I like the location, convenient. Good for getting the early flight.

Hele mooie kamer met een luxe badkamer. Heel fijn zwembad met hottub en stoomcabine. Top locatie voor een transfer, omdat het vastzit aan het vliegveld. Binnen 2 minuten ben je er. Je kunt er heerlijk tot rust komen door de faciliteiten.

Bij het zwembad heb je een badmuts nodig. Die kun je kopen bij de balie van het zwembad. Het personeel is aardig en wil je graag helpen, alleen is het echt vervelend dat bijna niemand Engels spreekt en je daardoor via een app moet communiceren. Het is best een prijzig hotel.

Great location for Shenzhen airport access. Easy walk to subway and bus station. Airport restaurants and convenience store near by. Room size is relatively large and well appointed - surprising for an airport hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great stay experience. For Hyatt elite upgraded room is awesome.

Cet établissement est une arnaque ! Ils vous disent que la caution est gérée par Booking et qu’il faut payer la chambre, alors que c’est l’inverse ! Une honte, n’y allez pas. De plus, vous ne pouvez pas aller à la piscine si vous n’avez pas de bonnet de bain.

Deposit was double room value up front. However, they did return it in full two days later.

General design and location

A lot of rooms smells like someone just smoked inside tye night before. I had to change 3 rooms before find one that wasn’t smelling like cigarette smoke. The staff has been helpful but this circumstance wasted a lot of my precious limited time in Shenzhen.

We stayed at this hotel twice. We stayed on the first day we arrived and again on the night before we flew home. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It is such a nice hotel that you will not want to leave. You can check your flight information from your room, which is very convenient. The hotel is only about a 5-minute indoor walk from the airport, so you do not need to go outside. The staff speak English, which made communication easy. The hotel has beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool. We did not eat in the restaurant, but the food looked very good. There was also a singer providing live entertainment. There are cheaper hotels nearby, but after staying at this hotel, we were happy to pay a little extra for the comfort, quality, and convenience.

I liked the hotel.

The hotel charged me £165 initially instead of £95 per booking.com. when I queried it, they said they would refund £165 but I needed to pay the £95. I am still waiting for the refund. They should have just refunded the difference - or better still, charged the right amount to start with!

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport on 11 May. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Everything from the atmosphere to the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was spectacular, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location is also perfect for airport travellers and made my journey much easier. Overall, an amazing experience and I would happily stay again.

Локация, супер, проснулся и вышел в аэропорт! Не хватает правда указателей, куда идти, когда уезжаешь рано утром, а персонала нет. На завтрак не попали, оценить не можем.

Very comfortable room, had the best night sleep. Amazing buffet and just a 3 min walk from the arrivals. Staff were very helpful and courteous. And the breakfast was a culinary experience - amazing!

Great location (easy to walk to from the airport, with clear signs to navigate). Staff helped us check-in at 12:30am with no issues. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Outstanding breakfast buffet with lots of Western and Chinese dishes.

Some noise from the airport (true of any airport hotel, and earplugs were helpfully provided).

Останавливались на сутки после перелёта. Очень просторный номер! Все было супер! Отличный ужин и завтраки. Приехали в 9 утра, номер уже был готов в 10:30 без каких-либо доплат за ранний заезд. Принесли дополнительную кровать для ребёнка без лишних вопросов. Прекрасно отдохнули и отправились дальше в путь.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport (18-19 feb) Room 1037 and enjoyed several aspects of our stay. Highlights: Perfect location, literally steps from the airport departure hall. Great views of the airport. Soundproof and comfortable rooms. Beautiful spa and fitness center. Stylish lobby. Areas to Improve: Bathtub rim needs replacement. In-room scale not working. Air conditioning was not functioning properly. Check-out process was very poor. Breakfast lacked fresh orange juice (only fruit juice). Instant coffee is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel; Nespresso should be provided. Some rooms could benefit from upgrades and refurbishment. Credit card authorization still held, and no invoice was received. Still not! We would like to stay again in the future, as we often travel this route, and are waiting for the hotel’s response regarding the issues mentioned.

It is best to book this place if you are at the airport. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They also have a great place for kids and adults to play. Booking a room with club access is also very good.

It is definitely a good hotel closely the Shenzhen airport, clean environment, and good staff service, and good living conditions that always take it as first priority stay at Shenzhen city.

Amazing hotel with fantastic rooms. big floor to ceiling windows looking out. Including in the bathroom where you can have a bath looking out which is amazing. Luxury furnishing and very spacious rooms.

Restaurant buffet closes at 9pm. Struggled to communicate as the staff in the restaurant didn't speak english and google translator is banned in China.

Хороший отель. Комфортно будет, если у вас долгая пересадка в Шэньчжэне и вылет утром. Прям, не выходя из аэропорта, есть таблички, по котором легко дойдете к отелю. Шикарный завтрак, безумно вкусно всё было.

Неприятно было внезапно узнать, что депозит по сумме равен 1 ночь нахождения в отеле. Валюту, конечно же, не примут, это Китай. Нужно оставить депозит либо иностранной картой, либо наличкой в юанях, поэтому если у вас пересадка, стоит поменять заранее деньги в аэропорту.

Fabulous comfort and design of the room facing the runway of the airport, yet double windows cut out the noise. Great pool, gym and spa. Incredible breakfast buffet. Location: directly attached to the airport!

Pool opening at 10 am only. Lobby and common areas barely air conditioned =!on a hot muggy day, you may end-up drenched with sweat at check in or checkout/
