プールが２か所あり、スライダーもあり、子どもは充分楽しめた。スタッフが常駐して監視してくれるので、安全に遊べる。 スタッフは、子どもの名前や部屋番号を覚えてくれていた。笑顔がたえず、親切。たいへんびっくりしたし、素晴らしいと思う。 朝食も豊富。キッズメニューもあった。 モール直結だったので、楽に買い物もできた。

洗濯機が共用でも良いので数台あれば、連泊したときに助かる。

So happy can stay here for our holiday. It has a complete amenities,and many activities. My children do riding a horse, riding a bike,swimming,playing basketball,badminton,doing knitting,etc. They have a delicious and many various menu. Thx for Ka Emi,ka Hana,Ka Ezerela who helping us doing this acitivies. Thank you. Will visit again for sure

Everything is good, many activity for kids, good choice for family and kids. Ezrela as sport and recreation person who handle many activity is so fun, good and charming person. Yolanda as PR relation is so nice and care. Emi as sport and recreation activity is so informative, she is care and tell us about riding horse at Sunday. So many staff is very nice and comfortable to ask anything. I Will repeat to stay here.

Have heard Resinda Hotel since the first time it opened almost 20 years ago as I often drove from Jakarta to Bandung (saw the big billboard at the roadside). The hotel has great quality of rooms and food and beverage, but what made it five-star is their employees. They acknowledge, greet, offer help, pay attention and anticipate guests, from lobby area to meeting rooms and restaurant. My preferences of hot water with ginger and lemon not only fulfilled but they provided special corner next to my trainer table in the meeting room. The information of my allergic to strawberry and dust have been relayed among employees so F&B team always separate my dessert and pastries. Very thoughtful. Special appreciation to Chandra and team in Banquet, Fadli/Fadil and team in Restaurant, Lulu in Housekeeping. The only thing I did not try was swimming pool, perhaps hotel could make a partition to avoid guests in restaurant seeing us swimming hehehhe

Fantastic Family Getaway at Hotel Resinda Karawang! My stay at Hotel Resinda Karawang was truly wonderful, offering a perfect blend of comfort, excellent facilities, and a surprisingly great location. I can confidently recommend it, especially for families! The facilities here are simply top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the offerings for kids. The Resinda Oasis Park is an absolute gem—a beautifully designed area where children can play and explore safely. My kids absolutely loved the water play area and the slides! The availability of the mini soccer field (along with other sports facilities like the basketball court and cycling track) was a huge bonus, allowing them to burn off energy with active, outdoor play. It really elevates the family staycation experience. For a unique adult relaxation experience, the Onsen (Sento Japanese Bath) was a definite highlight. It provided a tranquil and authentic way to unwind after a busy day, feeling like a little slice of Japan right here in Karawang. Beyond the leisure, the breakfast spread was superb. The variety of choices was excellent, and the quality of the food was consistently high, making for a delicious start to every morning. Finally, the location is ideal. Being near a major mall and the city center made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring without having to travel far. Hotel Resinda Karawang truly delivers on its promise of a sophisticated and well-equipped stay, whether you're traveling for business or, as we were, for a fantastic family weekend. This is definitely a family hotel. They catered to family holiday. They have so many activities for kids and also their parents. From face painting to bubble party. They also have slide on their pool. For sure if you have kids they will love it here. Saying that, our daughter is already 19, so we don't really have small kids but we still love the hotel. The room are nice (we pick executive suite), and the breakfast are plenty (they even have a popcorn machine). The best part of this hotel are their staff. They are nice and accommodating. My husband got food poisoning otw to the hotel and cant have breakfast in the restaurant in the morning and they bring it up according to our request (he also in strict diet and they make the breakfast accordingly) The location of the hotel also good because its next to the mall and you can go there through the hotel so its convenience. About 20 minutes from there, there also a grand outlet mall which is good for shopping. We love the hotel and definitely will stay there again. People with kids who just wants quick getaway have to stay here. They will have so much fun.

Loved our stay at Resinda Hotel, Karawang! My kids had so much fun with all the activities, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Special thanks to Mbak Nazwa at the kids corner, so friendly and great with the kids. Definitely recommend for families!

Stayed here because I saw an instagram reels and was somehow intrigued by their facilities for kids. At first, I was skeptical because the hotel Is actually located in the industrial area with nothing going on near the area. However, it turns out to be one of the most kids friendly hotel I’ve ever been to. Pre checked-in, I contacted the hotel about my booking since I booked several rooms for my family and friends, there were some hiccups but the duty manager was able to resolved it nicely. From then on, everything was going smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was pleasantly surprised because the room looks nicer than the picture. Very clean, bed linen and towel comparable to 5 stars hotel, all the staffs are very warm, helpful, and always smiling and greeting us. There are abundance of Kids facilities and kids activities to keep little ones busy. The oasis park was the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was really good. They rotated some menus everyday. Fresh juice is also available and that’s a nice touch. I left some unimportant stuff and they contacted me offering to send it back and I really appreciate it. The hotel is also connected to a mall by a skybridge. The mall has some kids friendly restaurants and it’s very convenient for us to go there for lunch and dinner. Overall, very good value for money. A good kids friendly staycation alternative for the Jakartans. If I may suggest, there is room for improvement for kids corner, it would be a nice addition to build a thematic indoor playground for rainy days. Thank you Resinda and all the staffs who have made our stay memorable.

