Puțin cam departe de centrul vechi al orașului- aprox 1 ora de mers cu tramvaiul care are linie directa

The room cleaning was very poor. The bath towels were of very poor quality, as if they have been using the same towel for last few years. The swimming pool was the most disappointing part as my kids got very upset. We booked this hotel due to swimming and we could only use it for once as it was a very poor pool.

Swimming Pool - it was unclean, very deep (1.4m), not suitable for new learner kids and my son is only 1m in height. The sauna was full of mould and a few mosquitoes.

Комната Делюкс (1304) - устаревшая! Всю ночь шум от работающей системы кондиционирования отеля (не твоего номера). Завтрак не понравился совсем! Уборку в один день не сделали даже после обращения на ресепшен. Ну и внутренние ощущение, что ты остановился не в отеле, а в отделении госпиталя.

Excellent service, They greeted us with a friendly smile, Very clean and pleasant. Loved the variety of breakfast especially Yunus the chef was very polite as he offered to make me the meal for my breakfast.

There was nothing I didn’t like . Everything was perfect

Breakfast was good. More local food as Gozleme, Pude can be added.

The staff located at the facilities like Sauna. Turkish Bath etc. They all are into fishing the customer for more money to spent for using these facilities. Lack of staff as bell boy etc not available to bring the luggage.

Servicen var i top - alle der arbejdede der, var super søde og hjælpsomme. God variation i morgenmaden. Et meget flot hotel, vild med deres elefanter, fedt med Starbucks. Hjælpen var altid af finde ved alle tjenere. Så virkelig mange stjerner til dem.

Larmen af et eller andet lige udenfor vores værelse. At fitness blev brugt at folk som ikke var gæster på hotellet, så der var FYLDT med mennesker i fitness - så brug det om morgenen, der er der ikke så mange. Men det var træls det var så overfyldt og af IKKE hotel gæster.

The rooms were ok but the pool stuff very very weak in English and the asked me and my kids to wear head cup for swimming in the pool and they will sell it to me 200LT i didn’t understand that why i should wear head cup or swimming cup for normal swim in pool 1st tome n my life i have been asked for that

Das personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit

Ich musste täglich anrufen, weil ständig etwas fehlte. Was wir nicht wussten und gerne darüber informiert worden wären, ist, dass es sehr viele Patienten nach Schönheitsoperationen gab. Es war schwierig zu unterscheiden, ob sie sich in einem Krankenhaus oder einem Hotel befanden. Das gefiel uns gar nicht, da viele Personen Gesichts- oder Brustoperationen hatten. Die harmlosesten waren die mit Haartransplantationen. Viele hatten blutige oder farbige Bandagen. Es gab keine Kleiderordnung, jeder konnte anziehen, was er wollte. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dorthin gehen, wenn ich müsste.

Everything. Rooms were not clean at all. Cooling was not functional and technician was in my room until 02:00am and i still slept two nights without cooling. Room was noisy as it had drainage pipe running along and could not sleep due to noise of drainage water running down.

The only good thing was the breakfast, the breakfast was amazing. Also a beautiful and good loby.

The room was large, but it was not clean. The bed cover and pillowcases were covered with dirt stains that looked like blood stains. We asked for them to be changed. Although they replaced them, the second set of bed covers was damaged and full of holes. The towels were very old, worn out, and stained. The worst part was that there was a worm on one of the towels. I asked for clean, newer towels, but the replacement was even worse. They gave me another towel that was damaged. It was supposed to be white, but it was so old that it looked cream-colored. I was very disappointed with this experience. I couldn’t believe this was a 5-star Ramada hotel. It is a shame because people trust this brand to provide a certain standard of quality. They need to replace the old duvet covers, towels, and even the curtains with new ones.

Била съм миналата година там. Чисто,подредено ,вкусна храна ,перфектна локация . Тази година ми се наложи да кандалирам в последния момент поради личен ангажимент. Веднага приеха! Прекрасен хотел !

