The air-condition is too cold for me

Good and clean hotel. Yess there are some raw edges and user marks (wat is very common in the Philippines) but overall it is a good stay. Breakfast was massive with lots of variation and healthy options. Staff is super super super friendly. Outside of the hotel, more specific the pool area could do with some touch ups. Parking is possible at the hotel. Not many parkingspots but we encountered no problem. They go above and beyond to squeeze you in any centimeter of concrete❤️. It is next to the mall so the area is very energetic. The basic room is small so if you can afford it, go for the bigger room. It is worth the money. I think this is one of the better hotels in Clark if you dont want to pay top dollar for the big and more elite names.

The location is very convenient to the shopping centre, restaurants and transport. Breakfast was great, there were varieties of good food. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We were able to secure connecting rooms for our family during our stay.

Breakfast buffet was hardly decent. At 900, it is overpriced. Not much to eat, actually. The room we got was dark. Some lights aren't working. Towels are old and smell moldy.

I’d like to give a special appreciation to Vanjoe from housekeeping for being so accommodating, kind, and attentive during our stay. He was always pleasant and willing to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. His warm attitude and excellent service truly made a difference in our experience. The location was also very convenient, especially because it was easily accessible to the mall and nearby establishments. This was a big plus for us, as having a toddler meant we needed easy access to food, essentials, and other necessities.

The area where we were having a Convention was very handy and nearby the event.

There was a burst pipe incident at 4:30am and was resolved by 7am. The explanation was that in order to get the hot water to the 6th floor the water is pushed up to these floors with more pressure.

Staff was friendly... but: The room is enclosed with no possibility to open the windows. Also, the aircon temp switches back to it's original settings, not my desired temperature. So, two negative points. Room was damp and smell stays in the room without circulation. It was also warm at night which made it harder to sleep well.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was extremely convenient. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee and breakfast. I was greeted every morning at 6 am with the biggest smile and most customer friendly attitude I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Marj is a remarkable employee and I hope I can enjoy this wonderful experience on my next visit. In addition, I will say all the employees at Park Inn Clark were wonderful. My experience tells me they most likely reflect their managers good attitude.

This is my Favorite Hotel everytime we have a Flight using Clark Airport. From Check In to Check Out everything was Smooth. Rooms are Clean, Cool and Comfortable. What makes this hotel more special is its Location, just beside Angeles City yet in Clark so its Location is just perfect. Also connected to the Mall so everything you need is just beside it.

We had a great time. Rooms were very clean. Staffs delivered really great service especially Sir Aaron and Sir Basty!

The location beside SM Mall is perfect as a starting point as a family. Even on rainy days you can reach it without getting wet. We used it as starting point for pinatubo tours, which was also perfect. The breakfast was great, I liked especially that you could order an omelette with exactly the things in it I like.

I had to kind of bargain at the beginning to get all the things that were booked via booking.com. At the end I got everything. But i was surprised why it was not automatically (like extra bed, free breakfast for all 4 family members)

We had a pleasant stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Clark. The place is very near to SM Clark. Breakfast is also good, many choices of foods and the service from the staff are very good. The One Bedroom Suite room is very clean and spacious. The housekeeping staffs also provides very good service and are very friendly.

The location was definitely the better part of this trip. The weather was raining but the we made the most of it.

I booked this room for my two daughters that are attending University in the Medical faculty. The Hotel staff took great care of the two girls, a big hug to everyone. They loved the breakfast and the comfort of the room. They also enjoyed the location as the University is inside SM Mall. I entrusted my two girls to this Hotel and they absolutely delivered. Overall excellent. I would like to commend Mark of Front Desk warmly assisted us upon arrival by providing an umbrella and helping with our luggage during inclement weather. He has been consistently helpful throughout our stay.

It is strategically located, room is clean, bed/beddings are well kept and reception staff are courteous and accommodating.

The only disappointment was our experience at the third-party Mandara Spa. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. This feedback is specifically for the spa and not the hotel, which otherwise provided an excellent stay.

Excellent customer service by the staff at the hotel. Sha and Yana were excellent and super helpful. Brilliant location and the rooms were very clean and very good standard.

We stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Clark, Pampanga last June and booked two rooms for our group of four (3 adults and 1 child). The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. Having direct access to SM City Clark made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decent for our stay. The breakfast buffet was good, and the F&B staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. However, I hope the hotel can offer more variety in the breakfast selection. We also had to pay extra for our child’s breakfast, which was a bit disappointing considering the room rates are already on the higher side. Our check-in experience could have been better. The reception staff who assisted us could improve their demeanor and be a bit warmer and more welcoming, as first impressions make a big difference. Overall, we had a pleasant stay because of the comfortable rooms, excellent location, and the kindness of the F&B team. With improvements to the breakfast variety and front desk customer service, the experience would be even better.

The breakfast buffet. I was hoping a filipino breakfast buffet considering that i am an ofw however, its like american and indian breakfast. Curry for bfast, really?

Good but I suggest don't leave cup on the table every morning if it's vacant ....because I see flies on cup and then if person accupied the table and he use the cup for coffee it's not good ....yes you see it's clean but flies stand there long

Park Inn location makes it convenient to go around for shopping, dining & even taking walks for exercise. The staff is courteous & hospitable. Shout out to Precious, Angel, & Jeremiah from the Food staff for great service & taking the time to get to know us.

Was here on a business trip for 2 weeks. Housekeeping team, Rowie and John, always kept our room clean and tidy. Service was also fast whenever we requested anything from front desk. Would definitely stay here again :)

During our recent stay at the Park Inn Hotel, we had the pleasure of encountering Paul, one of the housekeepers. From the moment we checked in, Paul was incredibly attentive and friendly. He made sure our room was spotless and well-stocked with all the essentials. It was evident that he takes great pride in his work, as the attention to detail was noticeable. Whenever we had a request, Paul was quick to respond with a smile and a willingness to help. His warm demeanor contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable. The place are excellent near to the mall and different restaurants. The staffs are very accommodating, friendly and polite, the housekeeping service are also excellent, especially vanjoe who is polite and friendly and accommodating. He did clean our room very well. This hotel is also a nice place to spend time with family and friends and to hold events.

The staff made the experience more at ease. Aldy from HIC team was super helpful. Our room was super clean thanks to Paul and Leanne. Randy, Nice, and Josephine from Food and Beverage were super great. Every ask was always catered. Finally, Sir Pao and Steven were very accommodating. Event would’ve been stressful if it wasn't for their assistance.

Almost everything, big comfty rooms, very fruendly staff, the kids lived the pool and icecream by the pool. Huge bathroom, including a rain shower Located perfectly just beside the mall, great place to start tours to the pinatubo area

At the check in i needed to discuss things that was confirmed during my booking (the extra bed, included breakfast for all 4 of us) The water facet at the basin in the bathroom might need a bit maintenance (descaling), so a bit more water will flow

I would like to commend both Rowie and Arvin from the housekeeping team. Nalinis yung room plus (we're too busy for the event) I feel safe na iwan yung mga gamit namin sa rooms, even my wallet. So, thank you accommodating us and for the wonderful stay!

Everything is excellent and the staff are accommodating especially Ace, James, Aira, and Alanis.

The stay was great overall, and Sir James was very accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was the front desk service. We often had to go to the front desk in person because our calls through the landline either went unanswered or eventually stopped being answered altogether. Improving the responsiveness of the front desk would make the overall guest experience much better.
