Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

During check in process the staff told me they cant find my reservation event hough I showed them the booking on my phone. After a few min he started to check in several guest into their room and make me wait. It was 11pm and I didn't think it is right to make me wait eventhough it was my turn. First time my room.was super noisy. Next time was better Didn't offer me breakfast.

The accommodation was very comfortable, particularly the beds. The staff were exceptionally helpful and took the time to assist us and provide guidance, even though we did not speak the local language. We would definitely stay here again

1. The location is close to the Shenzhen Metro (Hourui Station), making it very convenient for travel. 2. The hotel feels quite new, and overall it is very clean. 3. The water heater in the shower works fine. 1. 地點靠近深圳地鐵（後瑞地鐵站），搭地鐵出遊相當方便。 2. 飯店感覺滿新的，整體也相當乾淨。 3. 淋浴間的熱水器還行。

Perhaps due to cultural differences, some design choices take some getting used to — for example, the sink is placed outside the bathroom. 許是文化差異，有些設計還滿不習慣，例如洗手盆設置在外面。

Clean, efficient, very close to szx airport. Hotel arranged for me a DIDI shuttle to the airport at 3:30 a.m with no additional charge. Very suitable for travelers that need a comfortable hotel near the airport..

Pulizia discreta, c’erano capelli in doccia. La camera era ala piano terra e si affacciava su un carico e scarico di un’attività che dalle 5.30Am era già super operativa e non sono riuscito a dormire. Il personale non parlava inglese ma é normale

Foreigners should know that the staff at the hotel don't speak English. There is only one meal - Chinese beakfast available with Congee ( wet rice), steamed bun and milk. If you want to eat out you need cash because western credit cards are not accepted in China. I was given a smokers room which had a bad smell and they could not assign me a non-smoking room because aparantly they were full. Less than ideal experience!

No food availble ( except for Chinese breakfast tray), bad smell in the room, hard to communicate with staff.

Közel volt a reptérhez, ugyan nem tudtak értem jönni a reptérre, de egy bizonyos összegig állták a taxit a hotelbe. Nagyon segítőkész és barátságos személyzet, kajáldák séta távolságban, nagyon közel a hotelhez. Érkezéskor megkérdezték, hogy mikor indul másnap a gépen, és már egyből foglaltak is nekem egy transfert a reptérre.

Talán elsőre nem igazán értettem, hogy miért van reptéri transfer az árban, ha én menjek a hotelba taxival egy idegen országban, internet és minden nélkül, de így utólag megértettem és korrektül kezelték a helyzetet.

J'avais une escale de 22h à l'aéroport. J'ai booké le logement au dernier moment (le jour même à 08h00 du matin). Je leur ai envoyé un message pour leur demander si c'était possible d'avoir une chambre dès le matin à mon arrivée et s'ils pouvaient venir me récupérer à l'aéroport. Réponse rapide. La communication était un peu difficile (ils ne communiquent pas en anglais et Google Translate n'était pas disponible). Néanmoins j'ai pu assez facilement (en demandant de l'aide) les rejoindre sur le parking. Idem pour le trajet retour, j'ai demandé si c'était possible de me déposer à l'aéroport et 15min plus tard une voiture m'y emmener. La chambre était propre, le lit très confortable, et il y avait tout ce qu'il faut. Service niquel !

Connaissant la proximité de l'hotel avec l'aéroport, il serait peut être bien d'avoir un personnel qui parle anglais (cela faciliterait la communication) ou du moins qui puisse nous répondre en anglais, car on parle au personnel en anglais et eux nous répondent via un traducteur. Ca enlève un peu de chaleur.

Lovely room, perfect location, close to the airport. Air conditioning was fab, very clean bathroom and room. Kind, helpful staff. Excellent value.

Неработающий WiFi (хотя у работников он работал - это странно), работники не говорят на англ, поэтому иногда возникали трудности в общении. Но тем не менее, они пытались мне помочь, по всем вопросам (спасибо офлайн-переводчику).

The staff was very helpful. They arranged free transport with hotel shuttle to the airport at 5 AM. They even gave us a roomcall 15 minutes earlier proactively. Also they offer free laundry which was very nice.

As usual in China, WiFi can be not working if you try to connect with a phone with a foreign SIM card.

Posizione vicino all'aeroporto. Ci sono dei buoni ristoranti nella zona. Molto apprezzata la navetta gratuita per l'aeroporto.

Di notte si sentiva una fastidiosissima puzza di fumo, penso che arrivasse dai condotti di aerazione.

