Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Akima, elle était souriante et très accueillante malgré l’heure tardive de notre arrivée Le petit déjeuner marocain est très bon L’établissement est très beau et très jolie Encore merci pour cette première expérience en Riad, c’est vraiment bien En plus on est vraiment à 5 mins à pied de la place Jemaa el fna!

Pulizia, posizione, vista, arredo

Il posto è bello e pulito, a mio avviso il servizio non è adeguato al prezzo. Ci son state un pò di incomprensioni, vi suggerisco di non dar per scontato nulla. La colazione inclusa ma dalle 8.30, domenica che siam partiti presto non ci han lasciato nemmeno un caffè e un qualcosa di confezionato anche se richiesto. Ho concordato il check-in anticipato alle 11. Ci han registrato ma non ci han dato le camere fino alle 14/14.30. Pagato in contanti, avendo aggiunto il taxi non li avevamo giusti e non ci han dato il resto, nemmeno in dirham. Consiglio pagamento tramite bonifico. Avevo richiesto il pranzo per il giorno dell'arrivo, han girato il menu con un piatto a scelta tra vari non specificando di doverli scegliere prima quindi abbiam mangiato quel che c'era. Concordate anche l''orario altrimenti lo servono alle 14. avevamo una visita prenotata alle 15, le ragazze si son date da fare per anticiparlo alle 13. Buono ma ci sono dei ristoranti/caffè vicini a prezzi più bassi. Aria condizionata nella camera sul tetto non funzionante, peccato perchè era proprio carina con terrazzino privato. Taxi per areoporto non conviene: non arriva davanti al riad ma alla porta come gli altri quindi conviene contrattare direttamente con portantini per il pezzo a piedi e taxista.

To access the pool you had to go over the street to the main Riad

The Riad we stayed in was beautiful, a little house with 4 floors with its' own roof terrace. Bedrooms and lounge room have a/c. Stone stairs, could be narrow for big suitcases. Fantastic views and perfect central location.

Access is slightly limited as Riad is very central to market, so you will need to walk the last 100m as taxi's can't access the street. Main front door to hotel looks like a dusty small back door, but not a problem

Très joli riad bien situé au coeur de la médina et malgré tout tranquille . Chambre spacieuse et confortable et même sans mettre la climatisation garde la fraîcheur car RDC . Un vrai plus cette petite piscine rafraîchissante. Personnel tres gentil .

La chambre pourrait etre un peu plus propre sol et tapis .

Le riad est très bien placé.il est magnifique. La piscine est petite. L endroit est très apaisant malgré l emplacement tout près des souks.

Implecement

Très déçue par l’accueil au Riad : une expérience très commerciale et peu chaleureuse, de l’arrivée (attente pour un simple verre d’eau après l’aéroport) au départ (difficultés pour une bouteille d’eau et attente du transfert au soleil), loin de l’hospitalité marocaine que j’ai toujours connue lors de mes précédents séjours à Marrakech.

Mijn verblijf bij Riad Anjar was fantastisch! Ouma heeft ons heel erg fijn geholpen met alle vragen die we hadden. De Riad is centraal gelegen en is mooi verzorgd met een goed ontbijt. Ik zou er zeker terugkomen.

Bring a padlock, none of the rooms had locks, didn’t think anything would happen whole place was safe but felt more peace of mind having a lock on the door. Mosque speaker is very close so if you’re a light sleeper just a heads up

Erg vriendelijk personeel, ondanks late incheck zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Helpen graag met het boeken van excursies of restaurants. De riad rook heerlijk en voelde ons zeer welkom.

Tout était parfait !! Le petit déjeuner, les chambres, l emplacement du riad pour visiter la Médina. Le calme que l on retrouve le soir ! La grande gentillesse du personnel et toujours de bons conseils !! Le hammam et massage top ! Une très belle découverte ! On reviendra !! 😊 . Merciiii !!!

Le lieu est sympa. Entrée avant le Riad pourrait être éclairée. Il fait sombre et donc insécurité (sentiment). Enfin, ça sent l’urine de chat avant de rentrer dans le Riad

Les femmes qui vous accueillent font énormément de bruit ! Elle font le ménage la nuit et crient ! J’ai du dormir avec des bouchons ! Dommage !

L'emplacement, lema literie et le petit-déjeuner.

Les propriétaires du Riad ne vivent pas sur place et cela se ressent pour certains "détails", notamment au niveau du service. Nous avions deux chambres et l'une d'elles était au rez-de-chaussée et était moins accueillante: plus sombre, plus humide et plus petite.

Locatie van dit hotel is erg goed, vlakbij de souks en de Secret Garden. Het hotel is prachtig ingericht en goed verzorgd, de kamers ook. Ik was vooral blij met het bed, niet te hard. Het ontbijt is goed maar wel veel zoetigheden, op sommige dagen was er qua hartig alleen een stukje smeerkaas. We kwamen vanaf een ander hotel waar het ontbijt net iets uitgebreider was, daardoor viel dat extra op. Het zwembad is koud maar op warme dagen daardoor lekker. Het hotel ligt vrij dicht bij een moskee, dus oordoppen mee is wel handig. Ik denk overigens dat dat voor veel hotels in de medina geldt.

