The Pool ok the 8th floor is the best thing in this hotel. Staff was very polite.

1. Cockroaches even if the hotel seems to be new and clean room 507 - stuff was polite and gave me the other - premium room 616 on different floor where I didn’t have this problem anymore 2. Super old TVs Netflix and YouTube not present or doesn’t work at all (I’ve been to two rooms ) 3. Breakfasts are not worth paying - get something somewhere else, at least I think western people may not be happy with them 4. Groups of homeless dogs wandering around the hotel, be careful especially at night, during the day there’s lots of people but who knows what happens if you walk alone in the middle of the night and see a group of homeless dogs, they are everywhere around the hotel but most of them are when you turn right leaving the hotel . Like I said you never know and you don’t want to get to the hospital when you get bitten 5. Bolt drivers struggle to get to this place even if I copy the address from Google Maps and three times they were not able to drop me in the right place 6. Air condition is crazy cold - I was scared I’m gonna get sick even if it was set up for 26 degrees it didn’t seem to work at all, it was also pretty loud

-swimming pool on the rooftop -free coffee from coffee machine, tea, drinking water, snacks -helpful staff -hair dryer, bathroom accessories -fitness room on the rooftop

-cockroaches :( -room with doors inside which are connecting to other room make really uncomfortable, specially if you travel alone -noises from rooms next to yours, you can hear everything and what's other person does, even if he's in the bathroom peeing -loud parties in the neighborhood -sometimes was bad smell from bathroom but I know it's common here

Location of the hotel was good - next to the grocery, a few restaurants, a barber shop, and massage shops. Facilities are good. They do have 24/7 security at reception, so you are safe. The staff was very friendly.

The price for the distant hotel was a little high. It is 20 min walk to the beach. Also, I had multiple troubles with wi fi, sometimes I could not use it at all.

Has no balcony and windows were locked i really coudnt figured out this feels uncomfortable

The biggest problem is WIFI. There's no WIFI in the room. Had to stay at the lobby or restaurant to use WIFI. They changed our room on the second day to get better connection. It didn't last long. We had to get SIM cards with Internet. The staff did their best trying to solve the problem, but there's nothing they could do. One highlight is the 24-hour free coffee and beverage with cookies at the lobby even though I am not a coffee drinker. The water dispensers on each floor is also a plus for environment.

Хорошее расположение отеля. До центра развлечений 10 мин пешком. Отель обновлен, но есть НО. В целом сделан не плохо. Перед отелем есть буддийский храм который стоит посетить. В отеле есть кофемашина и разные печеньки.

Разводы на зеркалах и телевизоре, т.к. для чистки используют не средство для стёкол. В туалете пахнет канализацией и это распространяется на весь номер. Хоть отель и стоит не на самой большой улице но мопеды которые здесь ездят по ночам они всегда дают спать. Нет принадлежностей для чистки зубов.

Am Abreisetag war eine Betriebsfeier und wir sollten den Check-out um 1 bis 1,5 Stunden verschieben. Hier hat man wohl vergessen von wem man lebt.

Staff delle pulizie chiassoso nei corridoi..stanza piccola con all'interno una seconda porta comunicante un'altra stanza, pareti troppo sottili da sentire ogni minimo rumore dell'altra stanza specialmente la televisione fino a tarda notte,odore di vernice chimica per tutta l'entrata della struttura e a volte anche nei corridoi..allarme antincendio per 3 ore no stop "tutta la mattina" a suonare per un malfunzionamento

The staff is very nice and helpfull. They allways try to find you a salution if you have problems.

Only one thing i did not like and that was the double doors in the rooms who separates the rooms. You cant sleep if there are people in the room mext to you as you can hear them if like they were in your room with you and ita really annoying.

Rude Security always Ask For ID Card even though I’m the main guest who booked the room — not some random bar girl. He always sleep and not remember the guests!

The price rate was quite good for overnight stay.

I think the hotel was during renovation. We smelled bad odor like chemical during our stay.

My room door was left open by cleaner. Nothing was missing, luckily. Noise from building works opposite and neighbours with small kids crying.

Reception staff very friendly. Stayed 5 nights and had a great time.

Nothing was really nice place to stay

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel located at a side road with some street noise. Windows in the rooms are locked and cannot be opened. When xou ask at the reception desk they send someone to remove the locks. Windows are dirty from the outside and some furniture is not like a 4-star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Roof terrace with pool closes at 7 pm, so you can't enjoy the nice view at night. Nearly all guests are people from India.

The room is alright and there is a cupboard in it.

It's a bit far away from main attractions, but you can go there without having to pass dogs.

Everything-terrible wi-fi in all area- reception non cooperative ( some of them ) Swimming pool noisy and dirty- allowing some / several guests to swim in daily clothes- washing underwear and t-shirts in the pool and hanging clothes around the pool- Partying / drinking/smoking on the pool edge practically every day. Room cleaning worst of all. First time in mi life I had to buy my own toilet paper.. I could go on ….

Incredible noisy till over 3 am due to Indian people shouting. Even ringing the door of the room at 3 am. The hotel is overcrowded by the noisy and impolite Indian people.

Es ist sehr laut in den Zimmern (Zimmer durch Tür getrennt).Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte teilweise sehr spät (16:00 Uhr) und war auch nicht sehr gut.Überwiegend Indische Gäste.Von mir keine Weiterempfehlung.

Mostly really good place to stay, I’ve been here multiple times. Really depends on the room you get, because some of them are in need of small repairs and can be little bit dirty if you inspect them closely. Make sure you don’t get connecting room if you are staying alone or with partner. I had quite unpleasant experience in 5 am, when next door neighbour opened the door couple times and I had to stand up and block the door with chair, because you couldn’t lock it from other side.

Noise. Bad sound insulation between rooms. Television in neigbour room can be heard. My neigbour chose to have television on all night, and then I mean really all night. Receptionist (Indian guy) did not want to deal with the issue and made it my problem. Fortunately, my neigbour left before I left leaving some nights of sleep for me.

Good place to stay in Pattaya. Nice rooftop pool and small gym, bed is comfortable and overall nice place to stay.