* عدم كفاية عمال نظافة الغرف فيه بعض التقصير يحتاج الاهتمام اكثر * كةن هناك بعض العمال يشتغلون صيانة وتكسير مما ادى الى ازعاج شديد * يحتاج مدخل الفندق الى بعض التعديل خاصة للكراسي المتحركة حيث يصعب صعود الدرج لأصحاب الكراسي المتحركة

ما عجبني ريحه رطوبه بالممرات ماكو تكييف حيل خفيف و حر الثلاجه ما تشتغل بلغوني ادفع فلوس عشان يشغلونها اهي مفروض من مرافق الغرفه جسمي كله تحسس من ناموس فرش مو حيل نظيفه تجربه خايسه ما قدرت استحمل أكمل مده الحجز وكنسلته

The hotel staff are welcoming all the time and helpful all the time All of them. The hotel beautiful in general. The rooms were good size, clean and tidy. Special thanks to the counter staff. I love you all.

The air conditioner was not on the standard I expected. It was little bit warm. Room service delayed few days before providing what we thought as daily service.

From the moment we walked in evrything was great, the enterior the staff the food the ammenities. Perfect.

The hotel is near everything I want. And I want to thank Mr Mehmet at the front desk for his help and kindness.

The Tramway is very near, the breakfast is very nice with many varieties.

الغرف كبيره ووسيعه ونظيفه لديهم شرفه ولكن مغلقه تفتح جزئي الموظفين متعاونين ولكن ليس لديهم خدمه حمل الحقائب لكن ممكن المساعده اذا طلبت الموقع قريبا من مول فيه كل الخدمات تحتاج الى سياره للتنقل داخل اسطنبول بعيد عن المعالم السياحيه هدوء في الليل

La decorazione della sala, fine.

Le camere non sono insonorizzate e ci sono dei lavori di costruzione nel palazzo accanto, colazione scarsa, pulizie minime, aria condizionata spenta che ci è stata accesa solo dopo tre richiami e un “aprite le finestre”. Vergognoso.

Booked a room for non-smokers. The room smelled of smoke. The hotel or room I got is worn and worn out. It is not maintained. And the prices are too high for the type of room I used. The restaurant is not bad. There is a lot of different food but mostly cheese and dairy products on the menu.

The staff at the reception were amazing, they went the extra mile to make sure guests were happy staying there. The front desk manager and the guest relationship manager were professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The staff in the restaurant need to do a bit better, they were not up the standard you would expect to see at Ramada hotels. They had a poor command of English and were reluctant in listening to guests comments.

The hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was very good and they gave it for free for children. Facilities are clean, modern and beautiful.

If you travel for holiday and wanna see the historical places - it's quite far away. SPA zone and Fitness zone was under maintenance.

No me gusto como nos hablo la chica de recepción Gizem : muy prepotente y con un alto tono de voz ,hablando con superioridad ,el resto de los chicos un tal Baturay : muy educado ,simpático,siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar,Azim igual ! Es una pena con lo bonito que es el hotel de 5 estrellas que hayan empleadas mal educadas !

التدفئة تأخذ وقتاً لكن ليس بالأمر المهم.

The hotel is perfect, the person in the reception Kaan was the best of my visit he arrange a Tours that were planed for me abile i was staying booked all taxi and the best taxi and driver, everything want so good i recomed you to stay at this hotel and ask for Kaan and his staff Breakfast perfect I will go there again on my next visit

Είναι σε βολική τοποθεσία λόγω του τραμ. Πολύ βολικό το υπόγειο πάρκινγκ. Το wi-fi μια χαρά, το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ μεγάλο όπως και η τουαλέττα πολύ ευρύχωρη. Ευπρόσδεκτα τα καθημερινά δυο μπουκαλάκια νερού. Το πρωινό αρκετά πλούσιο με αρκετές επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα. Το προσωπικό αρκετά πρόσχαρο.

Το πόμολο απο την μπαλκονόπορτα δεν έκλεινε καλά μ' αποτέλεσμα ν' ακούγεται λίγο η φασαρία του κεντρικού δρόμου. Ο ανεμιστήρας στην τουαλέττα δεν δούλευε. Το πάπλωμα για το διπλό κρεβάτι είναι λίγο μικρό. Στην κράτηση που έκανα μέσω της πλατφόρμας booking δεν ανέφερε πουθενά ότι γίνεται ανακαίνιση στον χώρο του spa - γυμναστηρίου - πισίνας πράγμα τ' οποίο μας ενόχλησε. Επειδή είχαμε ξαναμεινει πριν τέσσερα χρόνια και είχαμε μείνει πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι αυτή την φορά δεν μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι.