價格便宜，房間乾淨舒服，附近有餐廳還有超市，像我出差結束後，想要好好休息一天再飛回去的旅客來說是很棒的選擇。

Close to the airport (15 min)

This hotel supposedly offers airport transfer (free) - after texting and calling multiple times i was never offered one on arrival. I’ve sent them my flight number numerous times and even had a live chat AND call to let them know I had arrived. So pickup didn’t happen. When it was time to leave I requested another transfer which they told me they had booked for the next day at 1045. The lady at the reception even said she would arrange it for me because they would like a good review. THIS ONE ALSO DID NOT HAPPEN! I had to call my own taxi in order to not miss my flight. After my first night I requested NO CLEANING at the reception - as it wasn’t necessary - sure enough, after a couple of hours of being out I find everything in my room cleaned. It’s a good thing they have good and clean rooms but I personally don’t want anyone in my room after I’ve been there. One major downside is that people were smoking. I could smell it the whole time I was there. They should really invest in speaking and understanding basic English. 3,5/5

深圳空港の乗り換えが必要だったため、深圳市街の観光もついでにと2泊しました。 空港到着後電話すれば迎えに来ていただけると聞いていましたが、中国語での会話が困難なため断念しました。 ただ地下鉄１号線の后瑞駅から徒歩で５分程度でつきます。 空港からも地下鉄経由(５元)で４０分程度でつきました。 スタッフの方は中国語での会話になりますが、翻訳アプリを使ってチェックアウト後の送迎について確認していただいたので、チェックアウト後は送迎していただきました。(朝６時出発で２０分くらいで到着) 部屋は新しく備品も清潔でした。 ホテルは駅から南東にあり(各種ホテル検索サイトやGoogleマップでは間違って駅の西側エリアにあるように表示されることが多いみたいです)、繁華街は駅から東側の北に向かって栄えているので、少し歩きますが十分徒歩圏内です。 深圳の市街地へ行くには１号線の地下鉄で１時間弱くらいかかりますが、日帰り観光は十分可能でした。 深圳空港でのトランジットの際はまた利用したいと思いました。

The great one which is worth the money. I really recommend it for visitors who arrive in Shenzhen too early. The hotel has a new van to pick us up at 5am and they let us check in at 6am with no additional charge at all. Although the staff rarely speak English, they're really helpful. The room is very clean and has all necessary stuff. I feel very thankful.

Close to the airport, nice area

The whole building smelled of smoke! There were signs up saying: “no smoking in the room”, but the hallway had ash trays so everyone smokes there. The bathroom also reeked of smoke. My husband and I don’t smoke and he has asthma and I have sinusitis, so the smoke made us really nauseous and caused irritation to our lungs and sinuses.

We were able to check in early. Quiet. Shuttle service good.

The front desk staff are very friendly, the hotel facilities are excellent in all aspects, the location is not close to the road and relatively quiet, and it is also very close to the subway, which is only 300 meters away and can be reached quickly

Clean and functional. Fine for overnight stay

It was quite difficult to find. Nobody had heard of it and it doesn't seem to have a Chinese name. Perhaps better instructions for how to get there would be useful.

Clean rooms. There are good fast food restaurants nearby. The hotel helped to book taxi the few times I needed the service.

Front desk told me that she can not find my booking. she said already withdrew payment from my credit card, so no need to show your credit card. QUITE STRANGE????

Was here for a layover - close to airport by tax and then free transfer back to airport in the am. Really helpful staff on the reception. Bed very comfy and shower very good. Free buffet in the morning - noodles/fresh veg/boiled eggs Good! Very good gym room? Full weight rack and dumbbells cable machine with 2x treadmill.

There is a slight smell of smoke in hallways (I’m non smoker) but couldn’t smell it really.

The bamboo wood room. The colour. The location which is near metro line 1. There are also food stores, restaurants, park, playground nearby. The location is safe even at night. Police station is also near.

Being questioned about me extending my stay and having paid, because it wasn't being communicated between the employees so I had to convince the staff that I have already paid more for another extension for the stay during the day. There is no pamblet/map for tourist to guide them to look around or any roller, bike for looking around nearby. The carpet...It not only looks old but also can't be cleaned right, there were dirty spots and it also makes bringing the already heavy suitcases to the room a hassle.

The metro station is nearby and the hotel is clean. The hotel is near the Airport & they provide free Airport shuttle service to the Airport on hourly basis.

The surrounding buildings are still under renovation. The buffet breakfast spread is limited. Do not even have bread & toast.