Great place to staycation with your family. This hotel is very kids friendly, they have a lot activities for kids and the pools, playground and kids club. Connected to Resinda Park mall for shopping, cinema or dining at many restaurants there. The room was clean and spacious, the barhroom was perfect full amenities. Many varieties menu for breakfast and the taste was good. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to others and we hope to visit again!

I booked 3 rooms 20days earlier, i called 2days before for confirmation to make sure a smooth check in process and yet I still have to wait hours on D day to get the room. Kirain setelah under padma jadi better servis nya tau 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 ‘Maaf kamar belum ready, tapi kami juga ga bisa jamin kapan ready nya…’ lah lah lah enak bgt ngegantungin orang.. #Masih nunggu kamar plangaplongo tanpa kejelasan

I love everything. The access to the mall, the extramile services and hospitality from all the staffs and also the well maintained facilities. Dishes are varies representing different countries and culture. Swimming pool and hot water and sauna are very clean. Me and my family love all and everycorner the hotel.

It was very nice in Resinda.

Hotel was impressive, comfortable and clean. However, there is nothing to do outside of hotel except for the mall which in connected via an air-conditioned walkway.

There is one employee, he always has morning schedule he was not pleasant and the morning manager was not pleasant as well. Ibu Diaz and Ibu Amy were so wonderful. They have an amazing customer service. Have to train how to have the best customer service to the morning shift Manager.

Great breakfast with choices of Asian and Western food. The hotel is connected with shopping mall. Welcome drinks is a great start for the day. I couldn't get a room with a view for the padi field which i had requested but still have a high floor room but at least had a quite resting. The hotel is connected with shopping mall and thats great. Breakfast are wonderful with local dishes, Asian and Western choices too. It's a short 10mins walk to Airport Bus (Damri) station located at Grand Taruma. Thanks for providing a good place to stay.

결혼기념일이라고 하니까 창문이랑 수건아트랑 예쁘게 해주셨어요. 기분 좋아지는 서비스라 감사했습니다. 물론 무료로 제공되었었구요. 까라왕에 아잔소리가 많이 나는데 여기 묵는 것이 아침에 소리에 대한 스트레스도 적고 좋은 것 같아요. 레신다몰이랑도 가깝고 거기서 힐링했던 시간이 그립네요 ㅎㅎ

Hotel location is good as next to a large mall. A link bridge connecting the mall and hotel. Hotel management need to look into a good maintenance and cleanliness as it is a good hotel. It would be good the quality will be maintain and taking care of.

ホテルは、日本人客の受入れに慣れています。 ホテル内に中華、日本食、洋・インドネシア料理の3店舗あり、私は中華を食べましたが、味には納得でした。

カラワン県内の工場に行く予定があり一泊しました。 館内には、和食レストラン、中華レストラン、インドネシア料理（洋食も出しているそう）があり、中華を利用しましたが、とても美味しかったです。 また設備も新しいので快適に過ごせました。 同行者が部屋に荷物を置き忘れてしまいましたが、問い合わせにはとても迅速に確認していただき、大変お世話になりました。

Pengalaman menginap kami di Resinda Hotel Karawang cukup berkesan karena pelayanan dan sikap staff hotel cukup baik. Hotel juga memiliki fasiliats Jembatan yang terhubung dengan Resinda mall yang membuat kesan yang cukup mendalam. Saya dan keluarga menyukai fasilitas tersebut. Kamar juga OK denagn Wifi yang kuat sinyalnya , AC kamar cukup dingin, WC dan keadaan kamar cukup bersih namun air di Kolam renang agar bisa lebih ditingkatkan kebersihannya sekiranya memungkinkan.

It's enjoyable and had brilliant time. All staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. We love breakfast menu and dinner. Breakfast staff room are happy and always smile. I have never found traditional drink such as jamu in the hotel any before. Personally I am so happy. I had jamu every morning on the breakfast table. Well done and so proud with your professional and standard international.

We had wonderful time. It is not doubt we will stay again in Resinda Hotel when visit my mum.

従業員のホスピタリティが高く清潔なホテルです。プールサイドも広く大人でもゆっくりと楽しめました。 隣接するレジンダモールとスカイウォークで繋がり買い物も便利です。（モール内　スーパー、両替、映画館もあり。カラワンでは珍しくビールも購入可能）　レストラン、レセプション、プール＆Gym　どの従業員も　ホスピタリティが高く、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。朝食ビュッフェも　満足でした。（ジュース、サラダ、インドネシア　フード、洋食、和食　揃っていました。）
