Specially, Sofia and the other staff I forgot her name, both helped us a lot - our room was upgraded and we check out late around 4 pm without paying additional money. I would prefer to stay again if I visit Shenzhen again.

Rendkívül nehézkes kommunikáció. Igyekeztünk a szállást értesíteni, hogy késői check-in lesz. Nagy nehezen sikerült, ennek ellenére még leszállás előtt törölték a foglalást, de kaptunk szobát.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026For frequent travellers across China but keeping Shenzhen as primary HUB; it is excellent location hotel with big room sitting sofa, kitchen. next to terminal T3 simply walk in in 5 minutes; direct acces to SS metro and GZ Intercity high speed rail. Terminal has plenty of restaurant choices open 7/24. I made SZ SHA SZ today so convenient and no need bothering to go airport hours ago and same comfort at arrival.

Getting thru shenzen airport immigration is an absolute pain in the ass. I'm uk citizen. 24 hr visa no good apparently! Had to get a 240 hour transit visa. (Last visit 24 hr visa was fine). Go figure.... airline staff had no clue. Its beurocratic bullshit. Roll on 30 day visa free for uk.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026I stayed at Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport during a transit at Shenzhen Airport. The hotel is very convenient and located at Exit 14 with the lobby on Level 3. However, the check-in process was not very smooth and there were some issues, although they were eventually resolved. The room was spacious and came with a small kitchenette, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and acceptable taste. After breakfast, I checked out early, stored my luggage at the hotel and headed to the city for a short trip. When I returned, I asked if there was a refresh or shower room available before my flight, but was told there wasn’t, which was a bit disappointing.

욕실 드라이기가 안되서 침대옆 콘센트에 꼽으니 지지직 소리와 연기가 나서 카운트에 가서 얘기했더니 남자 직원이 조사를 한다고 방에 와서 자초지종을 얘기해라. Charge를 청구할수 있다고 했다. 고장난 드라이기를 비치하고 손님에게 책임을 물어 비용을 청구할수 있다는 말을 어떻게 할수가 있는지?

1) взяла апартаменты с кухней, дали номер без плиты. Но потом оперативно поменяли. 2) имейте ввиду, что в номере нет ничего, для готовки кроме кастрюли и сковороды. 3) в номере безумно холодно было. Показывало 19 градусов, но мне кажется итого меньше везде включила кондиционер на тепло и 27, но ничего так и не нагрелась. В ванну на плитку вообще невозможно встать. Мороз! 🥶 спали в одежде

The tiles in changing room at the pool were very very slippery. The grout in bathroom in room was a little dirty. It’s hard to clean I know but there are products that will clean it. Other than that the room was fabulous. I’d stay again.