Er lag glas in onze douche (wij hadden niets laten vallen), en dat lag er nog nadat de kamer extra schoongemaakt was. Daar staat tegenover dat ze al het beddengoed en de handdoeken vervangen hebben nadat mijn dochter ziek was. Verder was de service in mijn ogen vrij beperkt, maar ook dit weer ten opzichte van ons hotel in Essaouira, waar de manager ons met van alles hielp.

we paid extra for a pool. It was not a pool and it is false advertising to say it was a pool. It was 12 foot long by 9 ft long.

No tour desk services, had to go to another Riad to book tours and restaurant tables.

Staff is very serviceminded and kind (special shoutout to Ouma), and the location is perfect, just inside the Medina but still very quiet. It is also a beautiful Riad.

It is very sound isolated from outside, however, within the Riad you hear everything. As there is no key or passcard, every guest needs to ring the doorbell, and this can be heard in all the rooms. It is annoying, but manageable. That the place offers parking is a bit of a stretch, even the closest parking is a bit of a walk.

L'humidité Les salles de bains minuscules et pas très propres. Nous étions dans la petite maison annexe extrêmement sombre et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres.

Riad Anjar is beautiful and calm, and very well located in the medina just a few minutes away from Jemaa el Fna. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served on the beautiful terrace.

No breakfast when you need to leave before the breakfast time which starts only at 8:30.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!! Direkt in der Medina und weniger als 10min zum Hauptplatz Djemaa El Fna. Man hat Minztee und Plätzchen als willkommen serviert bekommen. Das Personal auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für die schönen paar Tage.

Frühstück war sehr lecker, aber jeden Tag gleich.

Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner.

Le Riad pourtant décrit comme bien équipé ne dispose pas de personnel pour porter les bagages. La chambre de bonne, normalement destinée à stocker du matériel et située sur la terrasse au 4ème étages propose une surface exiguë de 8 m2 et un décor primitif et d’une sobriété spartiate. Lors de notre départ à 7H00 du matin, nous n’avons croisé personne. Un Riad exempt de personnel! Le minimum, quand loge dans un Stah dont la porte n’à même pas de serrure vérouillable est de s’occuper de l’acheminement des bagages.

Sobre todo el personal. Muy atento y predispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento. Te indican cómo moverte por Marrakech y son muy acertadas sus indicaciones. Súper amables, totalmente recomendable!!!

The property was in a great location and the pool and sunbeds were perfect for our stay

Uma was incredibly rude to us which we were surprised about considering the rest of the staff were so lovely! She gave us someone else’s cold coffee pot (recycled) at breakfast as she wouldn’t make more and shouted at us about our bags even though we were told we could leave them in the property after we had checked out.

Entrance is a building site to property next door. A little off-putting when first arriving.

Perfect location, right in the middle of town. Walking distance to all medina (shopping area & main square). Host was very helpful with advice on do’s & don’ts In town. Breakfast was a lovely little spread. Nice roof top - sun loungers etc. v quiet at night. Peaceful oasis would def recommend. Def advise let them collect you from airport. Finding Riads would be v challenging!! (Plus you run risk of accidentally committing to a random local ‘helping’ you)

La manager del Hotel, Emanuela que fue muy poco flexible, nada agradable y que además nos mintió respecto su disponibilidad en el hotel. Existente muchísimos Riads preciosos en la Medina y que tienen política de devolución flexible. No volvería a este Riad ya que perdimos una noche de alojamiento que no nos quiso cambiar, ni de fecha, ni anular la última noche habiendo llamado al día siguiente de la reserva y con más de un mes de antelación. También comentar que nuestro Taxista de Booking la llamó, por iniciativa propia, para que el Hotel enviase a alguien a recogernos hasta donde él podía llegar con el taxi, puesto que el avión se retrasó y ya era muy tarde para andar solas por la Medina. Emanuela contestó de malas maneras al taxista y dijo que no mandaba a nadie.

Todo, encanto auténtico del país, personal amable y servicial, en especial Hakima, que se mostró encantadora con nosotros y ayudándonos a conocer mejor la ciudad.

Tuvimos problemas con el transfer que contratamos para nuestra recogida en el aeropuerto, pero fueron causas imprevistas y nos lo compensaron con un desayuno gratis.

Le personnel ainsi que le Riad en lui même qui offre une totale immersion dans la culture marocaine

Beliggenheten er sentral og helt perfekt for turister. Riaden er magisk, rolig og vakker, med en fantastisk takterasse. Det var flott å sitte her på ettermiddagen, se utover hustakene og høre bønneropet. Det er rent og lukter nydelig overalt.

Personalet var vennlige og hjelpsomme, men generelt negative til alt vi hadde ordnet og booket selv, av restauranter og turer. Det var tydelig de ønsket mersalg. Vi valgte å lytte til hotellet og booke middag på en restaurant vi fikk anbefalt. Det viste seg å være en skikkelig turistfelle, og ble en stor skuffelse.

Ce riad est une pure merveille. Emplacement génial, proche de tout. Un personnel d'une gentillesse et bienveillance incroyable. J'en profite pour remercier particulièrement Hakima, qui a tout fait pour être à nos petits soins. Prochain séjour sur Marrakech, je sais déjà que l'on retournera dans ce Riad et pas ailleurs.
