Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Great location. Tucked away in a hidden alley close to Nanjing Road. Our Premium Queen room was spacious and well equipped. The reception area is cute.
We wanted to request an early checkin. When we called up they said they didnt speak English and hung up before we could get the Translation working. We emailed the request in English and Chinese but didn't get any answer. When we arrived at 9am there was no possibility for an early checkin yet but they did mind our bags for a few hours until a room was ready.

Language. Difficult to talk to the Hotel staff as they only communicate through Chinese. But there was a lady in the reception who can understand little bit but she is smart enough to handle the guests. So, finally it didn't cause any big issue.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Удобное расположение прямотв центре города, недалеко от набережной Вайтань. Если у вас очень длинная пересадка в Шанхае, то выгоднее доехать до этого места, чтобы переночевать и прогуляться по центру города, чем оставаться в отеле Аэропорта Пудонг.
Это только ночлежка. Удобства и комфорт достаточно посредственные. В отеле чисто, персонал сносно говорит на английском языке.

Las instalaciones no son espectaculares, y en mi caso, había insectos en la habitación (primero solo en la ducha, luego en las paredes del salón e incluso en la cama). Muy desagradable.

Персонал отзывчивый. Полотенца меняют каждый день. В целом расположение отеля и цена нас нас устроила. Спасибо персоналу.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Мы не искали отель высокого класса, а приехали сюда по рекомендации друзей, которые отметили главным преимуществом расположение отеля в центре Шанхая. Это действительно самый центр. Всё удобно: рядом метро, пешеходные улицы, парки, самая удачная точка набережной Бунд. В гостинице мы только спали. Персонал приветливый, всё работало, постель комфортная, много удобно расположенных розеток, которыми можно пользоваться без переходника.
Нам было тесновато в номере, но нашим целям отель полностью соответствовал. Шторы не закрывали окна так, чтобы в комнате было полностью темно, поэтому из-за света мы просыпались раньше необходимого времени.

Sulla linea 2 che arriva all aeroporto in 1 ora (a 0,89 centesimi di euro) che è la stessa linea 2 (con la 10) che va anche alla stazione dei treni alta velocità. A 2 minuti da Nanjing road e 5 dal Bund. In una vietta silenziosa. Guardate i loro messaggi in cui mandano foto per trovare l hotel. Camera grande con salottino sotto e piano di sopra il letto.
Potrebbe essere piu pulita e con salviette piu nuove. Ma bagno e lenzuola erano perfette...il resto sono piccoli dettagli. Personale a disposizione
