren't part of it but Ocean Prime does provide dinner room service food. Here they charge a resort fee but there is actually very limited complementary items included. You got two bottles of water, can use gym and pool, and free shuttle within 2 miles radius. That was it. For any food consumption, even if you are at the pool side, not delivering anything, there's 20% food and beverage charge, which I am still confused about gratuity included or not (sometimes yes sometimes no on the bill) but the bill does ask for additional tips. In room service will have $5 delivery fee. It said so on the menu. But I suspect it is $5 per item as we order two items and they charge us $10. Every group checking out has to ask about various credit they are entitled to. I feel they can be more clear up front.

Overall a very nice hotel with lots of amenities, although a bit pricey. 5th Ave. is very beautiful with lots of indoor and outdoor entainment. There are a lot of place to eat and drink. I highly recommend this hotel.

A hotel favorite of ours! The Staff, professionalism, willingness to always go the extra mile, wonderful rooms and amenities ... are all things I think about with the Inn on 5th. Armond (evening concierge) wonderful!!! Staff providing the beautiful food and drink throughout the day were all SO pleasant & EXCELLENT. The food delicious, presentation, background music at concierge level worth every penny and then some!

Overall 3/5 Hotel is much more outdated than the pictures and you can see from the details: - pool side bar / chairs quality of the drinks - keurig in the room - not nespresso - bed frame and sheets The worst part however was valet - why charge $42 if the street parking is wide open and never need to be paid. They could have just told us vs literally parking it there. The perk I like was Escalade driving you around but it was 10-30 min wait so not exactly good service.

My husband and I selected Inn on Fifth Hotel to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first time in this hotel. We loved the "Club Level" experience - these rooms and concierge are located in another building across the street. The location is perfect. Naples downtown is charming. The Suit enormous, clean and sophisticated taste. For the Club level guests, they offer free breakfast and healthy and delicious snacks and all kind of drinks from 5 pm to 9 pm. There were a bottle of wine and a warm note from the Hotel Manager for our Anniversary. The staff were professional and nice. We also enjoyed the pool and hot jacuzzi. A black Cadillac Escalade SUV drove us to the beach, and one umbrella, two beach chairs and towels were provided. When we called the hotel, the SUV arrived in less than 5 minutes. We will return for sure!

The location met our needs. 5th Avenue had a good variety of restaurants and shops. Our room was a good size and most of all very clean. We walked out to the pool from our room. The morning coffee was a plus. One suggestion the shower should have grab bars and a hand held shower would be nice.

We absolutely love staying at the Inn On Fifth , the location in Old Naples is perfect and they drive you around town to restaurants and shopping which is very convenient. Armand, Lisa, and Michael on the club level could not be any more helpful friendly and courteous. Juan, Enrique, and Juan Pablo at the valet are amazing they cannot do enough for the guests. The pool is a great spot to hang before we go out and about. Highly recommend it as the best place to stay in Naples!!

The Inn On Fifth is a great location with an exceptional staff. We drove over from MBeach and they made it a wonderful stay. The only downside was $40 for valet, but they did offer us a parking garage or street parking too. So, there were options. We will be back on our next visit soon.
