Breakfast was excellent, huge spread. They keep after many details here, hard to find the parking/entrance but valet amd staff are great right infront of the mall and key places
Gym leaves a lot to be desired but worked, didn't have time to use the spa but no pool/sauna/hot tub/cold plunge. Public spaces bars and restaurants were beautiful but empty on a weekend.

The checking at the hotel wasnt a pleasant experience, the young lady never gave me information about the restaurant there in the hotel, had to ask about the WiFi, just didn’t look happy to be there at work. The room was full of dust, poor cleaning.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025First of all, it was difficult to identify the car park entrance in the Friday evening traffic - the name of the hotel is very long, so the writing on their signs is very small... I was eventually met at the manual barrier to the car park by someone who didn't speak English (my bad, I don't speak Spanish) so I had no idea where to park, although he seemed to indicate level 4. Signs were poor, managed to find what seemed a suitable space, but had to carry a heavy bag up some stairs to find a lift. Check-in was slow - no queue, just slow. Room was superficially attractive, much more so than the bleached-out photos online had suggested. Bed & bedding were good, shower was OK though the water was only just hot enough (OK for me, my wife would have been unhappy). Very odd thing is that the hotel requires/expects guests to sleep on the left side of the bed - on the right side, which is where I prefer, there are no lighting controls. I had to fumble my way around the bed and use the torch on my phone if I needed to find anything.. why? Blackout was very poor - floor length windows give a great view, but the curtains don't meet the floor. Also, there's a LED strip behind the bed and above the shower room which can't be switched off... again, why? Room was noisy from traffic, despite being on the 14th floor. Breakfast was good, but an expensive extra. Would I stay again? No, not with so many other choices around.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025I’m sorry to say this but being honest, this is the worst Fiesta Americana experience I’ve ever had. Ive stayed in Puebla, puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, and Mexico City properties and this location had the worst service, amenities and over all quality. The layout of the building is strange. Tons of elevators that don’t go to all floors and no signage on which ones to take to get to the right floors. No pool. Mediocre service at front desk. We are platinum members and all we got were 2 lousy drink tickets for “house” drinks. The gym was crowded and scorching hot. Our room looked directly into a dilapidated construction site. The bathroom was clearly dated. The location in San Pedro Garza Garcia was very good but I will never be back. I would rather stay in Safi across the street.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2025The location is conveniently near main attractions such as restaurants and malls. However, the room lacked sufficient lighting, which made it difficult for me to do my makeup. Unfortunately, it was also raining, so even with the curtains open, there wasn't enough natural light in the room. Upon our arrival, we were in a hurry and needed to take a quick shower. Unfortunately, the water pressure was low, and the water was cold. On the second day, someone came to clean the shower, and afterward, the water flow improved, which was much appreciated.
