Well presented room and breakfast area. The choice for breakfast was really good, and the scrambled eggs were delicious.
The only thing I had a beef with was the size of the shower cubicle. If you are of a a larger size, the shower cubicle was a problem.

Breakfast was incredible
Couldn’t fault anything
The hosts of the B&B could not do enough for you and hopefully I will be going back next year and taking my brother with me.
Location
Warm room smelt of cooking
Nice and quiet location but still close enough for the beach and the pubs
Room was very warm but obviously the weather was hot. And the seagulls in the morning woke me up a little bit early
Lovely food ,great owners was very clean
Hotel needs a bit of love
It was clean and tidy
Being at the top of the house it was way to hot just needed a fan for high temperature
Always a friendly welcome. Very accommodating
Super friendly hosts, delicious breakfast and we loved our room!
I liked how close everything was and how friendly the staff was
Friendly staff felt at home and breakfast great
Staff very helpful, location good for town centre, good breakfast
Shower not powerful enough everything else ok
Nice and clean
Uncomfortable bed noisy
The people who own the place are friendly and chatty and were very service minded, they like to take care of their guests. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the seafront, and the breakfast is really good and they can tailor it to your requests. Comfortable beds
Place is a bit worn, and quite a bit of litter in the front garden, smells a bit "musty" when you come in but inside is clean. this is kind of representative of Skegness as a whole, it's hey Day has long gone past, had not been here for 35 years and took my daughter for a bit of nostalgia, Skegness has suffered from economic decline over the past 30 years and it's pretty visible in the main stretch, most people just come for day trips from ingamells down the road. Penny arcades are still here though and the only economic decline they have had is that it is 2p coins instead of the 1p coins!
Excellent area
There was nothing
The breakfast was cooked well and tasty and all served quickly. The bed was comfy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and bedding smelt very fresh.
Nothing all was perfect
Food, hosts, location friendliness!
Unfortunately, the bed was too soft for me and gave me back ache, however my partner slept OK and like I said it was only my opinion!
It is close to the centre, shops and beach, fantastic tasting breakfast, I found the staff very friendly and welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed and the place was great value for money I will definitely be coming back again to this place for my 3rd stay
Every night I could hear the seagulls and pigeons flapping and walking on the roof which I found very disturbing. The room was really hot although that did get solved as I was provided a fan And the shower cubicle was too small to move around to shower in
Great location and very friendly, helpful hosts. Room was perfect for our needs.
Clean. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast
Parking was quite difficult
The owners are so freindly, the rooms are lovely, the breakfasts are so tasty, it is in a really good location for the local shop , arcades , pier, and park.
Theres nothing i didn,t like, i can,t fault the craigside at all.
Kat and adam were the perfect hosts, we we’re welcome warmly, nothing was rushed but kat explained where everything was and the breakfast times. Room was spacious, clean and lots of storage room. Bathroom was quirky as we were in the top room. Shower was good but the water could be extremely hot! So be careful. Breakfast was amazing, served hot and items were added or took off as requested. Kat was very attentive and asked if we needed anything else. We requested some more milk and sugar for our room, that arrived after breakfast. The location was spot on as it was approximately 5 mins walk to the main streets but out the way of the hustle and bustle. Nothing was to much for Kat and Adam. Kat works so hard and is a credit to the Craigside.
Although the bed was very comfortable it was to soft and was not good with a husband that has restless legs and is a fidget arse in his sleep and you could feel every move. More like sleeping on a water bed! We didn’t have a very good sleeps unfortunately.
Owners staff really nice and helpful
Shower a little small due shower fitted (soaker and normal shower head
Breakfast exelent
Great stay! Great location!

Having to go home
Very good staff they made you feel welcome as soon as we arrived very friendly
As soon as I arrived you were made welcome, the room was lovely & very tidy, the breakfast was spot on, the added bonus was the proximity of how close you were to everything, literally 5-10 minute walk & you're on the sea front.
Good location, close to town. Adam & Kat were lovely . Breakfast was really good.
Rooms could do with a fan and a fridge in hot weather .
The Craigside B&B was lovely and nice and clean
The room he stayed in was lovely but the bed was to small for us so me and my partner didn’t sleep very well the bed could do with a upgrade because it not very safe if your big people
nicely set up and very central to Skegness. Rooms were a decent size and showers worked well although did feel hemmed in due to shower door arrangement. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfasts were good although a little bit on the mean side (eg 1 egg).
All of my siblings took (4) rooms and we all thought the same - that the bedding didn’t feel or smell as if it had been washed and had been re-used from previous guests. Only main gripe but a very big issue imo. Parking wasn’t that great - you had to grab a space on the road and for anyone wanting a secure car park this isn’t the place.
The breakfast was very good and the location is great , being 5 minutes walk from shops / bars / beach etc.
The shower and toilet areas are a little tight to access but it’s sufficient for a short stay.
Very nice people , Friendly, helpful, the breakfast was just right very nice, the rooms were very clean, location was just right enjoyed ourselfs
the room we had was on the top floor if we go again will choose a lower location, other wise a nice place
There was transport issues, trains delayed, that meant that we would be arriving late. I kept Kat up to date, and when it delayed even further she was there, waiting for us, calm...collected...concerned and helped us relax. Meals were lovely. Room lovely. Near enough to the local amenities so that we could get to them easily, yet far enough away so as not to be loud overnight. Made allowances for me being vegetarian and my partner's choice of breakfast. Very happy with the service and the friendly atmosphere.
Nothing really. As expected. Good value for money. At a push, bigger shower, but that's just nit picking.
Like the breakfast
The pillows where to soft
Adam and kat amazing people so kind and helpful
The hosts could not do enough for us, they asked if we had enough towels, coffee and tea every morning. They were really helpful and welcoming., The cooked breakfast was the best I have ever tasted. Our 2 nights at the Craigside was terrific value with friendly staff and luxury rooms which were spotlessly clean.I would give Adam and Kat's B&B a 5 star rating! From irene and family
All good
Freindly comfortable
Firstly owners were very welcoming, everywhere was lovely and clean, brilliant location
Could do with a little updating but does reflect the price you pay, worth every penny
Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was amazing. The landlady was fantastic and helpful.
Breakfast was yummy just a nice size and well cooked. Location very good only ten minutes from Skegness train station.
Nothing happy with everything, 2nd time been at craigside and have already recommended it to family and friends on Facebook when telling them about my little break away with my 6 year old niece she also loved the B&B she fully checked out the room.
Lovely place. Great staff, very welcoming. Fantastic breakfast, close to everything but far enough for quiet night
Nothing to dislike 🙂

Breakfast,location
Toilet space in our room was a bit tight.would be a bit uncomfortable for a large person but it wouldn't stop us from returning.
Friendly, clean, easy to find & near facilities, breakfast good selection, good check in, check out times
Nothing to report
Central location, five minute walk to the seafront
Really nice B & B a few minutes walk from the seafront and town centre. Parking was fine on the road outside. Great breakfasts Upgraded room was a bonus as I was expecting a single room as booked but got a large room intended for families Excellent shower and could come and go as I pleased during the day Handy for visiting the other seaside locations further up the coast at Mabelthorpe and Sutton on Sea
Overall everything was good and better than expected.

As always a great break at The Craigside. Breakfast is the best. We had an issue with the toilet but Kat became a plumber and sorted the problem straight away.
